The hotel has solid amenities, there’s a gym, pool, and a functional kitchen. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a place with complete facilities at a reasonable price. That said, cleanliness could be better. The room had a dusty smell, and the walls were visibly dusty, which took away from the overall comfort. Some finishes, like the cemented sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, felt a bit unfinished. Service was okay, staff were polite, though not welcoming. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which doesn’t give much flexibility. Overall, a decent stay with good amenities, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

Hotel offers excellent customer service. Place is clean and quiet. Do not like to stay at the lowest level, room becomes quite cold in the middle of the night. The lowest level should charge a lower price as it is way less comfortable than the upper levels. Very unhappy to stay at the lowest level as you cannot open the blind freely with people passing by seeing you. The upper level no such problem as you cannot open open the blind freely to watch the mountain view, no one can peep in . Overall, a pleasant stay, bed is firm , clean and comfortable. Thanks

Had an excellent stay at the newly brand Wildwoon Inn! Room was spacious, clean, cozy and featured a mini kitchenette, enough to cook a delicious pasta and breakfast. The Inn is conveniently located on the main street in Ukee, walking distance to most places. Would defiantly recommend and will defiantly be coming back again!

Black Rock Oceanfront is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Canada, It is upscale and luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Trans Pacific hiking trail and the Lighthouse. It has a heated outdoor pool.and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a fitness room. There are two oceanfront restaurants. They offer the same menu. One is more formal while the other has a casual bar-like feel. The food is very good although pricey, like most places in Ucluelet and Tofino. Our room at the lodge was large. It had a spectacular view of Big Beach and the ocean from the balcony, which was large enough for more than 2 people to sit at. However, you could see and hear your neighbours enjoying their balconies too. There was a large, ultra-modern bathroom with a separate rainfall shower. There was also a 2-person bathtub located next to a covered glass window. If you uncover that window during daylight, you could see the ocean across the room and balcony. I prefer Ucluelet because it's quieter than Tofino, and would definitely stay at Black Rock Oceanfront again in a heartbeat.

The location was nice and our room was absolutely gorgeous, but the best thing was a lady who checked us in!! She was sweet and willing to help us a lot. And even made dinner reservation for us. I really appreciate her kindness. She made my mother's first trip to Canada way more wonderful:)

Black Rock Oceanfront is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Canada, It is upscale and luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Trans Pacific hiking trail and the Lighthouse. It has a heated outdoor pool.and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a fitness room. There are two oceanfront restaurants. They offer the same menu. One is more formal while the other has a casual bar-like feel. The food is very good although pricey, like most places in Ucluelet and Tofino. Our room at the lodge was large. It had a spectacular view of Big Beach and the ocean from the balcony, which was large enough for more than 2 people to sit at. However, you could see and hear your neighbours enjoying their balconies too. There was a large, ultra-modern bathroom with a separate rainfall shower. There was also a 2-person bathtub located next to a covered glass window. If you uncover that window during daylight, you could see the ocean across the room and balcony. I prefer Ucluelet because it's quieter than Tofino, and would definitely stay at Black Rock Oceanfront again in a heartbeat.

The view of the hotel is good. It is near a lake, parking is convenient but there is basically no service. The sanitation is not bad. There is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, but be careful that the smoke alarm will keep ringing

Had an excellent stay at the newly brand Wildwoon Inn! Room was spacious, clean, cozy and featured a mini kitchenette, enough to cook a delicious pasta and breakfast. The Inn is conveniently located on the main street in Ukee, walking distance to most places. Would defiantly recommend and will defiantly be coming back again!

The hotel has solid amenities, there’s a gym, pool, and a functional kitchen. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a place with complete facilities at a reasonable price. That said, cleanliness could be better. The room had a dusty smell, and the walls were visibly dusty, which took away from the overall comfort. Some finishes, like the cemented sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, felt a bit unfinished. Service was okay, staff were polite, though not welcoming. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which doesn’t give much flexibility. Overall, a decent stay with good amenities, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

Hotel offers excellent customer service. Place is clean and quiet. Do not like to stay at the lowest level, room becomes quite cold in the middle of the night. The lowest level should charge a lower price as it is way less comfortable than the upper levels. Very unhappy to stay at the lowest level as you cannot open the blind freely with people passing by seeing you. The upper level no such problem as you cannot open open the blind freely to watch the mountain view, no one can peep in . Overall, a pleasant stay, bed is firm , clean and comfortable. Thanks

The room was clean but the shower was terrible. Zero water pressure and there was no plug for optional bath. It was nice for what we paid for. Bed was small, requested a queen.
