The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay at Tasik Villa! From start to finish, everything felt complete and well-managed. The best part is the 24/7 customer service — if you have any questions or need help, just scan the QR code and chat. It's super convenient because you don't have to bother calling or going down to the reception. The food was delicious too! My whole family loved it because there were so many options and variety, making it easy to choose something for everyone's taste. Service overall was also top-notch — the buggy service, room service, and customer service were all good, and the staff were helpful. The only thing is, I found the room service food a bit pricey. 😅 But aside from that, there are no major complaints. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it for a family staycation! ❤️

We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

Provided free parking, but it is not that secure due to not being gated; When it comes to the lift, there’s no need for an access card to reach the desired floor, which means everyone can come to your floor. The building is run down without maintenance. The room inside is as per the photo—no painting and dirt. The bathroom has mold, and the window was open when checked in, which means there could be a possibility of being seen by others in the corridor while showering. Views are okay, but the balcony is left with rubbish, and the air-conditioning compressor has three units, but there’s only one ac in the room. Also, the room is connected with another room like a dual key, literally with no soundproofing, which affects my sleeping. My conclusion is that there’s a better hotel out there.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel has good Wi-Fi, even outside when sitting at the pool. The pool is clean, safe and spacious. The rooms are neat, with fresh water and towels provided every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is also a laundry service just across the street. The staff were all very kind and polite. On the downside, most things close quite early, and it can be a little difficult to walk to restaurants along the road, although the restaurants themselves are good. The bed was slightly too firm for me, and the air conditioning was a bit loud, but there was also a fan on the ceiling. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Stayed at Langit Langi Hotel PD over the weekend. The hotel location was easy to find, right beside the main road and directly in front of a Petronas station and PD Hotel. Parking was mostly available during the weekend and the area felt safe. Check-in process was smooth and fast. I only needed to provide my booking details and IC for verification, then paid RM50 room deposit and RM4 local charge. In less than 10 minutes, I received the room key. The room condition was generally acceptable, but the actual experience did not fully match what was advertised on Trip.com. The room view and overall feel were slightly different from the photos shown. A few things that could be improved: - The floor was slightly dusty. - The room had a weird smell at first, probably because it had been unoccupied for some time. - No hair dryer was provided even though it was mentioned on Trip.com. - Iron was available, but it was shared outside the room for the whole floor. - The listing showed a bathtub, but our room did not have one. - Aircond took quite a while to cool the room. On the positive side, basic toiletries were provided including toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, and shower gel. The biggest issue for me was the soundproofing. I actually read reviews about this beforehand but still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear vehicles from the main road throughout the night. What surprised me the most was the sound of the washing machine running almost nonstop from night until midday. It honestly felt like sleeping above a laundry room, and it did interrupt my sleep. Other than that, everything else was generally okay for a short stay.

Cleanliness of the room is ok but can be better. I think during night time, the front desk admin should stay at the desk instead of sleeping at the back room, because it’s a hassle to go out in early morning (4am) as I have to call the number and then wait in the dark outside of the hotel. What’s more I am a solo traveller. One more thing is that the lift is super slow, and when you get off from the lift, there’s no corridor lights!! At night! I am super scared of this situation that I have to ensure I videocall someone while walking to my room, luckily my room is near the lift lah.

I stayed at Innspire Hotel Port Dickson and found the experience to be quite mixed. The room was fairly basic, and the soundproofing was poor, making it easy to hear noise from other rooms and outside, which affected my sleep. There was also a strange smell in the room that made it uncomfortable to stay for long periods. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, and the staff response was slower than expected. Overall, the room was okay and looked recently renovated, although the toilet door was difficult to close. Unfortunately, our room was still not ready when we arrived around 3pm, so we had to wait outside while the cleaners finished. The cleaners kindly offered us another newly cleaned room to wait in, but we chose to wait outside. The pool was nice and my kids really enjoyed it, although the pool could have been cleaner. The breakfast was quite disappointing for the price. The steamed pau, dim sum, roti canai and curry dhal were cold, the chicken rendang was very tough, and there wasn't much variety. The room and pool were enjoyable overall, but the hotel could improve the room readiness, pool cleanliness and especially the breakfast quality and temperature.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

