The location and customer service at the reception were excellent. The room was reasonably clean, though it could have been a bit better. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing — someone was talking nonstop until around 3 a.m., which made it hard to rest properly. This was my third hotel stay in Italy, and since the country is full of olive trees, I was surprised not to see any olives among the breakfast options. The breakfast selection overall was rather basic and no better than what you’d expect at a 2-star hotel.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. The room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. However, it is a matter of discretion and humanity in the hotel. The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night. The room was cleaned in general, but the tents, applied above other tents in a stock of materials, were ingerted, consumed, sprinkled and dirty, that is, to be in a 4-star hotel were of poor cleaning and quality, I believe.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

The hotel was clean and tidy, but the rooms were small; they were quite cramped after the rollaway bed was unfolded. The drain had a slight odor. Toiletries and a kettle were provided in the room, along with a bottle of water for each person. The hotel restaurant offers à la carte dining, and there's a shopping mall with a large supermarket a few minutes' walk away. When we checked in, we encountered two tour buses carrying large groups. Breakfast was inadequate; the plates for hot dishes were all empty, and the cold dishes consisted of only three types of ham, one type of cheese, and a small amount of cucumber and carrot slices, which were not fresh. There was also some bread, jam, dried fruit, and two types of fruit. There are free parking spaces downstairs.

Hotel booked for one night and it was enough! Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Room quite large despite everything. Hotel near the train station, easy to access. BUT room full of mold in the bathroom and near the curtains of the room!!! No ventilation!!! I would not have spent a second night there.

The location is unbeatable!!! If it weren't for a pine tree, we would have seen the Leaning Tower from our window. The staff were lovely and let us store our luggage after check-out. The room is large but old and needs a renovation. The carpet was patchy and old, and details were damaged... Plus, since it was December 31st, it was quite expensive, and overall it was just an old room.

The room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective

Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

The landlord is great, I thought of everything, and provided all kinds of small surprises. Password at the door to get the room card. There are vending machines at the entrance, and the price is close to the people. The kitchen offers several biscuits; several teas; coffee; welcome wine. All kinds of tableware and rags were available, so we were able to eat our own instant noodles. We cleaned them before we left. Pisa city map, mosquito coils, baby seat available.

What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

The hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room. I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic. The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

Fixed list breakfast from the cafe: croissant, double toast fillet with cheese and ham, fruit, juice & tea or coffee. Nice room but only one chair, fridge. We couldn’t get AC working but kept window open as it was spring time and not hot out. Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well.

Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. The only minor issue was mosquitoes, though a repellent was provided. Unfortunately, there was noise from some guests drinking until past 4 AM. However, the view was absolutely stunning, and breakfast was plentiful. While the room facilities were a bit dated, it had a charming classical European ambiance.
