Five-star recommendation, super location, invincible sea view, breakfast included, mainly the scenery is very good, just next to the train station, there is a small road into the restaurant, the bar and the bar are sea views, there is a large terrace outside, sitting can drink Afternoon tea, sit at the bar and drink at night, watching the seascape outside. The room I booked was small, but it was not bad. It also provided slippers and bathrobes, bath towels, etc. It was very convenient to go down to the beach for a few minutes. It was the most recommended hotel next to the beach, and it was relatively new.

Absolutely perfect in every way. We booked the sunset room and it is modern, spacious, clean, and has a great view out to St Ives bay. The old town and the harbour are just a short and fairly level walk away. The house has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard and given a contemporary beach house theme. The property sleeps 12 people with a bathroom, 4 en-suite shower rooms and central heating throughout.All the main reception rooms and the master bedroom have amazing sea views of Porthmeor Beach taking in the Island and the headland called "The Clodgy". Four of the other bedrooms have some views of the sea and four of the bedrooms have access to a balcony or decked area.The ground floor contains: A contemporary kitchen/diner with a large bay window and panoramic sea views, TV with DVD player, CD/ radio, and seating for 10/12. A fully fitted kitchen with 2 pyrolytic ovens, hob, 2 dishwashers, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Two twin bedrooms with nautical decoration , one of which has an en-suite shower room, the other is next to a cloakroom with a basin and wc.The first floor contains: A large lounge overlooking the sea with 3 sofas, 2 rattan chairs, TV and murals of St Ives. Advertised partner amenities (Spa), aren’t in keeping with the main facilities, ‘Una Spa’ isn’t up to standard of the rest of the facilities and is 10 minutes drive away, very. Crowded and a little tired. The onsite hot tub was not available due to storm damage, although advertised as being available to book. On site team very helpful. A nice relaxing stay, but would benefit from on-site health and fitness facilities.

Absolutely perfect in every way. We booked the sunset room and it is modern, spacious, clean, and has a great view out to St Ives bay. The bed and pillows are comfortable, great bathroom and shower, and a nicely equipped kitchen with Nespresso. We really savored and enjoyed every minute staying in the beautiful room. Highly recommended.

A really great stay on top of Tregenna hill overlooking St Ives. The hotel has multiple buildings and lots of facilities. Great for lovely walks with views and sitting and watching the ocean. We stayed in Lowarth which is a self-contained building with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an upstairs kitchen and living area. It was really quiet and comfortable!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I loved waking up to the beautiful sea view in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. While it's not right in the center of town, the bus stop is just a few minutes away, making it very convenient to get around.

A Well appointed family suite (no.7), and a convenient location for walks into St Ives. Advertised partner amenities (Spa), aren’t in keeping with the main facilities, ‘Una Spa’ isn’t up to standard of the rest of the facilities and is 10 minutes drive away, very. Crowded and a little tired. The onsite hot tub was not available due to storm damage, although advertised as being available to book. On site team very helpful. A nice relaxing stay, but would benefit from on-site health and fitness facilities.

Five-star recommendation, super location, invincible sea view, breakfast included, mainly the scenery is very good, just next to the train station, there is a small road into the restaurant, the bar and the bar are sea views, there is a large terrace outside, sitting can drink Afternoon tea, sit at the bar and drink at night, watching the seascape outside. The room I booked was small, but it was not bad. It also provided slippers and bathrobes, bath towels, etc. It was very convenient to go down to the beach for a few minutes. It was the most recommended hotel next to the beach, and it was relatively new.

I was happy to find that, despite the classic style, the rooms were well-equipped with modern essentials like a heater and a fan, which kept the temperature very comfortable. It was also a big plus that the hotel has a lift, making it very easy to move around with luggage. Overall, it’s a charming place to stay with great facilities
