The hotel is just across the road from the seaside. After dinner every day, we sit on the beach and watch the waves. It is so comfortable to walk along the waves. The beach is completely free. The sand is very soft and the coastline is very long. Photos cannot capture its beauty. ;
The hotel has specially prepared beach slippers and umbrellas, and there is a swimming pool and restaurant on the first floor;
The front desk service is also good. The little brother helped me carry my luggage to the room. When I left, the young lady knew that I was going to the airport and called a cheap taxi for me. It was dozens of yuan cheaper than taking a Grab;
The only drawback is that there are a lot of small bugs and flying insects in the room. I don’t know if it’s because it’s close to the seaside;
The people around are very friendly. When I went to another hotel on a business trip, I walked for 80 minutes at night. It was very safe. Mostly along the coast;

There are a lot of seafood stalls along the beach 100 meters away, just order it. The pizza restaurant above tastes good and the price is not expensive. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in August. The hotel sits on a cliff side about 45 minutes from the airport and about 15 min from downtown. The hotel room was large with a great view, the menu was more than adequate and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Our room was large with plenty of cabinet space and a comfy bed. The bathroom was huge with nice counter space. The sink did not drain quickly but, we told them at checkout, I am sure they will fix it. We would wake up to some lizard/gecko pop on the chair but, glad the little guys were there and well fed because there were no bugs. Our room water and wine glasses were not washed/replaced, they were just put back in their spot and there were a few scuff marks on the walls but, over all the room was fine. The pool was large and had a dreamy view. It had a lovely ”shelf” to lie/sit on so you would be partially in the water and there were lots of chairs to use. The water was a bit foggy and a few tiles were missing from the floor of the pool. But, over all it was fine. The beach was secluded and clean, the water was clean and the waves were perfect for jumping. To reach the beach one has to walk/take a golf cart to one end of the property and go down about 13 flights of stairs. There are chairs, but no umbrella or restroom. The food was good and there was a large verity of food. The breakfast was Vietnamese, which we like. They do have an egg station if you want an egg. The staff were soo friendly and soo helpful. They were there to answer all of our questions and get us taxies.From$31

Booking was made literally 15 minutes before checking, Staff was a bit surprised but reacted well. F&B staff were outstanding, taking special attention to my ”polite” daughters compare to other kids that parents let go wild in a 5 stars hotel. Really appreciate Mrs. Oanh (captain there) for her support and dedication tor her role in the restaurant. FO staff were literally going out of their way to support us. Room was always cleaned with outstanding view and balcony. If I wanted to look for a flaw in the hotel it would be the lack of Concierge service, but has i said the FO staff was very supportive to coop with this flaw. I had the chance to meet the GM Mr. Dat Da who was extremely hospitable, going beyond his job but impersonated the word Hospitality. Ideally located near the beach. and close the the city center. This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Do có một chút sơ suất lúc đặt phòng, tôi chưa chuyển tên booking từ Hang Pham sang Pham Van Lieu. Tuy nhiên, n*** sau khi phát hiện ra, tôi đã email và cũng nhận được phản hồi của khách sạn . Để trao đổi chi tiết, tôi cũng đã gọi điện gặp bộ phận đặt phòng để trao đổi về vấn để đổi tên booking này. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Staff at check in didn't speak any English, but understood enough of it , as when informing them that the price that they where offering was more expensive rate that online on a main booking engine, they rushed to close that rate . As I was tired travelling I booked another one type of room still available online. At check out English speaking staff was available and the breakfast was nice. Muong Thanh always offer a reasonible product with descent hygiene and service so the rest was OK.From$37

