The lobby of this hotel is luxurious and spacious. The hotel room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the hygiene is good. It is a hotel that exceeds my expectations. The facilities and services are first-class. Even in China, it is considered a top-notch hotel, let alone in the United States.

We had a 1 night stay in Austin and decided to try the W. It was a great choice, room was nicely decorated and roomy. I appreciated the small details like apples and water in the lobby. My favorite space was the lounge area with the massive vinyl record collection and that fireplace!

The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is average, and there is no European hotel number.

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. It suppose to be relatively new however the decor is just nice but nothing spectacular.
Id have to say though that everything worked smoothly, all the team were extremely nice and accommodating and overall my experience was pleasant
Just missing the Je ne sais quoi.

Big rooms but hallways and elevators were dirty. And there was a party in one of the rooms on our floor until 6am Monday morning.. people running up and down hallways, etc. Not ideal

The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature.
The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am.
The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.

The room was nice with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The parking was only valet. There was the garage across the street where you could park your car. Ask for a quiet room in advance, because a several venues at this area.

The room is very spacious and you can cook by yourself. The only downside is that the party on the street at night is really too hilarious and affects sleep a bit. But I like the fruit for breakfast very much.
