Very attentive staff. They read our message that we came to hotel to celebrate our 10th year friendship. There were little touches of surprise during breakfast and dinner. Customised pancakes and chocolate ice cream! And even prepared a cake in hotel room and wishez written on the mirror. Incredibly touched! Not forgetting a mini gift (2 lion plush toys)when we checkout! Room is big and expected of ritz Carlton, the classic bathtub by the window and tv. Cleanliness is top notch, highly recommend. Special mention to Pricilla. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and checking on us.

Conveniently located in the bustling city center. Two large shopping malls are within walking distance. Hotel breakfast can be delivered to the room. It's also very close to the airport highway entrance.

Nice hotel..big room with view direct view to Bundaran Hi...Good location of you want to go to Grand Indonesia. Enjoyed the room and breakfast! However, you may have issue waiting for taxis as entrance to hotel is not that visible to drivers; causing them to miss the junction and has to make one big round.

The staff and the amenities were all fantastic in the hotel, especially all the staff who worked at the lobby. However I found that the club lounge staff and food choices and seating area were all incredibly dissapointing and not up to par with Ritz Carlton standards. Overall would stay again but Ritz needs to improve every aspect of their club lounge

We had a great experience during our staycation at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The connection of the WiFi was good and stable. Definitely the best hotel to stay.

2night stay at Discovery SCDB to attend a conference in Jakarta. Booked a twin share room and this was the most unique and well designed twin-share room I have ever stayed in! 2 beds but with a separator and individual amenities for each person! 2 of almost everything including desk, TV, wardrobe & even separate wash basins! Room was clean. Wifi was stable and fairly fast. Morning breakfast was booked inclusive and is a free-flow ala-carte breakfast ordered from their menu. Food was tasty and the restaurant ambience and service was excellent. Check-in was very straightforward and staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly, spoke good English. Location was excellent right in the middle of the CBD next to a huge shopping mall Pacific Place. Overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return when next there. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome time at Shangrila Jakarta. Booking the clubroom was the best decision as we could have free flow drinks, afternoon tea and evening canapes. For those with children and not allowed into the lounge during evening time, they have allocated an area in the lobby lounge for families to enjoy their evening canapes and adults could still order any alcohol drinks served ala carte should they desire to do so—all inclusive. Lounge food was delicious. There were scones, salmon, smoked salmon sandwiches, profiteroles, sushi, satay, cakes etc. we would absolutely do the same should we be going to Jakarta again. There’s also a water playground with water slides and big tipping bucket for children. Pool is big and enjoyable. There are also fringe activities for children like bracelet making and also a bouncy castle and a swing. Rooms were kept clean and tidy and the toilet (with separate bathtub and shower) was huge! Room temperature control was accurate and good too. The only thing is that it is not located walking distance/connected to the big malls. But taking a bluebird cab out to mega malls is easy and also of budget cost. Breakfast spread is amazing and seating was fast too. Kids were also greeted with goodie bags on arrival.
