Kim Taro has a pick-up station in the Toyama Electric Railway parking lot next to the Shinkansen Unayue Hot Spring Station. Note that it is not the Shinkansen parking hotel to pick up and drop off. The time is 2:3:4 pm, ten minutes drive, I took a taxi to 3,600 yen, it was early, The staff was very enthusiastic and said that the room could be checked in after the final inspection. I checked in before 2 pm. I saw that some staff were carefully checking in other rooms. The hotel is located in the countryside, surrounded by farmland and cottages, basically no landscape, no attractions, no business, The rooms have been renovated, clean and tidy, there are egg puddings in the refrigerator, the hot springs have two areas that are large, one is open to the outside world, and the other 𤩹 Painting Hot Springs ~ Reception of guests, very good. The hot spring is the best! It made me feel refreshed with my swollen legs. It was good to feel that it was working slowly on my body.
The large communal bath with the day trip hot spring was dynamic with a lot of big rocks.
The room was comfortable and I could sleep well in bed.

After going to the Tayama Kurobu, it takes only half an hour to drive from Tayama Station. Free outdoor parking is available and there are many parking spaces. The hotel staff is very friendly and has prepared Locker for us to make an appointment for dinner and breakfast time and serve carefully. Friends who like nature and hot springs, here is a good choice, separate the male soup and female soup, and you can relax in the evening after the whole Hitachi Mountain itinerary. Special thanks to the two female chefs who prepared dinner and breakfast for us. The fresh, exquisite and caring service of the ingredients is commendable 👍

This was my first trip to Toyama, and I did a lot of research before booking a hotel. I ended up choosing the Oarks Canal Park Hotel because of its great value for money. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Toyama Station. You can also easily walk to Canal Park to visit the famous 'most beautiful Starbucks'. The hotel room was quite spacious and very clean. They clean every three days, but daily cleaning can be arranged if requested. If you opt out of daily cleaning, they still provide fresh bath towels, hand towels, and toothbrushes, along with UCC coffee capsules every day. The room had an excellent view; I loved opening the curtains each morning to a different scenery. The only downside was that they only provided a complimentary bottle of drinking water on the first day of my stay. I had to go to a supermarket near the station every day to buy water. Overall, I was satisfied.

Better than expected for a 3-star hotel! The room is clean, the hotel is only 3 minutes walk from Toyama station, which makes it very convenient to travel around Toyama area. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all, even though I booked a small room but I don't think its small at all. It has more than enough space to pack a large luggage. Also, the price is very cheap for a room like this. Will definitely be coming back some day!

The hotel is conveniently located near Toyama Station. Downstairs, there's a Japanese restaurant and a sushi place, but unfortunately, neither accepts reservations, so you have to queue. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk is on the second floor, where you can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, skincare, tea bags, drip coffee, and bath salts – a really good selection. You need your room card to access the elevators. The room itself is a bit small but quite new, and the layout is pretty efficient. My only complaint is the narrow and long entryway; with a 24-inch suitcase open, only one person can pass through at a time. It would be perfect if that hallway were a bit wider. The bathroom gets a huge thumbs-up! It's spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower, and the shower floor dries very quickly. For room cleaning, you need to put a sign on your door. If you only need fresh towels and trash emptied, you can leave them outside your door in the morning, and they'll hang new ones on the doorknob. They provide two bottles of water daily. Toyama Castle and the 'most beautiful Starbucks' are both within walking distance.

We visited to see the spring quartet and we loved it! We thought the place would be cramped but surprisingly it was spacious for 2 persons, unlike common hotels in Japan. The bathroom is very spacious as well. The place is just a few steps away from Toyama station and there are tons of food nearby. There’s a 7-11 downstairs. It’s sad we weren’t able to try the famous sushi place across the area but there are a lot of food places. Will stay here again if we come back!

Came here to relax with the natural hot spring that Toyama is famous for. The waters here are dark brown like soya sauce.
The public bath has several baths including one that is outdoor. There are ample lockers, dressing tables and shower berths.
The laundry room is inside the public bath area. They are separate machines from the dryer. While the washing machines are free, it costs money to use the dryer. The shower cubicle in the hotel room has no shower rail to hang laundry to dry.
The double bed room has a private cypress wood bath tub. It felt good to soak in onsen water in the morning before breakfast. It’s deep enough for someone tall to sit in.
A short walk away is the tram stop. A free tram ride coupon can be obtained from the front desk for international tourists.

Location is a short distance away from the Toyama station. But everything else is perfefct.
I loved that my room had a small onsen as well, so I could continue to soak in the comfort of my room after visiting the big onsen. Both were great and it really helps to relax the body after a long day.
Staff were friendly and went out their ways to assist with my requests. Really 10/10.
