The newest hotel in Guam area as far as I’ve known!
Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)

Went on a vacation with my family, and this hotel was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the infinity pool with its blue skies and ocean views was so calming and atmospheric. It was also quite convenient for getting around.

I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit.

The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding.

I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a very safe area. It's within walking distance to bustling areas with a wide variety of dining options. The room size is quite generous, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel has several adorable parrots that take turns greeting guests in the lobby. The staff are very welcoming and promptly assist with any issues. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the sea view rooms offer beautiful views, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. There's a private beach downstairs with fine white sand; it's less crowded and has beautiful scenery, making it ideal for family vacations.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The location was great and the bus stop was close by!
There was also an infinity pool where I could relax while enjoying a drink.

I spent my first solo trip at this hotel! The price was quite reasonable for Guam, and I chose it because it's a well-known brand, which gave me peace of mind.
The hotel is a bit old, but the room was spacious. The view from the front desk, as expected from a resort, was great with lots of palm trees. The pool was large, and I could walk to the beach, where the sunset was beautiful. The amenities were also excellent, typical of a Japanese-affiliated hotel. It was also a plus that presumably all rooms are ocean view.
It's about a 15-minute walk to restaurants, which is a bit far, but thankfully there's a free shuttle bus if you time it right.
The only slight downside was that most of the guests were Japanese and Korean, which made it feel less like being abroad.
I'd definitely come back!

The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but the location is fantastic, and there's plenty of parking. The staff are really enthusiastic. There was even a beach performance in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's a shame we couldn't use the pool and the large water slides because of the recent typhoon; they looked really great.

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

It was the best Guam trip ever!! The hotel is excellent.
Snorkeling at the private beach was especially fantastic. Ipao Beach has many coral reefs and you can observe various kinds of tropical fish. Just be aware that the equipment rental seems to be closed on Tuesdays!
The pool with an ocean view has a slide which was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was delicious.
