After reserving a room, we arrived with two bicycles. The only comment, we got from the woman at the reception was 'not posible'. We asked, if we could take the bicycles up to the room, and the only reply was 'not possible'. After asking for a reason, we again got a 'not possible' without any further explanations. When we asked her to contact her supervisor, she refused. To summarize, she showed absolutely no willingness to find a solution. We would have accepted a 'not possible', if a reason would have been given. But essentially been thrown out without any explanation, that's from our point of view a no-go.
