Thank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area.

The hotel is an old hotel that has been open for many years. The large terrace on the sea side is very nice.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

First time I’ve ever been at a hotel where I’ve had to wait 20mins for breakfast that is included. Be aware parts of the hotel is under construction so not all amenities were provided and this was not communicated. For the price of the hotel the service was not of the same value.
Good location for a trip to PR.

Very good hotel, with direct access to the sea, with an outdoor swimming pool with good scenery and suitable for taking pictures, the staff is very friendly and caring, the rooms are clean, and the decoration is stylish.

Although the room is not big and the price is not cheap in the peak season, the sanitation, environment, service facilities, etc. are very good. There are two 24-hour supermarkets opposite the hotel, and the beach is not far away. The hotel's coffee shop and restaurant are also very good

The location was great, it was clean, and the view was great, so it was perfect!! The front desk was also friendly, and they gave me a list of good restaurants as soon as I arrived, so I used that as a reference during my stay.

The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge.

Due to a flight delay, we had to book a room here as almost everything else was full. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic – one of the best staff members we've ever encountered on our travels. We didn't get a chance to experience the proximity to the ocean or the breakfast. The hotel itself was more or less alright.

Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation.
There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors

The size of the room is good, it is a bit old, breakfast is also general, for the Chinese, it is quite close to the beach, you can go to the beach 🏖️ The hotel is not very big, but the price is relatively good, mainly because the hotel there is too expensive. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. It is expensive and the taste is average.

The experience is average: the room is too small, the corridor is very narrow, there seems to be a fire hazard, but fortunately, it is close to the sea, and there are many food shopping and food shops around, which is more convenient for tourists.
