Although there are no children, but the heart of the three families children's day holiday, we chose the healing dormitory. If the spa valley was opened, I think I would have played better, but it was still before the opening, so I was healed while taking a walk in Nature Park, and it was a trip that both children and adults were satisfied. I went in late due to late check-in, but I was able to enter well without any inconvenience and the facilities were clean and nice. However, I was a little embarrassed because I couldn't send the KakaoTalk in advance because the phone number was foreign number (?) and what kind of error there was in the reservation through Trip.com. There was no problem with entering, but if it is a system error, it seems to be a break that needs to be corrected. By the way! This place is a natural place where peacocks and rabbits often go around like long cats and even do not avoid people. Every morning, there is an automatic alarm service with peacock crying. When the peacock wants to cry, he can't refuse to cry and must listen unconditionally ㅎㅎ

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The staff were friendly. The location is close to a lot of attractions.  The rooms were cleaned daily and the amenities were refilled every day. The breakfast and snack bar were pretty decent too. Excellent service overall.

Swimming in the winter infinity pool was the best, exceeding my expectations. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable and nice. I would love to stay here again on my next trip. The cafe next to the lobby is friendly, but... the coffee taste is a bit underwhelming. There are good food options down the hill, and it's close by. The hill was tiring though, haha. The view of Suseong Lake is great, too. 💕

Easy to locate when arriving by KTX from Incheon Airport. The hotel is in an excellent location for taking the Express Bus to access sightseeing points outside the city, while also being convenient for exploring the city and shopping areas by Metro. Eastern Hotel meets tourist hotel standards; my room with two beds was huge, spacious, clean, and tidy. The air conditioning was just right for the cold weather. I was surprised to find a Samsung Digital Inverter Washing Machine, which allowed us to dry-clean our down and wool jackets after a whole day out in the countryside. Overall, the hotel is friendly for non-Korean-speaking tourists. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a great location with many restaurants nearby that stay open late, so you can still find something to eat even if you go back late. It's also very close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient.

All the staff are friendly, room is tidy and clean, the breakfast is yummy. Willing to come back again and highly recommend to others who are planning to stay at Daegu.

This hotel has a very strict 3 pm check-in policy, even the room is ready and the guest has been waiting for quite a long time, there's no exception. Actually from 1 pm they allow an early check-in but need to pay for every one hour. I've stayed in a lot of international hotels in the multiple countries, there were two three times I requested early check-in after a long time flight, they happily did for me if the room was ready. This hotel I felt the money I spent and the experience I got didn't match. Location was very close to the exhibition, convenient. Quite expensive during the exhibition time. For the restaurant need to walk for sometime, but worth going. The room was good enough.

The location seems a bit difficult without a car, but it's good for the price. However, even though it was an ondol room, the floor was not clean, so I wiped it myself with a wet tissue and got the quilt. ㅠ The staff are friendly and the service and room items are well equipped. The interior, atmosphere and facilities of the hotel were clean and nice. Close to the Palgongsan cable car ride!

The facilities are perfect but the location is very far away from everything and when you get a problem the reception person will not solve you I paid breakfast and told me it was only Tuesday to Friday
