This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The Londoner Macao🏨
This hotel is located in the heart of Cotai, surrounded by famous landmarks like The Venetian and The Parisian. It's within walking distance of several shopping malls, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
🏰Ambiance & Location:
🍦Immersive British-themed design, from Big Ben to red double-decker buses, makes you feel like you're on the streets of London.
🎡Both the interior and exterior are elegant, and the prime location makes it convenient for guests to explore Macau.
🎉Service Quality:
👍24-hour dedicated butler service proactively communicates needs before check-in, ensuring guests receive personalized service.
👍The staff are attentive and thoughtful, patiently answering questions whether it's for directions, restaurant service, or itinerary inquiries.
🍽️Dining:
🥂The Huating Club offers all-day access privileges, including breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and cocktail hour.
🥘The food selection is rich and diverse, with high-quality options, allowing guests to enjoy all three meals within the hotel. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, accommodating late risers. Afternoon tea and cocktail hour are also a paradise for food lovers, with a wide variety and excellent taste.
🧹Hygiene:
🧹The hotel facilities and environment are very new, clean, and tidy. Guest rooms, restaurants, and public areas maintain high standards of cleanliness. Housekeeping standards are exceptionally high, with proactive cleaning two to three times a day, ensuring the room always looks brand new, giving guests peace of mind.
During the summer vacation, I took my kids to Macau and after comparing several hotels, I chose The Londoner. The stay was fantastic, the kids loved it, and we extended our stay for another night. The hotel even gifted the children a large box of exquisite snacks and puzzle drawing toys!

Macau never disappoints, and this experience was no exception. From the moment I booked, the hotel's Londoner Guest Relations (06:00-01:00) provided exceptional service, handling everything from introductions to reservations with meticulous detail. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was even more impressed. The hotel's comprehensive service is absolutely worth the price, if not more. This time, due to commitments, I could only stay one night, and didn't get to enjoy everything, but leaving with a little regret is actually nice – my next booking is already in the pipeline. Nice.

The hotel service is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. I learned that the upper floors of the hotel are also being renovated, and I am looking forward to seeing the results. After all, in Macau, this hotel is still very desirable.

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open...
I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion!
I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!

It's been a long time, Arc de Triomphe! I used to always stay here, but then outbound tours were suspended for two years. Now that they've resumed, as a loyal fan, I've returned for two nights. It's that familiar feeling, that familiar vibe. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Macau Peninsula, making it convenient to get anywhere. The hotel's buffet dinner is quite unique, and breakfast is very rich. The rooms are spacious with spectacular views, especially at night. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and helpful, and Mr. Liang, the restaurant manager, was very kind and attentive to seniors, even arranging our usual table for dinner in advance. All in all, everything felt so welcoming.

The room had a slight smell of smoke, but it was acceptable after they did a deodorizing treatment. The breakfast for two was good, and I'm grateful to Trip.com for subsidizing the kids' breakfast at the hotel – that was really nice! There's a bus stop nearby, and I only found out after checking out that there's a direct bus from the Arc de Triomphe to the border crossing. The transportation is convenient, and I'd consider booking here again if I have the chance.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and each visit has been thoroughly satisfying. The facilities, service quality, and food are consistently excellent, always leaving us with a great impression. The hotel's concierge team starts assisting even before check-in, proactively inquiring about our needs and paying incredible attention to detail. Jeffrey, Yvonne, Lynn, and Kurt, in particular, provide outstanding and thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose Hotel Eclat again next time! [smiley face]

This hotel boasts an excellent location at City of Dreams, directly opposite The Venetian. Our suite offered unparalleled views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset during the day and the illuminated Eiffel Tower at night. The hotel's decor features a new Chinese-style design, which is incredibly elegant. The facilities are very new, and the service is exceptionally attentive! I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love the unique, sophisticated yet opulent fragrance of Wynn Palace, so for this 3-day, 2-night birthday celebration, I chose to stay here again. This time, I was even upgraded to a Parlor Suite, which was an absolutely extraordinary and luxurious stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Although the hotel is already 10 years old, it's incredibly well-maintained and still feels brand new and premium. The room was super spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling, going out of their way to help. Even the housekeeping staff would proactively greet guests every morning and ask about their needs and comfort, showing a remarkable level of care for guests. I'd particularly like to mention Harper at the front desk and Calvin from concierge; they truly made me feel completely at home 💯. Their warm, enthusiastic, and polite demeanor was truly commendable and unforgettable. A well-deserved thumbs up! 👍🏻
This isn't my first time staying at Wynn Palace, and every visit, I feel like the hotel is constantly improving in every aspect. That's why whenever I visit Macau, Wynn Palace will always be my top choice.

This is one of the best five-star hotels I've ever stayed at, service-wise. I had a few interactions with their mainland customer service beforehand due to a booking issue, and they were incredibly warm and helpful. They proactively explained all the facilities and were able to coordinate and resolve any questions or requests I had, which showed a lot of sincerity. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, and all my needs were met. For our anniversary, they even surprised us with a beautiful cake. It was great to ride the cable car twice without any queues. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious. After staying at another five-star hotel in Hong Kong later, which had terrible service, it really made me appreciate Wynn Palace's top-notch service even more.

My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival.
Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable.
Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service.
I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest.
This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

Having stayed at Galaxy, Andaz, Venetian, and Ritz-Carlton, I have to say that Hotel Moxy is the absolute best for traveling with kids. The transportation is incredibly convenient; the shuttle bus terminal is right downstairs, and it connects to the light rail station, making it easy to get anywhere. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that you need an elevator to get in and out of the Lotus Light Rail Station from the hotel, and the existing escalator is very unsafe when you're carrying luggage. The entire hotel staff is super enthusiastic and incredibly nice, always willing to help with anything, even assisting with food deliveries. Their service is so thoughtful, I don't even know how else to praise them! Be sure to try the preserved egg and lean pork congee at Moxy's breakfast; it's not available every day, but it's truly delicious with crispy fried dough sticks.
