The space is large and the scenery is beautiful, but the blond waiter at the front desk is not friendly enough and very impatient. Inquiries about the train station were ignorant, but the other waiters were very good, and finally learned about swimming.

Booked just one night. . The women at the reception was really nice. I didn't know I had to pay 50 euro deposit, I didn't had credit card. She was nice by telling me nearby ATM. Room was clean. Not that small, actually big enough. Really nice looking bathroom.

Hi, I had booked this hotel to help with the Eurovisionsong festival. Unfortunately, I received 2 days after the cancellation date that I couldn't come. Cancellation really couldn't be: hotel policy. She wanted to transfer free of charge. I had several contacts, I had to pay the difference, I could still get in. Now my last confirmation via booking.com messages has not come in to them. The day before it is confirmed, I'm being called in the night of my original nights, in the middle of the night and the message online: now you're late. Just called: Hotel Policy. All Hotel Policy, exceptions must not be: Hotel Policy. Everything in English is to do, I'm glad my English is good enough, but I would never call here again, hotel policy goes above customer friendship.

Such an amazing experience! From the moment you arrive in the lobby, you feel at home. Amazing views from the 9th floor of the city and you can even spot the sea from there and your room! Rooms are basically brand new, and fully equipped with everything you might need during your long stay. The decor is so nice you wish your house looked that good haha There's even a welcome pack with essentials waiting for you as you check in! Breakfast is just perfect, as it has a bit of everything and it is enjoyed with the nicest views. The gym is quite big, it provides towels and water. There's a laundry room with washing machines and a drier so you can do your laundry during your stay. I will be coming back soon as not also the place is amazing and the employees are the sweetest and make you feel very welcomed from the beginning.

This is an Apart-Hotel the contains studio apartments and loft suites. It's centrally located near to almost everything in The Hague, 7 Minutes walk to The Hague Central and 7 Minutes walk to The Hague Centre. It's in the same building of Moxy Hotel (Sister Hotel of the same Parent Company, Marriot Hotels Group). We got a spacious studio apartment with a stunning view of The Hague. The breakfast served is good as per Dutch standards. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for couples and families

We are a couple in our early 50es who accidentally saw a mention of this hotel in a magazine and thought,” well, why not? Looks lovely and it seems as if there are some decent restaurants and museums in Rotterdam, let's go for a long weekend.” We invited our daughter and her friend to tag along -- they are in their early 20es. We arrived in the late morning (easy train ride from Schiphol airport, and a short stroll from the central station). We immediately liked the look of the cafe, and the woman behind the counter gave us a warm welcome. Rooms were not ready yet, but we asked for advice on where to get lunch and went out. We had booked two rooms -- one large and one small. Being the paying part we thought that we'd get the large room and the young couple could get the small, but after half an hour we switched rooms. The large room overlooked the street, and being an old building, the windows were not sound proof, and it was simply too loud for us. Daughter and friend did not mind in the slightest, they were just happy to get the large and very beautiful room. The small (Cozy) room was, well, very, very small. Only room for a double bed and a small place to hang around 3 shirts. The view was nothing, the window was over the bed and overlooked the roof of the next building. We could not help but laugh, but at least it was quiet, and it did not spoil the positive ambience of the place. Shampoo, conditioner and body gel were all nice and smelled wonderful. Missed a body lotion though, but again; that is a small thing and we could have brought our own. The bed is divine (coco mats). We went down in the cafe every day to have breakfast (not included) -- so tasty and very well presented. Amazing coffee in beautiful cups -- if I were not in the middle of moving house I would have bought some for home. I will rate this 4,5 -- the cosy room really was very small and it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room. I am aware that I was supposed to order this in the hotel cafe, but it closes at 5 in the afternoon -- but I am giving it a 5 as 4 seems too little. I would not hesitate to go back and stay again, but will ask for a large room facing the back of the building next time. Rotterdam has so much to offer, we thought that 3 nights would be enough but we missed so many things. For the very reasonable rates, this place is a steal.

