I stayed here for a solo 2-day, 1-night trip. I love the Bali vibe, and the moment I saw it on a travel site, I knew this was the place and booked it.
The interior definitely exuded that Balinese atmosphere, which was lovely. What I particularly liked was the spacious bathtub. With cushions to support your back and a ceiling about 3 meters high, it was a very open and relaxing space where I could unwind. Also, after check-out, they held my bag for me, and while I was killing time, the reception staff offered me lemongrass water. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. Thank you!
On the other hand, there were a few disappointing points. There was a leak in the bathroom, poor TV connection, no conditioner in the bathroom, and no salt or pepper on the dining table during breakfast (I think it would be more efficient if they confirmed the room number with guests, then seated them, confirmed their order, and then prepared the food). The reception area was hot, and because it's outdoors, there were inevitably insects that sometimes landed on the food. Some of these issues were promptly addressed by the maintenance team, and they even prepared two types of breakfast for me. The location, being a bit away from the city center, was quiet and peaceful, which was nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bali Hotel Ipoh! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a relaxing atmosphere that really lives up to its name.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The location is also excellent, close to plenty of food, attractions, and everything you need while exploring Ipoh.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from the team. They made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness 4* cos i believe there are still room for improvement, by replacing some old part of rooms and repair some old part of rooms at the Same Time to check on their hot water in the shower bath as the temperature is very inconsistent, im not complaining about water temperature, im complaining about water temperature consistency
Location wise 4* as it is the best location in ipoh town area
Services 4* their management meet all guidance of hotel services criteria
Amenities 1* as i notice that their cleaner doesn't replace new toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver and my snacks on my next stay, usually hotel with such 4-5* grading should replenish it without hotel guest asking, unless management grade themself as 2* hotel

A big thanks to the management for free upgrade to studio suites 😍 We felt at home, the room with all the necessities, fresh airs, complimentary drinks and kacang putih, member price for in room service of the Dome. I especially love the bath, water pressure is strong 👍🏻 It would be even better if lotion is provided 😊

The room was exceptional. The ecovillage even have free laundry room along with other facilities like gym, decent swimming with mountain range view & we even get a small complimentary. If you are looking for a quiet retreat that is not far from city, this is the place

Bedrock Ipoh exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless and wonderfully warm, setting the perfect tone for our stay.
A special mention to Debbie, who was an outstanding host — bringing a genuine family feel and going above and beyond to help us plan our time in Ipoh. Her local food recommendations were nothing short of amazing!
The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail impressed us — a Chinese tea set, Nespresso machine, filtered water dispenser, and a luxurious bath tub complete with bath salts. Every amenity was in perfect working order and housekeeping maintained an impeccable standard throughout.
A solid 5 stars — highly recommended!

The Chinese-speaking gentleman who checked us in only spoke English, but he enthusiastically helped us with our luggage, showed us to our room, and thoroughly explained all the room's facilities. The room had a water purifier and a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. Our duplex room featured a large bed and two smaller beds, with a separate bathroom and shower on both the upper and lower floors, all with dry and wet separation! It's perfect for a family of four! The hotel is about an 18-minute walk from Concubine Lane (but the streets were sparsely populated and quiet, so we didn't dare walk back and hailed a taxi instead). My only minor complaint is that the bed linen felt a bit old.

This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩
This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out.
They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out.
Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍

Stayed at this hotel for the fourth time because of my studies. The big point is the room is spacious. But, one minus point is the outdated tv. It’s time to upgrade to smart tv!

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Comfortable, clean, and convenient, especially if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night and enjoy a fine dining experience without having to go far.
Valet parking is available at RM20 per night, which is quite reasonable. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The hotel has two elevators, so there was hardly any waiting time. Overall, the room was comfortable and the whole stay felt pleasant and hassle-free.
Definitely a good choice for a one-night stay, especially for a business trip or a quick getaway.

I’m satisfied with my stay at Casuarina Hotel this time. Compared to my previous visit, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was much better. I appreciate the effort the hotel has made to improve, and it made my stay much more enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
