Overall is good. The location is quite convenient. The golf course is in front of the balcony and the scenery is beautiful. The house is quite clean, the kitchen has a microwave, rice cooker, hot water bottle, refrigerator, kitchenware, etc. The only thing to improve is that the wash basins of the two toilets are a bit blocked (the water is slow). You need to wait for the water to flow. The next person can use 😂, and one of the water heaters can't operate without hot water! ! The 16-degree weather didn't have to take a hot bath. It was really cold and shivering. If the above is handled well, it will be more perfect. I will still choose this one next time I go to Cameron. Iris house resort

Location: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods. Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay. Cleanliness: No complaint on it. Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example. Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

Wouldn't recommend it for families with small children. They only gave us one access card, and refused to give us a second when we asked. It's a real hassle when your child wants to sleep early but you want to go out, because you can't get back into the hotel without the card. I told the front desk staff, but they still wouldn't give me another one. I even had to wait outside the hotel at around 11 PM because my card was in the room with my child. Luckily, another guest came along who also wanted to enter, otherwise, I don't know how long I would have been stuck downstairs.

I booked the bunker bed for one night in mixed gender dorm. The location is great. Right next to the Cameron Highland clock tower thingy. It was clean and had a dedicated fan which was really good to have. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything smelled good. There was enough luggage storage space available and a personal safe/locker as well (included in the booking). Dining area, waiting lounge, kitchen and toilets were up to the mark for me (considering it’s a budget stay). Nothing super fancy but, all I wanted was a good night sleep before next day. Hotel staff is super easy on you. You can find food or anything easily and it’s just a short walk away. Just two things I’d like to suggest: 1. Using toilet barefoot isn’t my thing. Having a pair of slippers would’ve been great. 2. I didn’t bring any personal towel with me cuz normally hotel provides them but they didn’t.

Clean and comfortable, perfect accoms! The water pressure was great, and everything in the accoms were very clean. Wifi connection was really fast too! Towels were provided and it was clean and had a nice scent. There is a fridge, freezer, induction stove and all cooking pans, so you can cook your own food if you want to. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick, very convenient! Location-wise, it is quite okay as there are a few good places to eat nearby. If you have a car, it is just about 10min drive to Brinchang where there are lots of food. Lastly, the hosts (Jason and Wendy), are very prompt in replying and very nice - Jason ensured all the smooth check-in and check-out process, as well as recommended lots of good food places for us to try, which we did and they were yummy indeed! Don't hesitate to book this accoms if you visit CH, 100% highly recommended and will book again if come! 🥳

What a great place! Loved staying here. We had a warm welcome from our caretaker Lily, who shared all the tips of enjoying the place with us. I emailed in advance to add breakfast and dinner, and a simple but good spread was provided. Highly suggest you can contact and discuss with them on what ingredients are provided, so that you can shop or add more on your own if you wish. Most important of all was that the accommodation was spotless and super clean. Do note there is no air-conditioning in rooms, but there was a good ceiling fan, which was sufficient. Just be prepared if you are not used to 'camping' vibes - flies and insects are common but Lily spares no effort to put up repellents and traps to minimise them. On our first night, it was cloudy, so we could not see any stars. We were blessed with a clear night the next day, where the stars were super bright, and just laying out on the darkness to watch them is so amazing. We also got to meet goats from the nearby farm for free. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

I returned to Century Pines CH after about 5-6 years and I’m pleased to see that the hotel has maintained its charm. Overall, I had a satisfying stay. However got one issue that still hasn’t been addressed is the bathroom shower. The shower curtain is outdated and water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor even when the curtain is fully closed. I strongly recommend replacing it with a glass shower door as this would greatly improve the guest experience. I would also like to commend the bellboys and security staff for always being courteous and welcoming whether assisting with parking or greeting guests at the lobby. A special thanks as well to Ms. / Puan Fara from the restaurant for her warm, attentive, and professional service. She is truly an asset to the hotel. I hope the shower issue will finally be addressed as it's the only aspect that fell short during an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The host's service was excellent. All my questions were answered promptly. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of beds, perfect for two or three small families. Each room had its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was also beautiful. The location is very close to shops, and Cameron Centrum is right next door. Everything was great. I loved it. I'd definitely repeat my stay here next time.

