All good except 1. I requested a king size since I came with my husband. But we got 2 single beds. I asked the counter before checking out, and the reason is that there are a lot of activities this week. However, I believe it's not an acceptable excuse. I already booked the room beforehand. The hotel side should not give the book booking to other clients 2. Veranda outside of the room I think the hotel could ask the cleaner to clean the veranda during room keeping before the guest check-in. It smells like bird poop and not cleaned previously. Overall, they are good. We enjoy the stay in your hotel. The view is breathtaking and definitely will repeat again . Hope you can improve on the above points

No TV remote control was available. I had booked a king-sized bed, but it wasn't provided. Check-in was quite slow, despite the lack of other guests. There was a water leak directly outside my room, and the corridor was slightly flooded when walking through it. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor; perhaps an air freshener could be placed there. On the positive side, the air conditioner was very effective and kept the room extremely cold. All the room lights worked perfectly, and the fan also functioned well. The mattress and blankets were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Overall, there's a lot that needs improvement. Specifically, if king-sized beds are not widely available, the hotel should not offer guests the option to choose between a king or twin during booking.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort. Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead.

I recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. Been here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.

The rooms are big, the hotel is huge and directlyon the beach, the staff is very friendly! but...the hotel is old and run down, the beach has nothing to stay like chairs, few options on food, the pool has 4 wood chairs but we where 7 people, and still didn't manage to stay there as there where 3-4 families with lots of kids. Port Dikson is an old town with lots of stires closed and nothing to do, unfortunately. We had 7 nights payed but stayed only 2 and got back to Kuala Lumpur. We couldn't get the money back for the 5 nights :(

The only thing i like about this apartment is it is close to the beach. but the room is so so. the pool is not that clean, in fact it is quite dirty. There are only 2 lifts. And on the day I arrived, one lift was stuck, and a family was trapped inside. The fire brigade then arrived to help rescue the family. The staff is not efficient in solving problem and not willing to help much. overall, i give 3 out of 5.

I’ve stayed here whenever I was in the area. Parking is definitely a hassle each time, but the location is quite strategic. Cleanliness is just average, though complete amenities are provided, including a hairdryer (Deluxe Double Room). The toilet door couldn’t be properly locked or closed, leaving a gap of about 4 cm where air from the air conditioner could be pulled into the toilet. If you’re planning to request a room with a view of the main street, bear in mind that you’ll be accompanied by loud road noise, including motorcycles, especially in the middle of the night. Take this information as you will. For me, it was an acceptable stay for the rate offered.

There is air conditioning + fan in the room, and two sockets are just right for two people. Because the room is small, the temperature drops immediately after the air conditioning is turned on. It's so comfortable and safe. The location is very good. You can go out to the beach. The beach is crowded and lively. The boss lady is very nice, very kind and enthusiastic. If you need anything, you can tell her directly, which makes me feel at ease. There are mosquitoes in the room. Some employees will put mosquito coils on the door at a fixed time. My partner and I were not bitten by mosquitoes. It is also convenient to drive here. I parked the car directly opposite the door of the room. I like it very much. I forget things and get them directly in the car. The residents opposite are a little noisy, but thinking about Christmas🎄 and I am also a night owl, I didn't care. The atmosphere is very good. They are not so noisy at the time. Everything is very satisfactory

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions. However, it is quite noisy at night, maybe due to weekend and Public holiday. But we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short stay, offering great value for money. Would recommend it for budget travelers.
