Had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful, just like those classic British hotels you see in movies. The room was lovely too. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The arranged room is very good, on the most positive side of the hotel, with a large balcony, there is such a configuration on the side of Hyde Park that it can be said to be extravagant. Not to mention the top hotel service, staying once is an unforgettable experience in a lifetime.

I stayed here on the last day of my first trip abroad. Everything about it was wonderful, and I've decided that I'll definitely stay here on my birthday next year (;;)
The room was so nice that I almost didn't want to sleep, and I had a comfortable stay. The afternoon tea was also delicious. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff for your warm welcome. The front desk staff in particular were very kind to me, so I hope to see you again next year.
It's an irreplaceable memory, and I'm full of gratitude. I'm looking forward to next year!

A magnificent stay at the Ritz! The staff were so pleasant and attentive. The breakfast room was incredibly beautiful. The food was fantastic! I especially want to commend Jude. She's a true professional. Thank you for the complimentary glass of champagne every day. Next time, it's only the Ritz for me!

It is definitely worth the money. Although it is expensive, it is well worth it. Whether it is the hotel room, service, facilities, or location, it is first-class. It is an absolute luxury hotel. The service staff is of high quality, does not judge people by appearance, and does not aim for tips.

The room is excellent however a maid left her equipment in our rm n got it back an hr later.
Also, we were told by receptionist that everything is ready, our luggage has already been delivered to our room while checking in. However, we have waited at least 25 minutes before our luggages were delivered.
- Guest User
The room was a bit dated, but all the other services were great. The only issue was that I'd requested an early check-in around 12 PM, but still had to wait until 2 PM to get into the room.

Very elegant hotel, the room configuration is very good, there is a restaurant designed by a famous Japanese American furniture designer, but the room is small, but the location is very good

The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.

Very comfy. Love the terrace with amazing view. Tho the Collins room is somewhat mediocre, the hotel itself is nice enough.

The hotel offers guests very convenient services, with a free shuttle service within three miles. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat à la carte, allowing guests to fully enjoy British cuisine. The gym facilities are also excellent. It is a highly recommended upscale hotel.

The room amenities and front desk staff were very professional. However, the room had a slightly unpleasant smell from the recent renovations.

Real five-star hotel, super good location, and service. Every floor of the hotel uses different colors to give the guests a good experience. If you don't consider the price, you will definitely come again.
- Guest User
This hotel exudes a traditional British feel.
The location is great, right next to the subway station.
However, it was a shame that we weren't able to make full use of the butler and concierge.

[Raffles London - A War Site Where Churchill's Office is Located] I first stayed at Raffles Hotel in Singapore and fell in love with it immediately. Now, I always choose Raffles as my first choice in any city with a Raffles hotel. I have a strong need for security, so my first hotel after arriving in Singapore has to give me that feeling. The hotel provided a welcome drink (my mom and I don't drink, so we didn't touch it), and welcome snacks – so thoughtful! (The only downside is that the gender was incorrectly written here). I stayed at Raffles for two nights in a Superior Twin Room, which cost ¥17,570 including tax. The price has remained relatively stable, without much fluctuation. The bedding was incredibly soft, like lying on cotton, and every staff member greeted me with a smile! It was a very comfortable experience! My original plan was to sleep in to adjust to the time difference, so I didn't buy breakfast the first two nights, worried I wouldn't be able to get up. However, on the first night, my mom and I were fast asleep by 5:00 AM Beijing time (10:00 PM London time), thinking we could sleep a long time. But my mom woke up around 8:00 AM Beijing time (around 1:00 AM London time), while I woke up at 1:24 PM Beijing time (6:24 AM London time). This timing is incredibly efficient for travel; in London, this is definitely early to bed and early to rise!

This hotel feels more like a 3000 CNY per night hotel in terms of overall value. It's 'luxury' in appearance only; the design and architectural style are luxurious, but the details are seriously lacking.
- **Service**: First stay, and they didn't even provide toothbrushes (the staff, while enthusiastic, were quite rough, almost like from a third-world country).
- **Breakfast**: The environment is nice, but everything else is very average. The service is mediocre; no one even cleared plates. It's a semi-buffet, and to my shock, there were no vegetables.
- **Paper Moon**: As an independently operated Italian restaurant, it's worth trying. Since it's independently run and open to the public, it doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel itself.
- **Pool/Sauna**: The crowd was a mix of different ethnicities, and their attire and etiquette were generally poor, a clear step down from the clientele you'd find at a Peninsula hotel. I didn't dare to swim. Also, the steam room was co-ed, which was very strange. The pool and changing room details were very rough, just like the rest – all show and no substance.
All in all, I wouldn't stay here a second time. The value for money is very low, and Trip.com's pricing itself isn't competitive (if the hotel exceeds expectations, price isn't the primary concern, but when it falls short, it highlights Trip.com's lack of advantage in London's luxury hotel market).
