Whenever I can stay at the hotel, however, with the time being, I felt a significant fall in the quality of breakfast. It's a bit old, though. I'm staying here temporarily and it takes about an hour to drive to Novo Hamburger every day, but taking an Uber isn't expensive! There's a park nearby, and I went for a stroll after breakfast; everyone was exercising there!

The hotel is a little older and it lacks a renovation. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special. Personal was totally overflowed with filling and cleaning the tables. I think you need some more staff. There are no direct contacts. All about messageing. Something difficult if you have no mobile network and are dependent on wlan. There are different WiFi connections with different passwords everywhere.

The hotel is very close to the airport, can't get a taxi, can wait for the shuttle. English is not very good communication, no one answers the hotel phone, but fortunately, I finally went to the shuttle smoothly compared with the airport staff. Novotel is a large hotel chain, but it is the worst sanitation I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is not very clean and the toilet is dirty. Not too clean and clean is only limited to changing towels to make the bed, and Lin bath towels have not been cleaned for a few days. The only comfort is that the breakfast is delicious, the choice is many, the cheese ball is delicious.

It is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

Brazilian business trips every year live here, although the English at the front desk is not very good, but it is still warm. The room can cook and is very spacious. The Chinese are on a business trip and push here, the king of cost performance.
