Room was booked through third party as two attempts to book with registration desk were unsuccessful (left voicemail on hotel phone, but my call was not returned). Upon arrival $70 destination amenity fee was charged (due to third party booking). $50 fee was charged for early checkin. $30 daily fee for second vehicle though parking lot was always less than half full. Housekeeping staff (Britannia) was wonderful. Room was quiet and spacious. Nice location. Short walk to the beach.

The location is excellent. They are at the beach, and it is nice. The room facilities are dated. The shower drain was very slow, and the bathroom is very small and dated. The breakfast is ok, hot only if using the microwave. Compared to other places and hotels, the rates are reasonable given its location and having its own parking. The staff was nice and friendly.

Fairy Tern is a 4 bedroom 3 full bath single-family vacation home located on a quiet street, on the north side of Tybee Island. Perfect for extended family gatherings and relaxing beach getaways. Lush gardens and a large tranquil water feature will immediately give you a sense of relaxation as you enter the courtyard. You’ll delight in the beautifully landscaped garden and ever so serene waterfall fountain. The main level of the home has an inviting living area with comfortable seating and tv, along with a dining table that can seat up to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar that seats 4. Also, located on the main level are 3 bedrooms. The queen master has an adjoining twin bedroom. Perfect for families traveling with small children. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a Jack and Jill bathroom that’s shared with the master. Both queen bedrooms are furnished with tv's. An additional full bath is located off of the main living area.The second level of the home features a grand open bedroom complete with a queen bed, 3 twin beds, sitting area, flat screen tv and full bath featuring a jetted jacuzzi tub. Relax with your favorite beverage on the front sun deck or chill outside in the back under the covered patio or open pergola furnished with a swing and outdoor sofa set to relax in and enjoy the fountain. You'll also find a grill perfect for family dinners or barbecue style grilling. There is an outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The home features WIFI and ROKU streaming devices on each TV. YouTube TV, CBS ALL ACCESS, Local NBC and Weather Nation along with many others are already signed into for your access. Parking is available for 3 cars. Our home is cleaned by our staff using our very own handmade non toxic cleaners infused with essential oils. This Tybee Island condo, in a gated complex, is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island, the fishing pier, shopping, people watching, ice cream, cold beer and everyone's favorite, the BEACH. Tybee has something for everyone. The condo is very roomy, with 3 inviting bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed. The condo is equipped with smart TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, hair dryers, linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, toilet paper and paper towels, etc., most anything you need for a great vacation. We also have a full tub, and jetted bathtub. Large master bathroom and a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Our veranda is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the ocean, furnished with comfortable furniture, great for morning coffee. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Tybee Island and our charming condo has to offer. We also have beach towels and beach equipment, too much to name. Beautiful complex with large pool. The location is excellent. They are at the beach, and it is nice. The room facilities are dated. The shower drain was very slow, and the bathroom is very small and dated. The breakfast is ok, hot only if using the microwave. Compared to other places and hotels, the rates are reasonable given its location and having its own parking. The staff was nice and friendly.

Room was booked through third party as two attempts to book with registration desk were unsuccessful (left voicemail on hotel phone, but my call was not returned). Upon arrival $70 destination amenity fee was charged (due to third party booking). $50 fee was charged for early checkin. $30 daily fee for second vehicle though parking lot was always less than half full. Housekeeping staff (Britannia) was wonderful. Room was quiet and spacious. Nice location. Short walk to the beach.