The reception is nice and friendly... but surroundings is not so good. The apartment need some maintained, as there are stains on the bedroom walls and also around the houses Bedsheets are yellowish with stains. The water heater is in good condition. Shampoo, sob, tooth brush. all toiletries are not provided. all tap are working fine.. There are limited plates and cups to use. There is a gas stove with no gas, so can’t cook. The room have a TV but don't have remote control ＞.＜”. my apartment is at 3rd level, mountain view. the one I like the most is it is walking distance to pasar malam (night market). So some good and some no good, well, with the price I pay, I would consider still acceptable.. haha

Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

Stayed here for the Cultra event as it’s conveniently located less than 700m from Padang MDCH, making it easy to walk to the venue. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms altho one of the rooms did not have air conditioning. The dustbin also didn’t come with a plastic liner, which was a minor inconvenience. A special mention to the receptionist, who was very kind and allowed us a late checkout until 2pm, which we really appreciated after the event. Overall, it was a good stay. Would I come back? Yes. Just don’t expect luxury as it offers good value for a comfortable basic stay close to the event venue.

Stayed one night at Heritage Hotel in Tanah Rata and it was a solid, convenient choice for a quick Cameron Highlands trip. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, the night market, and main attractions. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the misty hills, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good rest after a day of exploring tea plantations and strawberry farms. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with check-in and local recommendations. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of local and Western options to start the day. The hotel has a bit of an older charm (some areas feel dated), and housekeeping could be more thorough, but overall it offered great value for the price. Would recommend for a short, no-fuss stay focused on the highlands experience rather than luxury.

Hotel was ok but the price point is a bit expensive and not worth the value. we were allowed to check in early but because of this, some toiletries were not complete (shower gel n shampoo), had to asked for it. toilet seat was flimpsy and broke, had to call maintenance to fix it but still not fully repaired. carpet at walkway full of stains. breakfast was average. access to parking is great, direct to room’s floor.

I returned to Century Pines CH after about 5-6 years and I’m pleased to see that the hotel has maintained its charm. Overall, I had a satisfying stay. However got one issue that still hasn’t been addressed is the bathroom shower. The shower curtain is outdated and water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor even when the curtain is fully closed. I strongly recommend replacing it with a glass shower door as this would greatly improve the guest experience. I would also like to commend the bellboys and security staff for always being courteous and welcoming whether assisting with parking or greeting guests at the lobby. A special thanks as well to Ms. / Puan Fara from the restaurant for her warm, attentive, and professional service. She is truly an asset to the hotel. I hope the shower issue will finally be addressed as it's the only aspect that fell short during an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Had a pleasant stay at Avillion Cameron Highlands. The location is very strategic and convenient, with many attractions and eateries nearby. The lobby is located on Level 3, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. Traveller Bunker Hostel

I booked the bunker bed for one night in mixed gender dorm. The location is great. Right next to the Cameron Highland clock tower thingy. It was clean and had a dedicated fan which was really good to have. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything smelled good. There was enough luggage storage space available and a personal safe/locker as well (included in the booking). Dining area, waiting lounge, kitchen and toilets were up to the mark for me (considering it’s a budget stay). Nothing super fancy but, all I wanted was a good night sleep before next day. Hotel staff is super easy on you. You can find food or anything easily and it’s just a short walk away. Just two things I’d like to suggest: 1. Using toilet barefoot isn’t my thing. Having a pair of slippers would’ve been great. 2. I didn’t bring any personal towel with me cuz normally hotel provides them but they didn’t.

I signed up for the jogging and tea program the day before, which started at 8 AM on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, and it was great. Luckily, a car was provided for the return trip, which was convenient. I was initially surprised that some amenities were missing, but after messaging the hotel concierge on WhatsApp, they were immediately brought to my room. Thank you.
