The room was very clean and the staff were very attentive to every detail, and I'm grateful for their hard work. They were all so friendly and made my commemorative trip with my friend even more meaningful! The birthday cake and champagne were also delicious. Thank you very much.

This is an excellent hotel that needs no further explanation. Everything, from their meticulous attention to detail and friendly staff to their problem-solving abilities, is top-notch. From the booking stage, they showed great care by arranging the room ambiance and amenities, and even allowed an early check-in. We also got a room upgrade! The Le Tout-Paris restaurant offered wonderful food, friendly staff, and a beautiful view. I'm so grateful for how they handled an issue that arose during our stay, truly understanding the guest's perspective. I'd love to visit again!

I was very satisfied with the attentive service. They even take into account your preferences. I don't like chocolate desserts, so the first one they delivered was their famous chocolate dessert. I only tried a little bit and then left. Later, the dessert delivery cart just left my room and I saw their classic chocolate dessert for other rooms. When I got to my room, I saw the lemon dessert.

Le Bristol Paris / Praise
1 My recent stay at Le Bristol Hotel in Paris was a wonderful experience! 🌟 Hotel location is very convenient, a few steps to the famous shopping areas and attractions.
2 The room is beautifully furnished, the bed is particularly comfortable, and the night sleeps very well. The service staff is warm and friendly, which makes people feel warm.
3 In addition, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is also very rich 🍽, there are many choices, I am very satisfied with the food! In short, this is a pleasant stay, highly recommended to everyone! 👍

It's pretty good. All Bulgari hotels worldwide are the same. If you like Bulgari's design style, it won't disappoint. The service felt a bit more welcoming than the traditional palace-level hotels in Paris. However, the luggage tags not having names engraved was a major drawback.
- Guest User
I was very satisfied with the hotel's location and service. It's a pity the breakfast isn't a buffet; Asian guests might find the selection limited. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, maintaining their professionalism. Overall, a good hotel.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this.
However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special.
Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

The hotel was exactly what you'd expect from a palace.
This was my third time in Paris, and this time my main goal was to stay in a wonderful hotel.
I was moved by the beauty of the 19th-century mansion, the view from the large terrace was stunning, and above all, the high level of hospitality made me feel comfortable.
Upon leaving, I forgot one of my bags due to a lack of checking, but they called a taxi and delivered it to the airport.
Thanks to the Shangri-La Hotel, my trip with my daughter became an even more wonderful memory.
I hope to visit again next year.
Thank you very much.

Treated myself on the last night of a Paris birthday trip, the team spoilt us to the moon knowing that it was my birthday. Nobody else celebrates birthdays like Plaza Athénée Paris. And highly recommend you to book the Avenue Montaigne room, totally worth the magical experience!

At present, the favorite hotel in Paris is fully equipped and advanced. Dyson's hair dryer, wireless charger, Bluetooth stereo, is the occupancy rate is very full, the hotel always has a lot of people.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Place de la Concorde, within walking distance of many places. The hotel interior is luxurious, elegant, and sophisticated, with a particularly beautiful lobby and public areas, and the restaurant and bar are also highlights. All the staff were very friendly; however, the breakfast selection was limited, with no buffet and entirely à la carte.
- cici9090
The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week.
The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. They promptly changed our room, showing great consideration for our guests' comfort.

This hotel is the worst value for money hotel I've ever stayed in Paris, and the service is the most incredible and small. I called the airport service from the hotel. At that time, I was drinking at the Hemingway Bar in the Ritz Hotel, so I asked the hotel to put my luggage in the car and pick me up on the way. The hotel said that they would charge an additional 50 euro luggage fee 😹. If my things were picked up at another place, I would understand, but the car was directly from the hotel. I said I would never stay in this hotel again. The manager helped me cancel this fee, but I still find it incredible. The garden of the hotel restaurant is OK, but the food is very unpalatable. It's close to Avenue Montaigne, and it's petty!

My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. (I only found one photo, of the cocktails I had at the bar while waiting for my room to be made up. It was quite good.)

I stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good, thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon.

From March to May is spring in Paris, with its flowers in full bloom and abounding in romantic vibes. The weather turns warmer and is not humid during the summer which lasts from June to August. This is also the peak tourist season. Come July and August, the river banks would be overlaid with sand and resembling a beach. July also happens to be the shopping season whereby every shopping area would be giving huge discounts on their merchandise. The weather starts to turn colder during the autumn from September to November so do remember to bring some warmer clothing. Winter in Paris is really cold, and there is a big temperature difference between indoors and outdoors; you must bring winter garb. You could soak in the atmosphere at the many fairs and events prior to Christmas.
