Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean. I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic! .

A luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants. However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally.

The hotel's location is great. However, from now on, I definitely won't be booking hotels through websites. This is the second time this year it's happened. For this hotel, they gave me a room that was unfortunately under the stairs, if you can even call it a room. It was literally a cramped space under the stairs. I felt like I was suddenly in Thailand or Japan, but only because the toilet, shower, sink, and everything were crammed into one spot. In the morning, when I wanted to shower, the shower didn't work, even though water was running from the sink. What's more, the other rooms in the hotel, especially the suite rooms, are very nice. But mine was a standard room. Even after I asked to change it, saying I wanted something different from a standard room, they used the excuse that they had no other rooms available and didn't change it. My room also didn't have air conditioning, only a fan. Unfortunately, I wasted my money; I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I was very unsatisfied.

I was travelling with my family. First day the hotel gave me a small old two connected rooms , not like what i saw in the reservation images. After i talked with reception they gave me what I suppose to get for the rest of my stay. Some exercises were old and almost damaged.

Located for us very successfully: 2 km from the airport walked easily, the area is beautiful, through the university. To the bus station from where we left further, too, the same. To the center far away, we walked 40 minutes. At the same time, a good area in terms of institutions, through two houses supermarket A101, a lot of kebab. The apartment type number, there is a teapot, a refrigerator, a sink, but there are no dishes at all. Cleaning too, though they lived 4 days. Check the refrigerator, we have the cleaner turned it off, it was freezing and when he came to the room, found a huge pot, had to call the same cleaner all this wash. Good room cabinets. On the first day, tea, coffee, then no more, but the same tea, coffee and water can be taken for breakfast. Breakfast with 8, good: sausage, potatoes, cooked eggs, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages, cheese, there is a fragrance. Olives, oil, butter, varena. On a week if you really need to eat in advance, we came to 7.50 and the food already has. On Sunday the cook was not, the cleaner covered, unfortunately, she was wearing food to 8.30, had to wait. The hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. Frankly speaking, I didn't think much, I was very tired. On the respiratory, said about her reservation and extended her passport. Very friendly and smiling receptionists. I was quickly decorated and settled on the 6th floor in room 607. I didn't expect to see a big bed in the single room, it was very pleasant. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. The hearing is high, there were constantly some sounds as if without the end was cleaning or I lived next to the laundry 😅 The view of the room you will see on the photo. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there. The usual average breakfast is cheeses, omlets, sausages, olive oils, vegetables, greens and a little baking. Solid coffee and tea in bags. Fruit was not completely 😒 upset. Well in general I estimated 3+ almost 4. I will come to Trabzon, I will probably settle there.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is close to the airport, and getting to the city center (the main square) by taxi is very quick; moreover, taxi fares are quite reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a perfectly manageable distance. My room was clean and had a very nice view; they even kindly upgraded my room type. However, I need to mention one point: Although most of the staff were friendly, one employee targeted me with unnecessary questions simply because of my appearance, making me quite uncomfortable. I think this attitude was wrong, and honestly, it made me feel uneasy and tense every time I went to the lobby. In short, apart from this unpleasant experience, my stay was quite good, and the hotel's location is a great advantage.

Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's. The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were professional and helpful. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Trabzon.

Останавливались в отеле North Star Hotel в Трабзоне на одну ночь, так как нужен был хороший и качественный отель рядом с аэропортом. В целом остались очень довольны. Брали номер с двуспальной кроватью — кровать оказалась очень большой и просторной, спать было комфортно. Номер без посторонних запахов. Вся мебель в номере новая, большой телевизор со Smart TV. Санузел и сантехника в отличном состоянии. Был кондиционер с режимом обогрева, что оказалось особенно удобно. В номере также имелись чайный набор, кофе и вода. Чистые полотенца и свежее постельное бельё. Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление — с удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. I was hoping for an upgrade at check-in, as I had booked two rooms for a three-day stay, but I wasn't even asked and was given a corner room. That was disappointing. The room itself was very clean and nice. However, there were no toothbrushes available, which isn't ideal for a 5-star hotel to have guests scrambling for a toothbrush. The pool and spa facilities are great, and breakfast is good. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with my family, we had one room for four people. Overall, it was good, especially the location. It's convenient for both going into the city and getting directly onto the road to Rize. They have their own parking, although it was full, but there are places nearby (houses) where you can park your car. The only downside is that there's carpet everywhere, and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. In general, it felt a bit untidy, and the bathroom also. But despite that, the hotel is decent, and I'd recommend it!

Неплохой отель, удобно расположен (недалеко от ТЦ Форум Трабзон). Брали номер с двумя спальнями на 4 человека. В номере есть посуда, кружки на 4 человек и чайник. Хочу предупредить будущих гостей, отель расположен на пригорке и подъем к нему довольно крутой (и пешком, и на машине), зато в окошке открывается вид на море и на аэропорт (самолеты пролетают мимо отеля, но отдыхать это не мешает.

Unfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is close to the airport, and getting to the city center (the main square) by taxi is very quick; moreover, taxi fares are quite reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a perfectly manageable distance. My room was clean and had a very nice view; they even kindly upgraded my room type. However, I need to mention one point: Although most of the staff were friendly, one employee targeted me with unnecessary questions simply because of my appearance, making me quite uncomfortable. I think this attitude was wrong, and honestly, it made me feel uneasy and tense every time I went to the lobby. In short, apart from this unpleasant experience, my stay was quite good, and the hotel's location is a great advantage.
