A lovely, quiet boutique hotel in a restful residential area of ipoh, and the place looks just as pictured in the website. You won't feel like you are in Ipoh (but its actually a nice change after eating street food and visiting cave temples all day). For breakfast..it is a choice of a hearty Balinese breakfast (there are some western offerings too) but please, go with the Balinese food as it really delicious. We had a three bedder which had a lovely koi pond outside. No issues getting a Grab to the nearby places with reasonable rates. The massage treatment was a wonderful treat on our last day. Definitely recommend you to stay here, for something different than a typical modern hotel. It was a nice place to come home to at the end of a long and tiring day. Special thanks to the wonderful Raidah, the receptionist, who is welcoming, friendly and funny.

This facility is a newly opened hotel in Ipoh. This is a new hotel, located in the center of Ipoh city, you can easily find many good food, especially halal food within 5-10 minutes. It is a 5-minute drive from the hotel to Ipoh Parade shopping mall. Getting to the main highway is about a 10 minute drive and once you get there, you can head north to Penang, Langkawi etc with nice friendly service hotels. The hotel is beautifully designed in Balinese style.

(CNY stay with my 7mo baby)
I'm sorry, but I originally intended to complain about the long queue for breakfast. However, I changed my mind after observing how friendly the waitresses were, even though they were very busy. Unfortunately, one disappointing encounter with the room service staff made me leave a negative review.
When I called the room service and asked for help in freezing my ice pack so that I could store my breastmilk in the car when I travel back home, the staff member told me that there was a chiller in the room. I explained that the chiller couldn't freeze the ice pack, so I needed the hotel's assistance.
To my surprise, the staff member asked me to pack the ice pack nicely and bring it down to reception. It was already 10:30 pm, and I was in my pajamas with my 7-month-old baby. I had to wake her up and carry the ice pack all the way down to reception.
In addition to this negative experience, I also had to queue for breakfast with my baby on both days. I thought that they should open a hall if there weren't enough tables for the guests, but the waitresses were still friendly and welcoming, even though they didn't have a baby chair for the first 10 minutes. Despite this, I never thought of leaving a bad review.
I was disappointed and saddened when I had to walk all the way down to reception at night with a baby, and I don't think that guests should have to do that.

First time chosen Weil Hotel as my stay over in Ipoh. The service here is just incredible nice! They have a concept lounge which only dedicated for concept rooms at Floor 12. Complimentary drinks and quiet place to work. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Cleaniness and security tiptop. Parking for my unit was very dark and below big tree. Not recommended this parking as it will left stain on your vehicles

Firstly we came twice previously prior to pandemic and only returned after almost 4-5 years on. It is still the best hotel in Ipoh. Service from Debbie and crew is always excellent. The suite we stayed in ; is of course excellent still and well kept despite CoVID situation preventing us from visiting sooner. I am always amazed when I return. The normal rooms are good as well as we used to take two rooms. The location is also everything; near to beat bean curd dessert in Ipoh ; the Ipoh taugeh chicken stores ; famous biscuits stores in Ipoh and other great places to eat around Jalan Yang Kalsom and Jalan Hugh Low!

We are very pleased by the hotel. It is obviously a labour of love and passion. The modern art pieces and rocks on display are interesting. Room and bathroom has exceeded our expectations. And Debbie the Proprietor is beautiful.

The room is huge and clean, we had almost the highest floor and get the best view. It took us 15-20 minutes to the Ipoh city, which that's not bad. And, other touristy places such as Tasik Cermin and Kek Look Teng Caves are only 5 minutes away drive from the hotel.
The bed and pillow are comfy. The staff are nice and very welcoming. We stayed for two nights and we had a decent spread of breakfast. The menus changed daily. I loved the teh tarik served. Padu!
The room lights are appropriate for romantic and relaxing ambience not good for doing work. Only one thing that needs improvement is there is not enough socket plug for charging phones/tablets/ironing. Cause only have one availble in the room, we need to take turns 😅.
Definitely we will stayed at this place again.

For those who is driving in Ipoh the Symphony Suite hotel is in good location. The hotel is provide free parking for hotel guest. It is just about 10 minutes drive to Ipoh town Center.
The family room that we stay look old and the bed is hard. The ware pressure in the shower room and the basin is good. The hotel wi-fi is acceptable.
The hotel breakfast is just normal and not many varieties. The hotel Reception will like to hold RM 20.00 as a deposit if hotel guest request for second room card.
I will stay again for their other room type if I come to a Ipoh again.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms from the hotel website for 1 night. It cost only RM150/night. Located at Meru, nearby Jelapang (Ipoh North) a new township. Hotel is owned by the State Government. Pros: - Value for money - Adequate room space - Modern amenities & fittings in the room - Package include drive thru movie for guests - Night vibes outside : Roundabout - Still considered new & well maintained -Staff are attentive - Lot of parking space but shared with the convention centre. Please note the parking space are open. Cons: - Location - not in central Ipoh where all the vibes - 10-15 mins drive to town or Ipoh Garden /Bercham / Tambun - No facilities - swimming pool The room package comes with breakfast which you have to pre-select from the choices available.

3D2N stay here under veterinar johor group I can see nice view of bulatan Amanjaya The Front Office Manager is quite friendly. Rooms are very cleaned and the housekeeper lady was very handy. Only 1 thing that disturbing me is I saw the manager ( i think so.. Bcoz he is wearing black suit and he is fat) Yelling to the housekeeper loudly . Where is your manners man? That's all. Overall I give 4 stars Just because of one man
