NO beach access Rooms are dirty When you left the key inside the room (not lost) they will charge you 200php Breakfast is terrible - only Buffet during weekends and on weekdays they will only serve one plated meal. They don’t even serve juice during breakfast. They will only serve instant coffee which is Nescafe sachet. And it states hot choco on the menu when it’s just a Milo pack. They don’t have a pancake or even cereals and they have the guts to charge breakfast fee for how much????? Their executive rooms is not so executive. It feels like you are in a standard room i’m not lying! They don’t even have a hair blower to dry your hair after swimming. If you want to go to the beach you have to go there intentionally. You can either walk but it’s 2kms away or ride a tricycle. Once you’re there if you wanna swim you have to pay again to swim on the beach plus you will still need to rent a cottage. If only this hotel discloses that there’s no beach access — we can avoid this hassle. They don’t have towels in the pool that you can use after swimming. They are claiming they are a 3-star hotel but in fact the experience and service they provide is for 1 star hotel or less. WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT STAY HERE!From$33

We enjoyed the place, though we did not used all the pool and slides. We spent more time on kiddie pool and wave pools.my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. It needs some repairs for safety, like the railing on one slide is alredy gone. Kiddie pool is right beside the rampage pool, not a good setup parent must watch their small kids closely make sure they dont cross.
The beach is not suitable for swmming, there are some trashes, you wont notice it unless you swim, its best just for sports activities.
As for the room, its good except for the plumbing which did not work on our last day and also the chairs are already defective, need replacement or repair. But we got the good view of the pool and the subic bay.
The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.From$86

The room house itself is aesthetic. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is very accomodating. Even though she's busy, she finds time to answer my questions and our queries. My mother asks her if she can decorate the dining area for my birthday and I loved it. The only downside was that there's no hot shower.From$41

If this place will be renovated I will surely go back. But unfortunately it is an old hotel. Before entering zambales there will be a checkpoint so basically we need an antigen test before entering the place.
I thought the pool with slides is 5-6ft deep but it's just 4ft. And the other pool which I think is the deeper one is full of moss.From$44

This a warning for anyone intending to use their venue/ hotel for an event. I booked this place for my wedding. I even reserved multiple rooms for my guests. I placed a down payment to secure the event. Upon paying the down payment, it was communicated that the venue is ours. ONE MONTH before the wedding the staff notified us that the OWNER of the hotel is hosting a political event on the day of my wedding in the same area of the reception and ceremony. They gave us the option to either move the wedding to the atrocious rec room upstairs with no A/C. The room also did not have a view of the sea, mountains and will not be able to see the sunset. The other option was to move the wedding date or find another place. Take note, we already had the wedding plan in place and the whole layout and decoration planned. They have caused such a huge inconvenience for us. One month before the wedding we had to start from scratch again and find a new venue to hold my wedding. The owner did not even have the guts to communicate with us and had their middle man handle this. Just because he is the owner, he can do whatever he wants. We settled on a refund but did not even offer any compensations for our inconvenience. This is very poor customer service and not a good way to run a business. If you do choose this place, please be warned on how they run their business. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.From$24