We arrived at a brand new hotel, which is always exciting. On the outside the hotel is very humble, only a small sign announces your arrival at Hotel Amê. But that changes when you enter, a beautifully restored house with amazing details. The reception doubles as a little cafe, in. A very Scandinavian design. Light rosa tiles and otherwise very calm colors. The hotel is very up to date when it comes to the check in/room/check out experience. We checked in via phone beforehand, and that gives you access to a digital room key. You can also get a normal room key, if you prefer. We stayed in room 33, which was a cozy room, with a skylight. The rooms are a perfect mix of modern and restored. You feel the presence of an original 19th century building, while feeling you’re in a luxury home. The bathroom is something else. Heated floors, amazing shower, and great design. And the scent, is very nice. Beds were in my opinion very comfortable. We sadly had a very unpleasant stay in Rotterdam, but the hotel was such a great experience. The staff is probably the nicest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel, and you really felt their passion for what they’ve created, and how service minded they were. Due to some other guests, the fire alarm went off and woke us in the morning. The staff was again so nice, and offered us a free drink for something that wasn’t even their fault. This hotel is an amazing choice if you plan to stay in Rotterdam.

The location is great , close to city Center and museum, just 2 minutes walk from the closest tram station to get off. Thought there is a restaurant in hotel from the photos but indeed just a dinning area together with the front desk area which only provides breakfast. Large room, bed and toilet are clean , kitchen is good too if you wish to cook, more homie feelings to stay in here, but the sofa in my room was having some stains. Also the room is quite (no noise from outside) , feeling secured too as solo traveller. Originally thought the washer is inside my room, but actually are all in the public washer & dryer room, tho 24 hours open, btw no washing powder provided you need to bring or buy yourself. Still good for long-trip traveller. Overall is not a bad stay with this location and room size , maybe not the best but still worth the prize

the hotel has a very good location next to the historic city center and with a great view on a park and the palace;(and is within walking distance to the train station) nice rooms, practical furniture and all the gadgets you need for a relaxed stay; friendly staff, coffee and tea for free all day long, a beautiful library and a beautiful salon to relax and just look out of the windows; nice restaurants, shops, sights... all around in easy walking distance; great for a stay to explore The Hague...

I stayed in the suite - the hotel's largest room - for two nights in May. This hotel is certainly the most upscale option in Delft. The design details of the room were impressive - if aesthetics are something you value in a hotel stay, Hotel ****naal delivers. I loved the soaking tub in the room, and the additional seating area in front of the oversized window overlooking the canal. The TV set up at the foot of the bed was jarring with the rest of the room design, I wished that there was a way to push the TV stand down so that it did not block the visibility of the rest of the room. I liked the bluetooth speaker/record player, although I was confused because it was nonfunctional (the needle was missing) yet came with two vinyls. It did work as a speaker. I enjoyed daily breakfast and appreciated that there were many delicious options available including on-demand hot options. Cons: I wished there had been somewhere to lock a bike in the hotel's courtyard versus on the street. It was loud outside at night, and sound carried into the room. This didn't bother me, but some guests might have taken issue. My friend who lives in the area noted that there's a fraternity on the same block. Classes had just ended, so maybe the revelry isn't an issue normally. The hotel had very limited onsite bar/dining options outside of breakfast. I went down to order a cocktail 30 minutes before closing, and was told they were only able to offer beer or wine at that point. I'm assuming because they had already done bar cleanup for the night, but still... I was surprised given the upscale positioning of the hotel. Overall, I really appreciated my stay at Hotel ****naal and found the experience quite serene and elevated. Book the suite!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel as part of our bike trip. From the moment you enter the courtyard you feel like you are entering a warm and creative space. The staff is helpful and friendly, the interior is inviting and cozy yet modern. We loved sitting in the main area after a long day, enjoying our drinks and snacks. From the exposed beams and brick, warm colours and attentive staff, its a perfect place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The room is small, but the hygiene, layout, and sound insulation are very good, and the equipment is easy to use. The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding area is relatively safe.

The room is small, has poor sound insulation, is relatively clean, and the breakfast is very simple. It’s okay for a business trip and a short stay

The reception desk gentleman is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although I was expecting more of an Asian cuisine. The best part about this hotel is actually Race Planet being right opposite which offers a unique experience in our stay at delft. Overall the hotel can improve on the cleanliness and please get regular sized pillows for the bed instead of the current square ones. I would recommend this hotel because I can feel the staff dedication and prompt service attitude. Oh yes, it is also a short drive to the draw bridge where we admired the sunrise.
