First of all, this convenient environment is great! It is also a hotel with a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. but! Very unreliable On the first day we arrived we were stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door wouldn't open, the buttons were all black, and it was hard to contact anyone. The staff came and taught us how to force it open. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner you will really collapse! After pressing the force button, you will still fall when all the fires are extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator was nausea and vomiting. The next day was even funnier. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance and asked them to book a taxi for us the next day to take us to the station! The hotel said that we didn't need to make a reservation, and that we only needed to call in 5 minutes on the morning. However, we arrived 15 minutes earlier the next day, but we still couldn't get a call after almost half an hour, which directly caused us to miss the train and lose more than 100 euros in ticket money.

Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!

Excellent location which near Pisa central station. Staff were nice and helpful. Luggage’s storage service make us can walk around the city first.

Medium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport).

Five-star review! The hotel's location is excellent, especially close to the Central Station, just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby manager provided warm and efficient service, and the hotel's food was exceptionally delicious. The room was cozy, and all services were great. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

This is the first hotel ever that have read my message (my message to hotel when booking), and act on it accordingly. So, it gave me a good impression of the hotel. And the parking is just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The overall is very good.

Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own.

Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

It's a bit far from Pisa, but it's a 5-minute walk from the train station, and it's close and clean, so it was nice to stay there. The blankets are warm, which is nice, and especially the terrace was nice.
