Location is super convenient for a short stay in Bilbao since it’s right above the terminal bus station for airport bus. It’s a nice walk over to Guggenheim museum as well as many places to eat/drink. I only stayed one night and because it was so hot mid day I just explored the surrounding area early in the evening. Wish the hotel of this size had a pool though. They gave me a great room by end of the hallway which was perfect for quiet rest. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was great, overall perfect one night stay.

The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

Location is on the Center excellent with a view on the main square , next to all shops , 10 min from the museum, very nice quiet rooms . Excellent breakfast . Garage for 36 euros per day

Rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Location is perfectly located to easily walk to the Guggenheim, old town and a metro stop very close by. Plenty of shops and coffee/breakfast/brunch places close by. Staff are also lovely.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)
