The apartment was within walking distance of the Chinatown MRT station. Shopping and eating were very convenient. It was a bit noisy sometimes in the nights because of the restaurants downstairs. The guest ambassadors Xia, Mary, and Belle offered assistance promptly, a 10-star service. At first, I booked the room from 1 March to 15 March. Then, I extended my booking to 1 April because of the service. The room was cleaned once every week. It will be better if there is a broom and dustpan set in the room so that I may clean the room myself if necessary. Water might spill out of the bathroom if one takes a shower facing the water heater's direction. So, I took showers with the water heater behind me. Probably it was not a new issue. There was an electric dehumidifier in the room.

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.

Except that the breakfast is not very suitable for Chinese stomachs, everything else is very good. The kitchen is very convenient for washing clothes, and the environment is also very good. Remember to read the accommodation instructions when checking in. There are some dates to pay attention to, such as some dates are not cleaned or pest control is required. The hotel's free bus can go to the Botanic Gardens Orchard Road Lao Pa Sat, which is also quite convenient

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment (2A &2C) and my mother stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Highly recommend this location to stay. Apartments were well maintained, guest services helped organising taxis if needed. Complimentary breakfast had variety. My children loved the pool and swam every day. The garden surroundings were lush and green. I would definitely stay here again

My mother already book another hotel for her holiday in singapore, but after I check the hotel not seems ok. So I dive to trip app and found this hotel, after checking several reviews from another booking. I do believe this hotel will make my mother feel grateful. And yes for sure
From the staff (Bernard) guide how to check in and allow my sibling to use the toilet and keep the luggage before check in. And the hotel facilities also environment is totally great

Read some bad reviews but we really enjoy stay at here. Amazing helpfull staffs, we were arrived so early in the morning, left our luggage, Tun Yee so helpfull when we called him to help us. Also the reception lady gave us warm hospitality. The room big enough for 3 of us. Complete with the kitchen stuffs from microwave, laundry, can cook also. Dish soap also available. Bathroom clean and has water heater. Everything perfect and has what u need esp for long stay.
Note : maybe just need hand soap

It's a good hotel. It's a small room, but just stay days no problem. The room has a window and the bathroom is so clean, but it was just cold water… I stayed a few hours, so it was ok. A Little bit far from the station. But cost performance is good.

The hostel is very close to the Ayuni Metro Station. I have stayed at the hotel for four nights before and after. It is more convenient, but the bathroom shower facilities are occasionally difficult to guarantee. The boss is good, the girl lives alone, and the boss will give priority to the room with more girls, which is more convenient in hot Singapore. In addition, the hostel is not far from the famous durian stand in Singapore, and it is convenient to eat.

The hotel is located in the middle of the two MRT stations, which is convenient to move around, and there are many restaurants to choose from on the trail next to the pier behind, and there is also a good view to watch. The equipment and service of the accommodation manager Kim, Loc, Ryan their service is very good and amiable that make me want to come back to the place where I stay next time.

Location is indeed very convenient however if you are not fond of nightlife, this is definitely not a great one to choose. I didn’t see the fine print before booking and was subject to loud beats and sounds from the surrounding bars throughout the night. I also had some issues with my room (random ants and dead lizard). Fortunately, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling for leisure especially those who like to party but not so much for others.

After exiting Wuchao Metro Station, turn right, then right again. You'll pass a black art school building, and then you've arrived. There's a young man with glasses at the front desk who speaks Chinese, and no deposit is required for check-in. Behind the front desk, there's a water dispenser for hot water, which is convenient, and there's also drinking water available in the room. Breakfast on the first floor is S$18, and children under 11 eat for free. Alipay is accepted. The downside is that the room gets hot and humid during the day, and the air conditioning isn't controllable. All the room windows are locked. Cold air starts blowing around 10 PM, and then it automatically turns off in the morning. Breakfast on the first floor is S$18, and children under 11 eat for free. Alipay is accepted.

I love the view at night. It is very accessible to train stations, 7/11, malls, green parks and a lot more. They have pools to unwind and gymnasium. I love how accommodating the people are. Kudos! You’re the best!
