It was honestly an incredible new experience for all of us. There’s really nothing bad to say about this place, the food was all so delicious and there was a wide variety. The main and dessert selection was so unique, it was different everyday - so many new foods to try! And all the staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful, we really felt welcomed by everyone. We didn’t have to worry about calling our own taxi and stress about converting money as the receptionists & guest relations team were very accommodating.The servers were very quick with our drinks and very attentive to our requests. We were also extremely satisfied with the cleaning process, they were very quick and efficient! All toiletries were refilled everyday and our room was spotless every time! The facilities are perfect for everyone, there’s an arcade, a spa, gym and a private beach. It was such a great experience and we would highly recommend visiting Calista! Thank you!!

This hotel was given to me by my friend Amway. I chose this place just to take my baby on vacation. The size of the hotel is adequate, the health services are very good, and there are a lot of details that make people feel a little surprise. What may be insufficient for us is tomorrow The meals were basically the same. We stayed for four nights and we really had enough to eat.

When I close my eyes and throw away my glasses i will give this hotel max 3+* When have you ever been in Turkey 5* hotel you cant it compare. Interiers- looks old 5/10 Rooms - after reconstruction, nice,small with really small bathroom and balcony 7/10 / you cant sit there, max 1person at balcony/ - funny: one day come back from the beach and we didnt find the door from the bath corner.. We call to reception: yes we take them... No information why , No apologize , when they bring it back... Staff- bar & restaurant very kindly, 10/10 Reception- we had 2x luck that we speak with lady who's english was very bad we think that she is able to speak just with russian customers and we needed to wait for another person. 2) when you arrive at 2am and they know that there will be customer 2+1, its shame that room isnt ready. And you need to call to reception to ask to prepare one bed more. 6/10 Food - Im very sorry but it was terrible. 3/10. Pools- big and clean. To take sunbed you need to be there at 6 45am. BUT OK its worldwide folklore.... 1) Water slides- AMO they are built for children under 8 and many years ago. No fun for older. 2 I don't understand how there can be less sunbeds than hotel visitors... I meant that they are all occupied both on the beach and by the pool. The employee's answer, is it possible to bring 2 extra sunbeds somewhere, and I don't mean 1-2 rows by the pool or on the beach: you have to arrive early.. 6/10. Beach-Garden. 10/10 - you can have sunbeds under palms trees - clean - sand. Maybe inside the sea is 1m part of stones but nothing special - you dont need any shoes to go to water as they say. Animation+kids club+ night program 6/10/8. Nothing special but good standart. Question- will i come back here. Answer is Absolutely NO.

We had a lovely family holiday together however the hotel was disappointing. From reviews I had read and the website we just felt let down. Its advertised as 4 star plus however from experience in other 4 stars I would say 3 star. Everything needs updating and a face lift. The kids slides in the water park section are rusty and wobbled when you went down. Our wardrobe doors didn't work properly our bath plug didn't work properly, the wardrobes were fixed but in a 4* it shouldn't be a problem. Reception staff were not very helpful and neither was staff relations when they failed to book us into the Al a carte restaurant on the night she said she had. The map they give you on arrival doesn't even show the new hotel next door so I'm assuming it's not had much love since that was built. The lobby bar is 24hrs which is great however they are unable to keep it clean many mornings one of us would be down at 7/8 with our youngest and rubbish from the night wad left lying around. It's not a bad hotel and we had a great time octoberfest was brill and beach is lovely. Its just massively over due a face lift and i would not pay 4* prices. X
