My stay at the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica was, overall, very satisfying. The front desk staff were excellent; check-in and check-out were efficient, and communication was smooth, making them feel both professional and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious, the service from every employee in the hotel was wonderful. The beds were not that great, and the rooms were too warm. I also wish they had better room darkening window coverings as it was very bright in the room. I was also a bit disappointed in the art, they advertise as an art hotel but there were multiple copies of the same picture in the hallways and there wasn't as much art as I expected. The huge bathtub was nice, but the small bathroom was hard to manage.

I stayed at two hotels in Lei City, and this one had a great location, excellent room facilities, and a fantastic breakfast. They also have beautiful public areas, and all the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff, in particular, were professional and welcoming, clearing plates promptly. The breakfast quality was high. The only downside was that the curtains didn't fully block out the light.

I checked in at 2 a.m. at night. I'd mentioned it in an email, but that wasn't necessary because the front desk is open 24 hours. I was checked in very quickly. The room was spacious, but even if it's a four-star, it doesn't feel up to European standards. The room was actually quite good. Large, well-designed, and had a comfortable mattress. I saw someone else's hair on a throw pillow, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was fine. Would I choose this hotel next time? If I had other options I've stayed in in Reykjavik, I'd choose them. But only because the rooms in this hotel actually look older.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Reykjavik! The location is an absolute winner, right in the heart of the city center. I loved the minimalist, modern glass facade design. It's perfectly situated in the 101 old town, within walking distance of most major landmarks. Our room even had a distant view of Faxaflói Bay and snow-capped mountains – just stunning! It was super family-friendly for traveling with kids. We were right by Rainbow Street and Hallgrímskirkja Church, with shopping and dining all within easy walking distance. Just a heads-up: The hotel doesn't have its own dedicated parking, so if you're driving, you'll need to use the paid municipal parking spots nearby.

For a hostel, rooms and toilet/showers are kept clean. Location is fairly accessible to transport and about 20-30 minutes walk to the centre. Kitchen is quite small for the guests but is equipped with hob, cookingware, dinnerware. Towels can be rented at the reception. Unfortunately the reception closes at 9pm so it is trickh for late check ins. Vending machines with cup noodles and drinks available near the reception.

The shower was so tiny; the shower head is not adjustable so my hair got wet every time I got in the shower, the shower curtain clung to my body, and the water got all over the bathroom floor. The blow dryer worked for 60 seconds and then needed to charge for a full minute before using it again. The two single beds pushed together were not comfortable - I could feel the springs; however the pillows & comforter were nice.  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is the best part, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price due to the shower and bed.

I had to wash the dishes myself to make it convenient for the next customer. This apartment is fantastic! It's fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, measures 55 square meters, and is very clean and tidy. We stayed for six nights, alternating between long excursions and city tours. We bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked our own meals, which was a huge money-saver in high-priced Iceland (where a croissant costs 45 RMB!). It also allowed us to enjoy Chinese food and rice, simple yet comforting for our 'Chinese stomachs'. For supermarkets, I recommend Bonus (the 'piggy' store) and Krónan. Krónan has fresher and a wider variety of fruits and vegetables than Bonus, plus fresh fish, so I really liked that one. It's about a 9-minute walk away. Bus Stop 12 is just a minute's walk from the entrance, right in front of the Storm Hotel. We booked three day tours (Southern Coast, Golden Circle, Snaefellsnes) and our airport shuttle pick-up from here, which was super convenient. Next to Bus Stop 12, there's another hotel with a wind-sheltered porch at its entrance, perfect for waiting for the bus and escaping Iceland's infamous winds. We took public transport to Sky Lagoon, Perlan (the Natural History Museum, highly recommended!), and Flyover. I highly recommend this apartment; it's not only spacious and comfortable but also incredibly convenient for transportation.

Only thing I found inconvenient was the difficulty locating the apartment at the first instance, especially from the drop-off from the shuttle bus service. Also, there is no elevator, which could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. But overall, a very pleasant experience, and it was pity we could not stay longer.

The location of the hotel is very good, less than ten minutes walk from the church in the city center. Free parking at the door. The rooms are really good, I stayed in two different rooms. One room is very modern, it is room 4. Room 3 is a bit older, but has two separate rooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Room 4 is a big bed, two toilets, a living room, and a sofa bed in the living room! There is a big Lg TV, which can be connected to a computer and a mobile phone. The landlord has a cute cat and big dog. The clean staff is very polite and kind. Except for the single room model, most of the rooms have a kitchen, so you can cook your own dishes, which is very comfortable. I stayed here for a total of six days because of isolation and I liked it very much. If you are very confused about where to live, I would recommend you to consider this one~

We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was relatively unpredictable because it was recently built in front of the hotel. Our room is in another building on the right hand side of the main building of the hotel. There is no elevator in the building. We have big luggage. Although we have two young men, it is quite hard to go upstairs. The room is still very good, especially the living room is very large, the kitchen facilities are very good, but unfortunately we are not used to cook. The restaurant at this hotel is great, we had breakfast and Chinese food there. This hotel is right in the center of the city, so it is convenient to the sights and the street. The hotel does not have its own dedicated parking lot, because we arrived at the weekend that day, so we parked on the street and didn't need money.

