Ctrip is also enough. Originally, I had already set a room on Booking. I saw that Ctrip was a lot cheaper, and I retired the Booking. However, the so-called sea view room that was given to the store through Ctrip is a room in a room, and the TV wall of the other room is the bedside of our room. The TV and other sounds in the next room are clearly heard, which seriously affects sleep. The next day, I can only change the room. It is not the balcony room with sea view. I had tossed for a long time before and after changing rooms, and I was still in a bad mood. At the same time, the check-out also received a 142 knife ”Hotel Tax”. This tax order is not available, can you return it?

Hotel location is good, there are beaches in the hotel, but because of the age, the hotel is a bit old, and the price of sea view rooms is also very expensive, the rooms are a bit small and the windows are very small

Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

Hotel location is good, about 10 minutes drive from the airport and the old town. There are also many restaurants near the hotel, which is very convenient. The sea view room is very beautiful and the overall environment is good. However, the hotel's overall facilities are not very new and slightly lacking. Environmental hygiene is not very satisfactory. After eating something on the balcony of the room, many ants came out and went to the room. However, ants are also normal in tropical regions. Secondly, Ctrip's fee does not include the resort fee, which is about 40USD per day. But when booking on Ctrip, Ctrip did not have to pay other fees.

The hotel location is super good, ten minutes from the Louis airport and 15 minutes from the old town of San Juan, very convenient. There is a casino in the hotel, and there is a 24-hour check in and check out. It is very good, and the attitude is very nice. The hotel sea view room is in a good location and it is very comfortable to listen to the sound of the sea. Room service is very attentive and highly recommended

I have had terrible service since checking in. I am a very patient and friendly person who has worked in the service industry and understands how important it is to be nice to hard-working people. At breakfast, I watched three tables come in after me, get serviced, and receive their food before I even got a cup of coffee brought to me and had my order taken. I finally had to go to the waiter stand and ask for my bill so I could pay in leave. Our room never got serviced for cleaning for an entire day even though we were out of the room from early morning till 4 o’clock. I just went to the bar and sat and was ignored by a waiter who helped people on either side of me. I finally got up and left after 30 minutes of saying hello, making eye contact and basically got ignored. I am checking out early and heading to another hotel. I had booked a full week here at the Ocean club. They seem to cater to everyone else around. Perhaps they do not want to encourage white middle age guys staying here. They may want to cater to the younger European crowd.

I had read the reviews before booking and decided to give it a try. My husband and I are in our late 50's. The hotel is the perfect place for cleanliness, comfort, restaurant was amazing, and the VIEWS the Views the Views. The music was going on at the pool but when we were there it was NOT LOUD (Sunday-Thursday Morning). The Bartending staff at the pool and at the restaurant bar are a pleasure. Condado OC was well worth the trip.

There are not many Puerto Rico hotels to choose from on Ctrip, and the reviews are limited. Most of them are reproduced on booking. This hotel was chosen at random based on price and location. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are not big and clean, ten minutes drive from the old town, and there are some seaside highway scenery along the way. The hotel has two small swimming pools, which are mainly used to bring baby water. The beach in the hotel is very close, and a nice evening walk. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and Star Dad are available. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Cantonese. The dishes are generally large but expensive, and three people eat ninety dollars quickly. Not recommended if there is no obsession with Chinese food. Breakfast at the hotel is not bad. If the requirements are not high, it is okay to eat enough. After all, the old breakfast is simple. After staying for two days, I got up to prepare for a bath the next day and found that there was no hot water. The parking lot is huge, $ 17 a night.

Maurizio took care of us in a way that made us feel at home. The food was beyond fantastic. The pasta all’ Eoliana was perfect, PERFECT!! He offered us a complimentary “welcome” appetizer, complimentary homemade bread (absolutely delicious with the local olive oil some salt and black cumin seeds. Then we skipped desert but we tried their Malvasia, and it was the best I have ever tried. This place is golden. Make sure you call ahead and make a reservation though!

The starting point of Condado beach has its own beach and swimming pool, the hotel lobby is modern and the bay view is beautiful. There is no option to include breakfast in the booking. You can only add it to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is small, and the taste is more suitable for Americans. However, there are 24-hour fast food restaurants nearby, Starbucks, the best Chinese restaurant new taste. The front desk is polite and the pool security is polite.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Will be booking future trips with this hotel again in the near future! The view was espectacular.