Have stayed at Altara serviced residences for five days. The staff has been amazing, easy going and service minded. They helped us with trips, finding local restaurants, and went beyond what you can expect service wise. Big props to Hana and Tuan who where at the front desk, they even helped us out with “play dates” for our daughter at the beach, and was babysitting our daughter at nighttime, so the parents could relaxe with a massage. The apartment is beautiful, the mattress I like the most, the mattress is very soft. There is also a good washing machine, with a basic kitchen. City Center day. Our family stayed here for one week. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the front desk. The buffet breakfast was decent. There were several things we were not happy about and hope that the hotel will work to improve it. One problem is that the hallways on each floor is an open-air concept, so noise from the busy street gets echoed throughout the hotel. We were there during the end of the wet season so it rained quite a bit, allowing mosquitoes to come in. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street and near some karaoke bars so there was loud music playing every night until midnight. The open-air concept definitely doesn’t help block out the noise. The second problem is the smoking. For some reason the hotel allows guests to smoke inside. There are ashtrays in every room. On many nights the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms travelled to our rooms through the air vents. It was very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also interesting. One morning they knocked on the door at 7am to clean our room but we were still asleep. The service should be improved. One of our rooms had ants so rooms had to be changed. This service needs improvement as rooms aren’t really cleaned every day. Overall because this is a fairly new hotel it definitely still needs some work. The biggest hotel in Quy Nhon city, has its own restaurant, friendly staff. The only minus point is probably the lobby on the rooms, has a very strong cigarette smell. The swimming pool is large, but not clean. The plus point is the breakfast is delicious.From$29

After a trip more than 1 year ago to FLC Grand Quy Nhon, my family and I came back here again. Compared to last time, this return, the hotel has more positive changes in many aspects. About the rooms, it is cleaner, the room cleans the room quite carefully, but there are still no slippers in the room, but only sea slippers, the balcony area should be added tables and chairs for guests to sit and watch the scenery. Reception staff are friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic. About the restaurant and dining services, the breakfast is a bit poor, Ky Co restaurant is crowded in the morning, so it should be dirty and messy. Other restaurants in the community such as Salsa, Terrace Bay, Huong Bien serves quite good food and very cheap prices. About the spa service at Nurture spa is quite good, the price is cheap and the quality of the massage is quite good. In terms of landscape, the resort has a beautiful swimming pool, clean beach, but the beach area has very few seats for guests. This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.From$22

The hotel is very nicely located near the beach. Because there are only a few tourists, the place is still quite originally. The rooms of the hotel are clean and well maintained and properly equipped. The breakfast is unfortunately a little unilateral and offers little variation. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it is sometimes a little noisy around the hotel, especially when a event takes place in front of the square, and be it just a regional dance group. We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. I and my family stay at Hoang Yen Hotel for a couple of days in June 2023 and this is an excellent hotel that we feel so relaxing and happy. They have more than 3 hotels in Quy Nhon from the beach to the central. The room is so big, clean and tidy, amenities is fully adapt your need, especially the view direct to the beach is so beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach so my children easy to access to the sea twice per day and swimming pool is big and clean. At the time we stayed, the hotel is fully but staff are very helpful and friendly, they help us with our luggages so quickly and nicely. They give us very useful information to go around the city and where to eat. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection for every one and delicious. Thanks to the hotel have bring us a happy holiday. The accommodation is a bit far from the city 70km, you will have to spend a lot of taxi money to go to local attractions. The room is clean, but the bathtub is a bit difficult to use. |4.19km from city centerSo, after a long 6 hr road trip to the hotel, I just wanted to rest. I specifically requested a quiet room. When they drove me to my room on all sides of me were families, with kids and crying babies and some were even in my hotel room because the door was unlocked so why not? I immediately requested a room change and I took it. However it's only for one night and my other nights I will be moved to another room. The hotel staff were very nice and tried to accommodate my request, however there were MANY local families at the resort and every room pretty much had noisy kids in them. All sunbeds are covered in a tent like thing so if you were planning on tanning, keep that in mind. The chairs are super uncomfortable and don't have an option to lower the backs so you are tuck in one position. Plus side, the pool is completely deserted during the day so if you enjoy the sun, you'll pretty much have the pool all to yourself. Not the hotel's fault on this next one but it's good to know that there are a zillion little gnats flying around which make life super uncomfortable. Also not the hotel's fault but the beach is pretty polluted. I don't fancy going in that AT ALL. AC works great. Breakfast really only catered to locals and there was very few other options. On my last day, the resort seemed more quiet which is a shame because I was leaving and I wish it would've been like that the whole time. It really is a pretty resort, regardless. I wanted to come to Quy Nhon because they said it's beautiful but I'm finding my expectations were set too high, sadly.
