The lounge is open 24/7 and offers a wide variety of food, making it the best among all the luxury hotels with executive lounges I've stayed at in Jakarta. The rooms were renovated a few years ago, so everything still looks well-maintained. The staff are polite and provide thoughtful service. Overall, it's highly recommended.

What truly set this stay apart was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of every staff member I encountered, which felt heartfelt rather than scripted. From the moment I arrived, the doorman (a lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) greeted me with a sincere smile and answer questions about the hotel and local area. Later, when I ordered room service, the delivery staff was equally friendly, prompt, and taking the time to ensure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. This level of personalized care is what makes luxury hospitality memorable. The only areas for improvement relate to some aging in-room facilities. Specifically, the bathroom curtain was quite stiff and difficult to pull smoothly, and I struggled with the bathtub drain—unable to figure out how to operate it properly. I would kindly suggest the maintenance team check the bathtub drain in room 617 to ensure it's functioning correctly and easy for guests to use. Despite these minor issues, Fairmont Jakarta has won me over with its outstanding service culture. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to returning on my next trip to Jakarta.

Location is superb!!! It’s in the Lotte Mall!!! Just walk to the mall from level 1, next to the restaurant. Having breakfast in the room on my 3rd morning, so nice & well setup!!! Friday Butcher Table dinner is perfect!!! Gym is complete with trainer (refer to schedule). Will certainly back to this hotel again!!!

Bundaran HI depan mata je. Midnight craving? Turun je shopping mall. Minibar complimentary soft drinks pulak tu 😂 Berbaloi upgrade. *Room: 10/10* Huge, clean, bathtub + separate shower. Aircond sejuk gila, katil empuk macam tido atas awan. View Bundaran HI malam cantik gila. *Service: 10/10* Staff super helpful & friendly. Check-in smooth, housekeeping refill air cepat. Rasa macam VIP dari mula sampai habis. *Facilities: 10/10* Rooftop pool with skyline view = chef’s kiss. Gym & spa pun tip top. 6 dining options so tak boring. *Overall*: Kalau nak rasa “Jakarta city center + luxury + mall 1 pintu je” datang sini. Kempinski memang cherry on the cake. Will 100% stay again.

I booked 1 night with an Executive Suite, and unfortunately I received a room with a bad view, over some houses, even if in the picture they advertise a city view. They did not even tell me when I checked in. I had to go to the room to find out. I find it embarrasing that Four Seasons, a high end hotel chain, do these kind of things. They offered me an ”upgrade”, basically for the same type of room, but with a city view for extra cost. Finally I received a call from them, not to solve my problem, but to tell me that i am lucky that I stay in a renovated room. Simply embarassing. I did try some food, but was below my expectations. Quesadilla with no cheese. A mix of chicken meat and some kind of things. Below my expectations and for this price, believe me you have plenty of better options in Jakarta.

Our first time in Jakarta and stay in Borobudur hotel. The hotel was fantastic. Can’t fault it st all. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. The restaurants are great too. Coming from the UK dining at a the hotel restaurants didn’t cost us a arm and a leg. Swimming pool area was good too. Only thing is I have a phobia of cats and they do wander in around the pool area and outside gardens. I definitely recommend it for couples and families.

One of the highlights of our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan was definitely the lounge experience. The lounge staff were all fantastic - warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a smile and remembering small preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. The service was consistent throughout, whether during breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails. It really elevated the overall stay and made us feel well taken care of. A big thank you to the lounge team for their exceptional hospitality - we'll definitely be looking forward to coming back. The rooms were another standout feature.. spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and everything was kept spotless. Combined with the luxurious amenities, it made unwinding after a long day effortless.

stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.
