”Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, and the staff's hospitality was truly exceptional. The front reception team was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, with all the popular tourist spots within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the area on foot and take in the sights. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and excellent.

Хороший вариант за свои деньги.

- мостоположение;
- отличный ресторанчик на крыше с видом на залив и центр города
- кондиционер
- здание явно историческое
Из минусов:
- за 4 суток была одна уборка, и та, по моей просьбе
- темно. номер освещался только таршерами в которых не хватало ламп.
- душевая лейка не держится на стене, поэтому приходилось держать ее рукой
- залив видно, только если выглянуть из окна под 70 градусов. А так вид на окна соседнего здания, стоящего в 10 метрах.

The hotel was clean and well designed. Stuff is friendly and I had no problem with arriving at the night. I had a stopover between two long flights and the main reason that I stopped at the hotel was chance to sleep with comfort and to have a nice breakfast without changing money and looking for a place. Unfortunately breakfast was awful, only boiled eggs were normal. It seems that vegetables and fruits were prepared not this morning, coffee was disgusting and even water and juice had strange taste.
Finally it's okay to live here, but not the best idea to have breakfast. Nearby are some historical streets and the tower, I had a nice short walk before going to the airport.

Great hotel with great location (5-7 minutes walk downhill to Halic, Karakoy peer and tram stop, Tunel, 10-12 minutes walk uphill to Sishane metro and Istiklal, 2 minutes walk to Galata tower), very comfortable room with beautiful view, delicious breakfast, very friendly stuff, 24/7 reception. Really enjoyed the stay!

I saw many people recommend it. But I really want to complain. I don't recommend staying here. The room style is a bit like TUVE in Hong Kong. But with the most basic price here, I can already stay in the best room type at TUVE. And the toilet is very cramped. There is no service even if you ask for it. Won't take the initiative to carry luggage. When I left that day, I took some pictures of the street scene outside with my camera, then turned back to take pictures of the hotel, but later I felt there was nothing worth taking pictures of, so I didn't. Then the staff outside told me not to take pictures. Please let me take the photo, but I don't really want to, okay? It would be fine if they didn't take the luggage when they saw it, but compare it to when we left at Park Hyatt, two staff members followed us out to take the luggage, opened the car door and said all kinds of heartwarming things. The contrast is really obvious. If I had to say what I was most satisfied with, it would be that the cookies in the room were delicious. And the smile when the cleaner greets you

The hotel has a great location, very close to Istiklal Street, surrounded by restaurants and bars. We booked a loft room, which was tastefully decorated. The room was cleaned three times a day, and they provided large bottles of British-made botanical toiletries (you can't take them away, otherwise you'll be charged). The hotel's restaurant used to be the US Embassy, and guests can go there for afternoon tea, or for a meal or drinks. The interior decoration is quite nice.

Staffs are amazing! They are friendly and extremely helpful. I had to check out from other hotel because of the rude staff and decided to come to this hotel and it was worth every cents. It has the best rooftop bar with the best view of the city. Don't miss it!

The hotel staff were all very kind, and the entire hotel was spotless. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but there were individually portioned jams, butter, cheeses, and a wide variety of other spreads for bread, which filled us up every morning.
The ferry terminal was nearby, and we took the ferry to the city center. The view of Istanbul from the ferry was absolutely amazing. Also, right in front of the hotel was a large park with playground equipment for small children, allowing us to enjoy quality time with our kids beyond just sightseeing.

We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 adult children. The rooms are comfortable and have 2 rooms (with a door between them), one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Each room has a shower and toilet, and the larger room also has a bathtub. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hotel is quiet. There is a bar on the top floor, and breakfast is served on the first floor, which is excellent in quality and presentation.

Very clean and beautiful room with a view of the Bosphorus. It has everything you need. The staff are attentive, and some speak Russian. Breakfasts are quite varied. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro and the city's main promenade. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I cannot think of a better place to stay than World House Boutique Hotel, when in Istanbul. The location, room, service and view from the room is fantastic. When checking in and out, we got given a complimentary coffee. The hotel has an coffee shop on the street that stays open until late at night and opens early in the morning. It is has great coffee and desserts. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The Galata Tower is 1 minute walk from the hotel and the rooms have a view of the tower. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel very close to Galata tower that I would recommend absolutely unreservedly! The staff go above and beyond what should be expected of them and if I return back to Istanbul I will 100% be back. The price of the rooms is also extremely competitive considering the location at the centre of the historic area near of Galata. I can not fault the service. The beds are extremely comfortable, the showers strong and warm at all times if the day, and the staff will be on hand to assist you in any way you please.

We stayed 2 nights at Sofitel Istanbul Taksim and honestly had a really comfortable experience throughout our stay in Istanbul.
The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable enough for us to properly rest after long days exploring the city. The hotel itself feels luxurious yet still very convenient for travelers, especially if you plan to move around Istanbul using public transportation.
One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. Taksim Square is literally just around the corner, making it super easy to access the metro, buses, airport shuttle, and other public transport connections around the city. Whether you’re visiting the Old City, Galata, Bosphorus area, or even heading to the airport, everything feels very accessible from here.
Another thing we enjoyed was the food scene around the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. The kebab restaurant right in front of the hotel was surprisingly good — and the best part is, it opens 24 hours, which was perfect for late-night supper after a long day walking around Istanbul.
Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Istanbul Taksim. Great location, comfortable rooms, easy transportation access, and lots of food nearby. Definitely a hotel we would consider staying at again when visiting Istanbul.

We stayed in two rooms, including a Superior Suite. Both rooms were very clean, and the staff were polite and always eager to help. The breakfasts were good, and the room service menu was excellent. The location also deserves a special mention — it’s easy to reach any part of the city by public transport.
