Oh my goodness! We went straight to the hotel after landing in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived four hours before the 3 PM check-in time, but the hotel welcomed us in the lobby right away. The bellboy was so cute and strong, which really made us feel warm and welcomed upon our arrival. When we got to the 53rd floor, the front desk found two Chinese-speaking staff members to assist us, and they were even a supervisor and a subordinate! It was truly touching. They helped us store our luggage, showed us to the restrooms, and let us choose an aromatherapy scent while offering iced tea and snacks. The whole process was polite, thoughtful, and gentle. When we checked into our room in the afternoon, we couldn't have been happier. It had a bathtub, double sinks, a smart toilet, a king-sized bed, a large sofa, and a spacious shower. In the afternoon, someone even came to turn down the bed and light an aromatherapy diffuser. The breakfast was incredibly exquisite – a combination of buffet and à la carte! Absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is superb, connected to Pavilion via a skybridge, so we didn't have to worry about sun or rain when going in and out. It truly maximized our sense of happiness and relaxation during the trip! Most importantly, we had an unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers and all of Kuala Lumpur. Jalan Alor was right behind Pavilion; it's such a prime location! I highly, highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur!

The service at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is truly second to none. Their genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort made us feel truly valued as guests. This is exactly the level of service one would expect from a world-class five-star hotel. The room itself is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised when we returned from dinner to find that the room had been serviced again. Most hotels provide housekeeping only once during the day, but Four Seasons went the extra mile. They even thoughtfully placed bottled drinking water and glasses beside our bed, a small gesture that made a big difference. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly impressive.

The only pro’s of this villa was the services provided, the tuck in service, the breakfast room service, the tea time service that’s all… It is a ＞20yrs villa expected it to be slightly run down … but when u charge such a high price I’m expecting atleast the room and amenities will be clean… purposely booked this to enjoy the jacuzzi bath but end up it only work from 7-10pm (does not make sense in Msia as there is a lot of mosquitoes esp in night time)… and the one in my room does not work at all… called for help end up the worker said the previous “guest” shut it off only get to try it for the last hour. As for the bed and couch .. there are stain here and there … we purposely booked one with the kitchen so we can use it .. end up we pay more for a .. kettle and sink. We were told that we can only do “light cooking” ?! I really could not justify the price that we paid for this..

Had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. A special mention to the butler team for their attentiveness, professionalism, and thoughtful assistance throughout my stay. The hotel also impressed with its nice gestures and personalized touches that made the experience feel truly special. The food was delicious, with excellent quality and variety. Overall, a luxurious and memorable stay. Looking forward to returning again in the future.

Every day, I was soothed by the cheerful and attentive front desk staff. It was a pleasure to be greeted with such pleasant and enthusiastic welcomes. Despite my anxiety about not being fluent in Malay or English, they were so kind to listen to my concerns and speak in a way that was easy to understand. It was incredibly helpful to have someone to turn to when I was in trouble, and I'm truly grateful. The room was also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The interior design was sophisticated, creating a very calming atmosphere. I noticed a lot of rattan furniture, which I thought would be very appealing to Japanese guests. The soundproofing of the bathroom and toilet doors was excellent, and the fact that they weren't visible from the outside was wonderful. In recent years, many hotels have glass doors that are visible from the outside, so this was a significant positive impression.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – very soft and large enough, which greatly helped with sleep. However, there were a few things that seemed inconsistent with a luxury hotel's decor and facilities. Firstly, the sink was quite shallow and small, causing water to splash out when washing my face. The toilet was a very basic model, lacking any smart features. The shower room's seal wasn't good, so water easily flowed out onto the floor during showers. Additionally, the soundproofing in the hotel room was poor; noises from the hallway easily carried into the room, and the roar of cars from the street was clearly audible.
