The room is spacious. Location is good, within walking distance to Eaton Centre, only 8 mins walk. You can also walk to the attractions at downtown like CN tower, City Hall, Rogers Centre….There are a lot of restaurants around, Japanese, Korean, western …. You can even find bubble tea shop within 3 mins walk. The hotel service is good, the waiters remember the drink I preferred on my second & the following days of breakfast already. They are caring.

We booked this hotel for the adults only pool, being that it was March break they allowed children into the adults only pool (as well as there being a children’s pool). We would have liked this information beforehand as the pool was the reason for booking. We were only able to get access to the pool between 10-11pm. Otherwise hotel was very clean, we had a standard queen room which was really nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom needs some renovations, especially the bath/shower situation. We enjoyed our stay but we feel that information about the pool should have been known upfront and not made aware to us upon check in

Everything was quiet and clean EXCEPT the bath and sink drains in the room were extremely slow. Standing in water above my ankles by the end of a shower. Things don't get this way overnight so I expect infrastructure maintenance isn't as timely as it should be.

A great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

Came to Toronto for a conference and booked this apartment a few days in advance. It wasn't cheap and didn't include breakfast, but I chose it for its proximity. I didn't have high expectations, but after checking in, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's on the 44th floor, the highest level with a balcony, and the sky is directly overhead – the view is perfect! I just felt the safety could be a bit better, as it's completely open.

The location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at ease. During the Christmas period, the hotel even offered complimentary hot chocolate and churros, which was such a lovely festive touch and really added to the atmosphere. The facilities were excellent. There is a 24-hour gym, which is very convenient, and the swimming pool stays open until 10pm or 11pm depending on the day. Towels are also provided at the pool, so you do not need to bring your own, which is always appreciated. Overall, the staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel had a genuinely welcoming and festive atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I love this hotel. It's a great price, in a convenient location (to Uber around the city) and has great amenities. They have a bar on sight (it's simple but the menu is great). They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner there too, which you can get to-go and bring to your room. The outdoor and indoor pools are both very nice - especially the indoor pool. It's very unique and aesthetic. The hallways may be a little dated but again the price and the amenities far surpassed that detail. Some rooms even have balcony access to get some fresh air from your room which is really neat. This has been our go-to hotel when we head to the city to see a concert/show.

It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. The room was clean, cozy, and had good soundproofing. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. However, a fire alarm went off around midnight, scaring me sleepless. Understanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

Still quite satisfied, lived well, lived for 10 days, the surrounding area was also visited, the restaurant also ate a few times. The spa is also reflected, the overall is not bad. The exterior is being built, the sound is always bad during the day, and there is a fire truck, you can hear a lot of times a day. The service of W Hotel is better than that of Sydney and Melbourne. There is a Chinese front desk. Check-in is also very fast. It can be checked in at a little after 1 o'clock! When I arrived at the hotel, it was far away to get the luggage, and they came to help me. It was very active. This is better than other overseas hotels! But the room is decorated in an open bathroom. The socket is not working. The toothbrush delivery is very slow. No one delivered it all night. There is no swimming pool. The hotel windows should be cleaned again. The windows cannot be opened. The breakfast is very exquisite! The size is the mini version of W Hotel in Sydney and Melbourne, but W Hotel is considered new abroad. Other hotels are too old. It is still a choice.

The price was a bit high, but I guess that's typical for Toronto. Also, the heating system was quite noisy, but it wasn't an issue for me personally. Very satisfied. Very clean and spacious. The view from the window is average. I originally stayed at the Fairmont, but the hotel there is too old and the soundproofing is too poor. There were many fans staying there during the Blue Jays game, so it was particularly noisy, so I moved here. This place also provides disposable slippers, toothbrushes, soap, etc., just like hotels in China. There is also a gym. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel offers an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, though it's less frequent compared to nearby hotels like Holiday Inn. Check-in is only available after 3 PM, and the rooms are quite small, so you'll have to wait if you arrive early. The breakfast restaurant is an independently run operation, not managed by the hotel, and costs $30 per person, which isn't great value for money. Despite being 7 km from the airport, the hotel is directly under a flight path, so the noise from planes taking off and landing is very loud. Light sleepers should definitely take this into consideration. Dining options around the hotel are limited (mostly pizza), but there's an excellent Japanese restaurant just across the bridge, about a 12-minute walk away, or one stop on the 300 bus.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).
