We didn't receive check-in information from the hotel in the morning of our arrival and had to call to inquire, this was a bit unsettling. There were two bottles of water on the first night. On the second night, we made up two bottles of water and tea bags at the front desk. We were very reluctant. The tea bags were given, but the speech was difficult to listen to! ! The water was not given, and finally we took a bottle and paid an extra 4 Australian dollars. I asked if the two bottles of water were included in the room rate, and they said yes, but they didn't renew the next day!
When we continued to live the next day, we asked to clean the room and replenish the supplies. They said that they would clean it later, but no one came over at all.
Rural hotels, difficult to employ people, can not recruit people, there is really no service, do not have too much expectations.FromTRY 6,697

Very nice location, just right by the Alexandra Park Zoo, also close to the central, cery convenient. Front desk staff is so nice, although the facility is a bit old but very clean and tidy so totally acceptable, I will book this motel again when I visit Bunderberg again :)FromTRY 4,229

One night stop for a visit to Mon Repos. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped (fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave). Fresh milk and water in the fridge was very welcome. On a busy road and the motel style car park created some noise, but this was as expected and not too disruptive. Would recommend the hotel for a visit to the Bundaberg area.FromTRY 4,969
