Stayed here on my layover in Toronto. Very nice. I didn’t eat or order anything unfortunately I was too tired and chose to sleep in the incredibly comfortable bed the whole time. I always like to choose Marriott brand hotels when possible and this experience just continues to reinforce that decision. I will say the hotel is a bit of a trek coming from terminal 3 with bags, as the hotel is in terminal 1. All in all it was good tho. Staff was very polite and helpful as well. I didn’t take a photo so please enjoy this child’s artwork of a beloved paper airplane.

The hotel is clean with a spacious, comfortable room. The location is close to airport with shuttle service available. The pool and hottub are a good way to relax before or after travel. There was no staff available to assist with luggage and diffucult to pull the luggage on the carpeted hallways. Also, the bar and cafe were understaffed and wait time was too long. I wanted healthy food options like fruit but hotel had nothing for purchase and there were no nearby convenience stores or markets. A 20 minute taxi to shop. I suggest to bring with you to hotel. However, there are some fast foid restaurants and steakhouse restaurants in walking distance.

Excellent hotel, smelled so good!! Facing the airport which I enjoyed so much as I enjoyed watching planes.
My party was of 5 and there was two queen beds and a sofa bed.
Really enjoyed it, would totally go back.

Room had chemical smell. A strong one. Similar to new material gasing. Had to change room after waking up with headache. People were nice. Other room had same smell but much less and was tolerable. Gym should not be called a gym. One bench that is not stable. And dumbbells up to 35 lbs. Few cardio machine. Don't forget something there. As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do.

The room was spacious. The air heater not work and so asked for maintenance support. The room was very dry and so dont forget to ask for humidifier.
Before check out time of 12pm, the room cleaning staff kept knocking around 10:30am to ask if cleaning is needed (i stayed only 1 night…), bothering sleeping.
Please review internal rule of cleaning the room.

The family suite is much larger than the standard room, and has a simple stove and microwave for heating food, which is very convenient. The bathroom linens are a little old and hard, but the bedding is quite comfortable and clean. It is close to the airport, and it is also convenient to take public transportation to the city, and it is also convenient to use Uber or Lyft.

We lost our vehicle at this hotel. The hotel did nothing too much to help us. Tried to push us out of the hotel ASAP. Not safe to stay in this hotel if you’re traveling by vehicle. Breakfast is good but too crowded. Big line up in the morning for breakfast.

This hotel has a very average service attitude. When I called, the operator told me there was no nighttime airport shuttle. The front desk told me they had 24-hour service, so I had to pay an extra 20 or 30 Canadian dollars for the taxi. Many foreigners do things without a sense of responsibility.

We enjoyed our stay, phenomenal view, great food and the perfect location. The staff was polite and welcoming.

Fantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.

Hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Shuttle service was very reliable, and super useful for even just getting to the UP terminal at Pearson to head downtown. Room was clean, building was clearly recently renovated, signs of aging do show beneath paint, but it doesnt take away from the overall cleanliness.

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient
