The front desk staff were really friendly, polite, and always smiling! The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. I saw some comments about low water pressure, but it was actually fine, not too weak at all. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom, which was really convenient! The location is also great, close to the station and quite central. We mostly took taxis, which were super cheap at around NT$85-100 for a few minutes' drive, saving us a lot of walking. Plus, the breakfast was pretty good; I tried both the Western and Japanese options, and I personally preferred the Japanese one! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tainan! ~(≧▽≦)/~

A great place to relax with the kids, and parents can relax too. The game room staff explain the rules clearly...very good, very reassuring! The rooftop family plaza, fishing, and train facilities are all very friendly. The pool has a beautiful night view! The front desk service at the first-floor lobby is also excellent.

This is my third time staying at Guitian Hotel. The environment is very beautiful, and it has the atmosphere of a vacation abroad. The breakfast is delicious. We chose to have dinner at Haoye Chinese Restaurant for dinner, and we were very satisfied with the meal.

The hotel's design style is great, and the place is very spacious. The room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are good. There's an open-plan bathroom with an island sink and a bathtub for soaking. Everything is perfect, the only thing to complain about is the toilet paper – it's too rough and cheap; if you use too much force, your skin will peel off!!!

The hotel location was amazing! Just 10 to 15 walk away from many famous Tainan sites like Hayashi, Chikan tower. The room had a sati and a wet and dry bathroom. Ruru the receptionist also tried her best to accommodate to our requests (my dad didn't want rooms on 13th floor). House keeper, Kiki, did a great job in tidying up the room. Will definitely go for a lakeshore hotel when I am in taiwan!

My husband and I had a delightful one-night stay at Justwin Grand Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed with modern decor and high-quality amenities. The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and reliable Wi-Fi, were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse buffet and attentive service. The location was convenient, close to attractions and dining options. Overall, the hotel offered a great experience, and I would consider staying here again for a longer visit.

The surrounding environment is very comfortable, there are walking trails, and there are paid experience activities. The dogs are very cute. The room is large, the bed is hard, the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom are very comfortable, the air conditioner is strong, and there are less than 10 TV channels. There is a water dispenser in the lobby and bottled water in the room. The freshly cooked seafood porridge for breakfast is delicious, as well as toast, fruit, soy milk, and coffee. The lady boss is very enthusiastic and overall it's a good place.

Great location and staffs! The hotel is connected to the shopping mall snd quite easy to access the latest shopping plaza in Tainan.