This stay was, to put it mildly, a bug-infested lesson. I stayed for 4 nights. The first two nights were fine, but on the third night, things went south – I started getting bitten by bugs in the room, resulting in red spots all over my body. This wasn't just me being sensitive; these were clearly visible bites that required photographic evidence (which I did take, of both the spots and the bugs). What's even more outrageous is that this wasn't an isolated incident. I later found out that previous guests had reported similar issues, indicating that the hotel has a long-standing problem with hygiene and pest control, rather than a one-off accident. After the incident, the hotel's solution was to arrange a room change. The problem is, what had to happen already happened. The room change felt more like going through the motions than actually solving the issue. Due to hygiene concerns, I personally disposed of some of my clothes and shoes, essentially paying extra for this stay. To summarize: * The room has a pest problem. * Hygiene management is questionable (and seemingly a long-term issue). * The response was delayed and inadequate. * The guest had to bear the additional costs themselves. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, you might gamble on it; but if you don't want to use your body as a test subject, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! First off, the staff were all very polite and friendly. Also, before checking into this hotel, we had just finished an 8-day, 7-night island tour. Since there were luggage size restrictions on the tour, it was a huge relief that this hotel allowed us to store some of our luggage while we were away. Upon entering the room, the facilities were even better than expected. There was plenty of space to put our belongings and hang clothes. The lotion provided was also very useful, especially given how dry it can be in the room. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Iceland!

CityHub’s location was perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Reykjavík. The hot tub was absolutely fabulous during a cold morning rain. The rooms were futuristic looking with lights and sounds depending on your choice of mood. The beds were super clean and comfortable! Their key card was a wristband that you could place over your wrist so you don’t have to worry about losing your hotel card or trying to figure out the code to your room. The bathrooms were spotless and had continuous music with a good beat playing from the background so you can listen and dance a bit while brushing your teeth. They had a great system used in the dining area when pulling your own draft beer or other drinks and the atmosphere at night was peaceful and relaxing. The morning shift staff member which I believed was the owner was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the night shift staff member. However, there was one day shift staff member that wasn’t so helpful and was quick to negative judgement. There was also an additional fee that wasn’t mentioned when booking the room online. Other guesthouses did not allow it or it was probably already added into the package deal that you bought.

This was the first hotel of our 8-day Iceland trip. It was a nice hotel, clean, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and bread selection. The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom sink was a little too small. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and bread selection. The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom sink was a little too small. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right in the heart of the commercial district, with a Xiaozhu Supermarket nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. It's close to various bus stops and even within walking distance of the main bus terminal. The lobby offers water and soda, and the rooms are quite spacious. There's even a barbershop on the first floor.

The breakfast was really delicious, the service from every employee in the hotel was wonderful. The beds were not that great, and the rooms were too warm. I also wish they had better room darkening window coverings as it was very bright in the room. I was also a bit disappointed in the art, they advertise as an art hotel but there were multiple copies of the same picture in the hallways and there wasn't as much art as I expected. The huge bathtub was nice, but the small bathroom was hard to manage.

The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation. The front desk service is very nice. The room is very large, and the mini bar is free on the first day. There is a hot tub and sauna on the basement floor, which is very refreshing before going to bed every day. The breakfast is 5200 Icelandic kronor per person, which is equivalent to 300 RMB per person. The hotel computer system needs to be updated. When I arrived at 8:30 pm that day, the hotel said that I had not paid the room fee. I contacted Ctrip to let me pay first to check in. Ctrip followed up, but when I wanted to pay, the system could not enter the payment...

This hotel easily meets a four-star standard. The facilities are great, and the rooms are very new. They offer free parking and the location is convenient. There's complimentary coffee at the front desk. Since it gets dark late, the sunset view from the floor-to-ceiling window was beautiful. I'd definitely book this hotel again next time, it's excellent value for money!

The self check-in was smooth – I had a little trouble opening the door at first, but a quick chat got an instant response and help. It's really convenient not having to carry a key. The room was spacious, with a big window and bright lighting, making it very comfortable. Having a fridge, kettle, and even a coffee machine was a nice touch. The shower pressure was excellent too. I also loved the discount at the neighboring bar, where I could enjoy beer at happy hour prices. Bus stop #6 was the closest, and while it's a bit uphill, it's definitely walkable. Plus, there's an elevator, so heavy luggage isn't an issue. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for the price. Highly recommend it!

The sound insulation is very poor, I don't know where the water leaks at night, my friends and I didn't fall asleep until three o 'clock in the morning, and the door of the building outside is also shaken every time it is closed.
