My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!

Old-fashioned hotel, the service is very good, the front desk is friendly and experienced, and the room is equipped with an additional air conditioning system. The furniture in the room is very clean. Poor place: poor wifi, poor sound insulation (corridor, next door, street tram).

Simply the best. Breakfast was served in our hotel room, it was so amazing! Service was excellent. The hotel room was beautiful and cozy. Location was perfect. I loved everything about this hotel.

The carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.

Ideally located, I really appreciated the amenities, the gym, and the breakfast. A small downside is the paid access to the spa… €50 for 24 hours. A discount for hotel guests would have been very welcome. Also, the sauna is a bit small and very busy during peak hours. Furthermore, it was difficult for me to get extra water in the room because I was told that room service and the bottle itself would cost €17…

My experience at the hotel was really below expectations. The hotel doesn’t hv one of the main and basic service (Bellboy) to support guests with their luggages, which is a clear shortcoming that does not align with the basic standards of the hospitality industry! Additionally, the staff’s attitude during the check-in was average and lacked the expected level of professionalism, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
In short, 3 star hotel is the Max. they should be classified

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions. However, the service needs improvement. On the day we were checking out, a staff member actually knocked on our door to clean the room at around 7 AM! And then claimed we hadn't put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! Such service quality makes this hotel seem overrated.

The hotel is very clean and staff very well. The showers are also to be reviewed at the latest floor (in room 73 the shower is under the roofs, so you can't wash up) and the spa policies (50€/h are too much for a spa inside the hotel). small defects

Conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city and the bathroom and room were quite clean. However, despite locking the door and hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the cleaning staff entered our room early in the morning. And the toilet flushing system was bit unreliable, sometimes not working properly.

We stayed at Hotel New Charmagne, a four-star hotel that we found quite basic for its rating. The downstairs area was lovely, but the rooms felt a bit outdated. That said, the staff were very helpful, and the 24-hour reception was convenient for coming and going.
