My very 1st time stay here. It wasvso good, nice hotel, good place to stay, near the city, easy to find restaurant. The breakfast also very good.

Good for a comfortable & relaxing stay.
Staff were helpful. Room & surrounding were clean.
Breakfast buffet was good. Good price for room & bfast. Very beautiful resort. Walking distance to bus terminal. Walking distance to eateries.

The place is a great oasis. Near the mosque and family friendly. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Beautiful scenery and peaceful.

I think most of factors is relatively good vs other hotels we experienced before in Cameron highland, however the cleanness may be improved as we can see some old dirts in the balcony or some other places. Overall the location, cleaness ,service and yummy breakfast are very good.

This is my second time staying in this hotel...
we were given a comfortable room C105
the staff always greet n smiles at us...even the receptions counter always say sorry for the long wait...
the food in cafetaria was good and worth it...
There were quite a few guests during the Eid celebration but its still okay...
we will come again next year

1.I book king bed and mountain view. However staff told me . We don't have king bed in 2pm check in time.
And offering upgrade to deluxe room with double bed with wall view.
2.Service and attitude in reception is terrible. They are not happy to explaining and serve customer.
May be the management offering staff with underpay salary cause them rude to customer.
3.they declare 4 star hotel. Guys don't get cheat. It looks like 2 star hotel.
4. The clock snooze sound is very disturbing us to sleep.
Cos every hour will snooze.
5. You paying rm250 per night. Hotel did not provide tooth brush teeth.

It’s not the most modern hotel, but rooms are huge and comfortable.
Downside is that it’s abit dusty for my sensitive nose.
