I'm not used to traveling alone and was quite apprehensive about the accommodations. My layover was 12 hours over night. I emailed the hotel a few times and their prompt response put me at ease. When I got there, the girl at the reception desk was so warm and welcoming and made me relaxed and very happy I booked with My Cloud, rather than leaving the airport, which I was unsure of. It was the best stay! The room was minimal, but was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing, restful stop. I have to say that when I checked out in the morning, the guy at the reception desk was not as nice as the girl who checked me in; she was absolutely exceptional! He, on the other hand, hardly spoke to me and didn't help when I tried to figure out the water dispenser. However, it didn't spoil my impression of the place, since the first person I encountered was so sweet and kind. I wish I knew her name...

Ok it’s essentially a bed and bath is extremely close proximity. There is no frills going on here. You will not have a Keurig and you will have no privacy in the bathroom. It is however perfect if you have a 12 hour layover and so t want to sleep in a plastic chair. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Perfect for what it is and very easy process.

Pros: The room was spacious, and the location was convenient, only a few minutes' walk to both the airport and the train station.
Cons: The room facilities were severely outdated, with many items broken.
- The air conditioning was an old-fashioned knob type, only allowing adjustments for on/off and fan speed. Initially, it was broken and didn't cool at all. A repairman later fixed it.
- The bathroom sliding door was broken and couldn't be moved, so I couldn't close the door when using the toilet or showering.
- The refrigerator was broken and didn't cool. It felt like the entire hotel was falling apart. I called, but they didn't attempt repairs or offer a room change; they just gave me an ice bucket.
- As I needed to refrigerate food, I requested a new ice bucket a few days later, but no one delivered it even after an hour. The entire service was very problematic.
- The restaurant was shared with the adjacent hotel. Some waiters showed discrimination, asking guests of Asian descent to squeeze into small two-person tables, but had no issue with white guests occupying larger tables, and never bothered to ask if coffee was needed.

The biggest advantage: It's located in a spot where you can check in with less hassle after a tiring long-haul flight! To get to the city center, you can take the subway/train at the airport, and it takes less than 30 minutes. Luckily, there was a kind staff member who spoke Korean really well. The breakfast menu is also diverse. It was excellent.

Very comfortable connected room for the family.
Some reviewers mention the water temperature as an issue. We experienced the temperature fluctuations however they were not drastic.
Kitchenette but no plates, cookware etc. if you opt for a room with a kitchenette, bear this in mind.

We stayed here for a recent trip and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient for transit, making it seamless to get around. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep despite being right by a major transport hub.

At the end of August, we stayed at the Hotel Frankfurt Airport in a Twin Executive Room (28 m²). The room was on the ninth floor, and the window overlooked the hotel's inner atrium.
The room had stuffy, unventilated air! Two bottles of mineral water were chargeable, at €5 each. The capsule coffee was terrible, both in taste and smell.
The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was of good quality. The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries were simply delightful!
The breakfast buffet at the RISE restaurant was very good and diverse.
Check-in and check-out at the hotel were quite fast and without delays. The public areas and corridors in the hotel, as well as the rooms, were very clean and well-maintained.

Great location, right by the airport. Gotta say, the airport is huge, so it was a bit hard to find at first, but once you know your way around, it's super convenient. The room wasn't big, but it was sufficient.

Two weeks ago, I stayed at the Marriott. This time, I originally wanted to book the Hilton, but reviews on Trip.com all said the Hilton Garden Inn was better. I booked a triple room, which turned out to be a standard room with an added sofa bed. I feel like I might have booked too early because I paid a few hundred yuan more than the price listed on Trip.com for the same day 💔😂. Compared to the Marriott, the room was a bit smaller, but the bedding and bathroom facilities were newer and better. What was strange though, was the unpleasant smell in both the elevator and the hallway! Marriott and Sheraton always smell nice. The biggest advantage of this airport hotel is not having to wake up early for a morning flight.

The room was quite cramped and the shower point can get choked easily. However, hotel staff were detailed in their instructions. As we are non German speakers, they took the effort to show us the steps to take.
Problems get acted on almost immediately. Our room electricity supply tripped and we contacted the housekeeping. Within 5 minutes, the technician appeared at our door. Good job guys.
My second trip to Frankfurt this year and this is definitely one of the hotels to stay in.