Great location. The hotel is ok, just the building management looks not doing the good job. Especially, the car park areas at 1st and 2nd floors. A lot of garbage/unused items. Before check out, the lift was not working. Then, I need to take the BOMBA lift. The price is good, the staffs response very good. They allow for my late check out which is very good. Other than building management issue, i like the room is clean, toilet and nice sea view. 3/5 for me with the reasonable price.

Very clean room with a pantry and other amenities like a fridge, microwave, cutlery, and complete dinnerware. The best part was the very serene sea view. The kids especially loved the smart TV where they could watch cartoons... we'll definitely repeat our stay next time!

Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay at Tasik Villa! From start to finish, everything felt complete and well-managed. The best part is the 24/7 customer service — if you have any questions or need help, just scan the QR code and chat. It's super convenient because you don't have to bother calling or going down to the reception. The food was delicious too! My whole family loved it because there were so many options and variety, making it easy to choose something for everyone's taste. Service overall was also top-notch — the buggy service, room service, and customer service were all good, and the staff were helpful. The only thing is, I found the room service food a bit pricey. 😅 But aside from that, there are no major complaints. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it for a family staycation! ❤️

The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. Rooms: 2 units of Grand Garden Pool Villa Upper Unit (upgraded from Garden Pool Villa upper unit), suitable for 4 people each. Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

However, if you're traveling independently without a car, it's not very convenient as there are no restaurants around the resort; you'll need to take a car to get anywhere. On the bright side, the beach is just a short walk away, and it's incredibly clean with sand as fine and soft as powder.

We had a wonderful stay at Lexis Port Dickson with our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the water chalet experience made our short getaway feel extra special. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It was a great place for a family gathering, and everyone had a lovely time together. The facilities were well maintained and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and created some beautiful family memories here. Would definitely consider coming back again for another family getaway. Highly recommended! ❤️

Stayed at Langit Langi Hotel PD over the weekend. The hotel location was easy to find, right beside the main road and directly in front of a Petronas station and PD Hotel. Parking was mostly available during the weekend and the area felt safe. Check-in process was smooth and fast. I only needed to provide my booking details and IC for verification, then paid RM50 room deposit and RM4 local charge. In less than 10 minutes, I received the room key. The room condition was generally acceptable, but the actual experience did not fully match what was advertised on Trip.com. The room view and overall feel were slightly different from the photos shown. A few things that could be improved: - The floor was slightly dusty. - The room had a weird smell at first, probably because it had been unoccupied for some time. - No hair dryer was provided even though it was mentioned on Trip.com. - Iron was available, but it was shared outside the room for the whole floor. - The listing showed a bathtub, but our room did not have one. - Aircond took quite a while to cool the room. On the positive side, basic toiletries were provided including toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, and shower gel. The biggest issue for me was the soundproofing. I actually read reviews about this beforehand but still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear vehicles from the main road throughout the night. What surprised me the most was the sound of the washing machine running almost nonstop from night until midday. It honestly felt like sleeping above a laundry room, and it did interrupt my sleep. Other than that, everything else was generally okay for a short stay.

Overall, the room was okay and looked recently renovated, although the toilet door was difficult to close. Unfortunately, our room was still not ready when we arrived around 3pm, so we had to wait outside while the cleaners finished. The cleaners kindly offered us another newly cleaned room to wait in, but we chose to wait outside. The pool was nice and my kids really enjoyed it, although the pool could have been cleaner. The breakfast was quite disappointing for the price. The steamed pau, dim sum, roti canai and curry dhal were cold, the chicken rendang was very tough, and there wasn't much variety. The room and pool were enjoyable overall, but the hotel could improve the room readiness, pool cleanliness and especially the breakfast quality and temperature.
