Positive Feedback: cleaning staff was very humble. The staff in the morning breakfast dinning area was making most of their efforts to cater all the guests with the food. Food items had a wide range and good quality and taste. Rooms were average, I booked city view for rooms however on arrival the reception guy offered me back side view. I accepted without objection. Negative Feedback: the facility needs better maintenance. Tiles on the entry are broken. The reception roof has webs all over. The roof top was dusty. Swiming pool washroom and changing rooms needs better maintenance they were stinking. Jacuzzi should have booking systems if the demands are higher. Overall happy.

The hotel is well placed, it is near from the local attractions, guests don’t need to travel much from there to visit the attractions, the service is excellent and the staff is friendly. If you are lucky you would be meeting local celebrities as well. The food is excellent with authentic taste. The amenities are plenty and one can relax and rejoice over there.

Stay at the hotel was good. The room is clean. Staff behaviour is polite. Food is very delicious. Other amenities like indoor game, jim and the swimming pool are best. Hotel situated at the centre of city.

This is an excellent hotel in kolhapur. Its location is central. My parents have been using this hotel twice a year and he booked it for my family stay for a night. The rooms are superb, clean with efficient room service. Front desk too has been too good. The dinner and breakfast were of high quality. Music was outstanding.

My stay at 3 leaves hotel was very good. The food was fresh and tasty. The room was very cozy with all facilities. Staffs were very humble. The hotel is located very near to the Railway station and bus stand. The hotel provides basement parking. Overall my experience was very good.

Rooms r of v good quality..well and clean maintained...room size is small though.. V Good fr family stay... courteous staff... Location is bit inside... can't spot on road.. bt located v close to Railway station.. away fr temple though.... Breakfast Food.. 3 out 5... If fr pilgrimage... can opt this hotel... wish to stay again...

Location, food and services - excellent ! Amenities - need attention - cupboard shutters not closing properly, TV too small in size for the room, entrance door couldn't be operated using the key card alone and so had to use manual key for the door and card for electricity supply control, the WC and in particular it's flooring is not senior citizen friendly. Overall a good experience.