Here’s a brief summary of our family’s stay at Comfort Inn, San Juan for five days in August 2022. The GOOD – Location: It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the hotel offers complimentary beach towels, sun umbrellas, and lounge chairs for your use. There’s also a Cartier store at the end of the block, so you’re in a decent part of town, and there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance; Rooms: Our room was clean and bright. It looks like it had been renovated in the not-too-distant past. Good water pressure, nice TV, clean linen, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; Breakfast: There are some nice options included in the breakfast. Hot items (cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, country potatoes), cereal, make-it-yourself waffles, pastries, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, clementine oranges), yogurt, and a variety of juices; Hotel pool: It’s small but very nice. In addition to the pool, there’s also a hot tub for the adults and a kids’ wading pool. Lots of lounge chairs and towels. Fitness center: It has nice equipment and is in good condition, located by the pool; Housekeeping staff: We interacted with several members of the housekeeping staff and they were all extremely helpful and friendly. High marks in that department! The BAD – Parking: Technically, there is a parking lot at the hotel but it only holds about eight cars, at best. Beyond that, you’ll need to park in a garage down the street for about $20/night. The hotel was in the process of repaving the parking lot while we were there but I don’t think it will result in adding any additional spaces; Flooding: The street on two sides of the hotel flooded to a depth of about 8 inches twice during the five days we were there. Not sure what causes it, but it’s apparently an ongoing issue. If you want to get past the flooding, you have to get creative on how to access the front door. Not impossible, but also not ideal. The DEHUMIDIFIER – The first night we were there, we woke up in the morning to find that the floor in our room was WET. Not damp, but WET. As in, a “Maybe we should go look for a mop” kind of wet. It was at that point that we noticed a dehumidifier under the desk in the room. The digital readout read, “Current humidity: 85%”. I don’t doubt it. Once I turned the dehumidifier on, we left it on for the remainder of our stay. It did help IMMENSELY but we had to empty the bucket in the dehumidifier down the shower drain about twice a day, so it was an ongoing process. We also noticed a dehumidifier in the hallway so humidity is apparently an issue there as well. SUMMARY – Overall, we were happy with our stay. The amenities are nice and the price isn’t bad, considering the prices of other hotels in the same vicinity. Parking isn’t ideal and neither is the flooding. And as long as you don’t mind keeping up with the dehumidifier, the room is pleasant to stay in. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles, but there’s not a lot that seems lacking either.

The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge.

Just got back from 3 nights (7/1 - 7/4) at The Tryst. Overall, a great stay at this hotel. It's a boutique hotel located in the middle of Condado beach, and right on the beach. The location can't be beat. Was traveling solo so I got a smaller room not facing the beach, but I did catch a glimpse into an ocean facing room and it looked pretty great. Comfortable bed, AC was as cold as I needed, and working Wifi and tv. I will say the hot water was lacking for my stay, BUT I did not notify management, so it wasnt something that was as big of a deal. The main attraction is that there are free towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas for use for people staying at the hotel. The Wicked Lily is the only public beachfront bar/restaurant in Condado and made pretty good cocktails and had good views. It is a restaurant though, so you can't bring your own drinks to hang out there. Staff was nice, they were constantly cleaning, and I would stay here again. For the price, it's probably the best value you can get if you want to be beachfront. Look forward to the upgrades coming in the next few years (pool, decks, etc.).

We enjoyed this hotel. It had a comfortable room with a beautiful beach view. The bathroom was a bit small and the water didn’t quite get as hot as we’d like but after being in the ocean it was still refreshing. The in house restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. The seared grapefruit crème brûlée was amazing

The staff rated an A++ and saved my trip to PR.. No thanks to airline cancellations, both my arrival and departure were delayed. Thankfully, the front-desk staff was super helpful in arranging my accommodations, esp when I had to spend an extra night in PR. The hotel is in a very good location, just off the beach in Condado - thus it's not quite a beach hotel. It is very quick from the airport and literally across the street from the beach. There are many restaurants nearby (and bars) but the nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk (there are convenience stores / pharmacies nearby). It's also very close to the ”lagoon” - a nice place to walk. The hotel itself is nice, nothing fancy. I had two different rooms - the AC was a little noisy in one of the rooms, but both ACs worked very well (important in hot / humid PR). There was no external noise but there is a little internal noise (doors opening, e.g.). The rooms are very well cleaned (and disinfected) and the fridges, irons, showers all worked well. The WiFi was very good in both of the rooms. There were plenty of outlets for recharging. Breakfast was average. The coffee was very good. They have different pastries each day and some of them were very good. The price was pretty good for the area, but Condado runs on the expensive side. I would stay here again.

I was concerned about this hotel based on some of the reviews, however I must say that I was pleasantly surprised…. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. The staff was super nice… The location was everything! It was close to a lot of restaurants, Walgreens, CVS and a Starbucks…. I was able to run in the mornings and it was a beautiful route in the city… I would recommend this hotel.

The experience is average: the room is too small, the corridor is very narrow, there seems to be a fire hazard, but fortunately, it is close to the sea, and there are many food shopping and food shops around, which is more convenient for tourists.

A few very big concerns. I’m an avid traveler and stay in all different hotels over the world. I’ve been hostels in the middle of Central America in better condition. 1) When I first reserved, there was a misunderstanding over the phone of how many sleeping areas I needed. I requested 3 sleeping areas for 3 guys. When we got to the hotel, there were two beds (2 full beds). Their response was, “technically the room sleeps 4 people.” However, that’s not what I had asked for. 2) The hotel and room is decrepit. We walked in and the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Walls, floor, and windows were dirty, and their was a long black hair on the bed. 3) I requested to leave due to uncleanliness (and I didn’t want to subject my guest to that) and they still charged me a day, that I’m still disputing. Apparently dirty walls, floors, and windows, and overall uncleanliness is “my opinion.” The place has potential to be a beautiful hotel on the beach but there is not enough care put into it. Spend the extra money and find a better place to go.
