We stayed here on the first part of our holiday along the Great Ocean Road and Canberra. The rooms were well presented and very clean. We really like the fact it was near the beach (even though it was cold) and close enought to attractions that we didn't need to drive far. We had a meal at this hotel which was very nice and reasonabley priced. Breakfast was also good and only wished we had decided to go there both days. We did have a little problem in our room with the toilet but once management were aware they could not do enough to make things right again for us. We would highly recommend this hotel and will happily go back and stay there again. Next time we will extend our stay and try out the Hot Springs.

I thought it was a broken motel, but it was completely beyond imagination. It was too late. You need to call at the door to get the password and get the key from the safe. The room was very clean. I had my own parking space at the door. I booked a basic room and a family room. The family room has a lot of space, with a large bed and three small beds, and a separate living room. One-bedroom is simple, but economical. The only point is that this hotel is about an hour and a half from the Twelve Disciples Rock. Driving at night is actually a bit scared because there are basically no street lights on the road. It is suitable for the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide. If you want to return to Melbourne in two days and one night, I recommend living in Port Campbell.

This motel is in need to a refresh. The room we stayed in was dated, dingy and not very clean. The location was just ok and nothing really justified the price other than that we were travelling during the school holiday period. I wouldn’t bother staying here again.

As a frequent visitor to Warrnambool we thought we would give this motel a try... Upon arrival the girl at the reception was friendly and nice, firstly l was charged a higher price than what was on the internet, when l mentioned this the girl still charged the higher price, be aware that they ask for $50 extra up front..( l guess in case there is damage done in the room, but they still take down your car reg. ) but you do get it back upon leaving if its cash or back on the card in 2 or more days...so not a problem. CON; We had room 20 which was nice with a modern bathroom, BUT upon using the bathroom, l noticed that it clearly was NOT cleaned..not a good start..but have to say the rest of the room was clean, they could have more power points as one was hidden behind the table and the other you need to disconnect the clock to use. The bathroom water pressure was good. Room was quiet from road traffic but someone in the room next to us must have left the fan/light on all night (as the toilet and bathroom fans work with the light switch ) and we could hear it from our room. The parking spaces are small and cramped, great care is needed, large cars do not fit well , poor planning. PROs; We stayed in a King room, great air con & a large room . The restaurant looks very nice, you have the option of eating there although we didn't. Their is a lovely pool area with a large pool, hot tub, and a pool for the young ones , with nice bbq area and play area , This place is nice , shame about the parking. There are also many restaurants walking distance nearby. I did mention about price being different again when went to return the key card upon checking out to the girl at reception ( different girl ) and have to say she didn't know why but she did refund me part ..also forgot to mention as there was not enough soap/shampoo for 2 went and asked for more which was happily given...

We booked a one bedroom luxury spa room, but were allocated a two bedroom equivalent. We were on the 2nd floor of the main building with a balcony opening from the living area, and a view out over the Merri River. The apartment itself was very spacious, with all the rooms being of a good size and plenty of storage space. It included a fully equipped kitchen (four hotplates and full oven as well as a dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator) as well as full laundry facilities. It’s not brand new, but has been well maintained. Note that the shower is over the spa bath, so a person with mobility issues could be challenged by the height of the bath. The staff were very helpful, and we were fully informed about the services that were available and were also given a comprehensive list of local restaurants. The Lady Bay resort is located in South Warrnambool so if you don’t have a car it’s a long walk into town (although there is a local bus).

Ours was a girls weekend away (grandmum, mums & daughters), everyone was fussy & I was in charge of booking a place to stay. The feedback was great, all loved our stay at Quest Warrnambool. The linen was spotless, the staff super friendly & helpful & the location was perfect. Close to the day spa we were visiting (5 mins by car) & close to the CBD (2 minute walk). We would definitely stay here again!

Gallery Apartments are very nicely appointed and a good sized. The 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple. The bathroom is a decent size and the bed very comfy. They are also well located - close to shops and restaurants. Note: if a light sleeper (as I am), ask for an apartment at the back of the complex. Although a quiet street, we could hear some of the street noise at the front. Also beware of church bells ringing on a Sunday morning!!!

This Motel is located along Princess Highway on a side street in a locality called East Warrnambool. This is about 3.5 Km east of the main Warrnambool city centre. However there are shopping centres within 10 minutes of walking distance. The descriptions of the available room types in their website are somewhat confusing. It would be a good idea to call them to find out more about the room types/facilities before booking. The room we had was called a family room which had two bed rooms, with a maximum occupancy of five. However we were billed on a dual occupancy basis which was very attractive. In addition to a small microwave oven and a tea coffee making facilities, there was also a portable two burner hot plate. There were minimal amount of utensils, cups and crockery. The rooms were very spacious. Although there was daily room service, tea and coffee were not replenished on a daily basis. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Hotel location at the intersection, our car directly parked at the door of the room, we lived in a three-person family room, the old lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, grabbed a handful of sugar for my daughter. Warmly introduce the location and attractions of nearby supermarkets and stores, and return to the Geelong tour map. The room has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator. Prepare coffee and tea bags, sugar and creamer, and buffet breakfast in the morning. However, the room does not have disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Fortunately, we have brought it ourselves. The hotel is very convenient for a 5-minute drive from Geelong Beach.

This hotel is located about 3 min drive from the CBD area and too far to walk into town to unless you want to walk 20-25 mins. Walking to the ocean/beach takes about the same amount of time, took me 25 mins to get to the whale viewing platform walking at a decent pace and cutting through the cemetary. This hotel is situated up high looking over a part of Warnambool with a small view of the ocean from the room I was in. I was in the King room at the top, right hand end with a spa, which was huge and had a kitchenette as well, a lounge area with couch & single seats for watching tv, all which was very handy. Bathroom was small in comparison with a corner toilet & shower. All modernly finished. Wifi was a bit slow for watching tv programs with online. Breakfast & dinner delivered to the room were excellent, very tasty, and decent portions. On site restaurant was small but offers dishes that weren't in the in room menu. Gets very windy here and because I had the end room I did hear a lot or wind at night. Last night when the wind settled I could get some traffic noise but very minimal. Rooms cleaned each day very meticulously. Tea & coffee with biscuits refreshed each day.

Paid $650 for 3 nights over Easter weekend for a cabin. Requested 1 queen w bunks but got 2 queen beds instead which left us no room to put our portacot except in the lounge which was a pain. Previous visitors rubbish was left under the beds, the floor was dirty and our bubs was soon filthy from crawling around. We asked if it could be mopped and were given a bucket and mop to do it ourselves.. Shower was missing a curtain so also asked for one of these and had to install this ourselves too. Good location to be out of the hustle & bustle and it was a nice quiet place to stay considering the busy weekend but the cabins are in desperate need of a deep clean and some updating if they want to charge as much as they do..
