Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed for the consecutive holidays in October. When you enter the hotel, you can see Mt. Yotei beautifully in front of the lounge, which is a masterpiece. It is a small inn with 18 rooms. There are two types of guest rooms, Yama no Ma and Mizu no Ma, and this time we stayed in the Mizu no Ma. There was a semi-open-air hot spring between the bedroom, living room, and tatami mats. My impression was that it was spacious and had a lot of closets. However, since it was the room on the Mt. Yotei side, which was the furthest from the main building, the view of Mt. Yotei from the room was subtle because it was a low-rise building. The open-air bath is large enough for 2 to 3 people, and it is a luxury. I was also impressed with the food this time. I ate at the iron plate counter and Japanese cuisine (Japanese cuisine counter) instead of the dining room on both days, but I was surprised that there were two counters at a ryokan of this size. The teppanyaki was delicious, but the Japanese food was very high quality and I was able to enjoy a meal that I can't easily find in the city. It is impression that quantity of breakfast is few (because there are many elderly visitors?) if we say forcibly. I have stayed at Zaborin, Park Hyatt Niseko, Ritz-Carlton Reserve Niseko and this area in the past, but this is my favorite accommodation in this area.

The wisest choice when coming to Niseko this time is to book this hotel, whose Chinese name is Leshui Mountain. Clean, quiet, good service, good hot spring, everything is good, big room The daily breakfast is sumptuous and the dinner is specially customized for us by the private chef. We stayed for four nights and it was different every night. Japanese and Western style. So happy. On the last day, the sky cleared up and Mount Yotei was right in front of us. Really beautiful like a fairyland So happy wonderful experience I must bring my son with me next time The hot spring is a real hot spring with a sulfur smell You can also pick up and drop off for free when you go to Hirafu Ski Resort. It only takes about three minutes. Everything about the hotel makes me forget to leave The free cookies in the lobby are super delicious I will definitely come again next time

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.

Highly recommended for this hotel! Helpful staffs who all know 2-3 languages themselves, many can speak cantonese as well. We booked the room at residence side, both residence and hotel side can be easily access to your snow gears and to the Hanazono resort. Usually the coaches will wait at the ski-valet if you are going to have snow lessons. Perfect in-room services and nice design of the building. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

Hard It is beautiful because it is a building with a grand opening in 2022. Parking is underground which is great. There is an elevator that goes from the parking lot to the room, which is very convenient depending on the room. There are plenty of restaurants such as sushi, tempura, ramen, Italian, and bars. I had the tempura and ramen and it was delicious. Breakfast is quite standard. I'm in the top 10 so far. There were many harsh opinions in the software word of mouth, but I think it's doing well if it's been less than a year since the grand opening. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The hot spring has no view, but it is comfortable and good. If you want to go skiing or snowboarding, Hirafu is close, there are buses, and there are ski lockers, so it's convenient. If you have a rental car, you don't have to use a ski locker, it's comfortable. It was a hotel I wanted to go to again!

Reviews From Real Travelers
Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

First impression of this hotel is warm and simple, but the service is beyond expectation! From check in with a full friendly staff giving me and family welcome drink hot green tea and red bean mochi such a good start for journey to stay. This hotel was very convenient with a free shuttle service for you to going around if you don’t have car but we need to book in advance haha sometimes we can’t use it due some availability that maybe some suggestion to the management to have more shuttle/drivers due winter season, the room was so nice with a view of ski in/out and mountain. Around the hotel also have plenty restaurant you can choose but you need to book in advance also, overall we love to stay here and we recommend this hotel! Definitely will stay again if we back to Niseko in the future! And many thanks to manager Yuko and also Jovi, driver with a french speaker sorry we forget the name but he was so friendly and our kids was happy talking with him, and all the Sansui staff for a brilliant service.

The hotel is really nice. The younger brother at the front desk is very good. Unlike other Japanese hotels, English is messy. English can be communicated without any obstacles. Private soup is also very good. The size of Yangtze Mountain Scenic Room is OK. After all, Japanese hotel rooms It's not that big. You can slide in and out on the second floor, but the weather is not good these days. It's a pity that the slope didn't open. Downstairs is the famous restaurant, Apricot. The per capita is RMB 400, and the food is still very good. Breakfast is here. Free shuttle buses can be used anywhere in the town. It is very convenient to run every 15 minutes. The other side of the road is rhythm. Just in time for a 10% discount, new equipment is purchased. You can directly deduct cash by renting prime equipment for three days. Unlike Hilton, there are too many people and very crowded, this is really very good, I still want to live here in March!

Great setvice, great location. Breakfast is ok, can be full, there are a lot of people after 8 o'clock, need to line up. Our room should not have an extra bed. I do n’t know if it is bigger. The location is superb for skiing and there is parking. Hirafu base and center are both within walking distance.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed in the middle of the ski season in February 2023. Good points The exterior looks like a hot spring built during the bubble period compared to the surrounding hotels, and I thought it might be a loss at first glance. However, the interior was new and the inside of the room (although the rooms seem to be new and old) was modern and comfortable. The large communal bath is a hot spring and has an open-air bath. There were many people during the ski season, but the bathhouse was large so I was able to take a relaxing bath. The meal was a buffet, but it was relatively authentic, and the tempura and steak were delicious. It was more than expected. Bad places The correspondence of the staff (especially the receptionist) is subtle. Although it was full of many customers during the check-in time zone, the person in charge was only about 1-2 names. Moreover, there are many English / Chinese, but there are many staff in one word, and it took time to respond. Some people broke into the row and came in, but they weren't so concerned. Also, I only said that I needed guidance, and even if I asked where and when the bath was, I was only told ”it is written”. Anyway, if it is a cheap hotel overseas, I wanted to give a little more hospitality if it is a hotel of a certain rank in Japan. It's a ski / snowboard relationship, but lift tickets and rentals will be another building. It's not just this hotel, but it's a little far away, but I thought I would improve the convenience a little more. Also, this time was 1 night 2 5,000 yen with breakfast and dinner. I think it can't be helped, but I want it to be a place that Japanese people can enjoy.

It was good that dinner changed every day! There were many types. The open-air bath in the guest room was of good spring quality and it was very good to take it whenever I liked it. Convenient because it is directly connected to the slopes! There is also a hotel ski and board rental.
