🚗 Transportation: Take a taxi to the airport for 450 pesos per person, on a very beautiful small peninsula, 25 minutes from the airport by car. 🧹 Hygiene: Impeccable, the yard is even clean 🍃Environment: Each one is a single-family villa with a private small swimming pool, with good privacy. The bay view is already beautiful and very good value. 🔔Service: 24-hour room service, call the golf cart in the park anytime, anywhere. The Thai restaurant is worth trying. The fish soup really has the taste of grandma. The restaurant can watch the sunset and unforgettable scenery. The best hotel in Acapulco without a doubt, deserves 5 stars.

Banyan Tree Cabo Marques Hotel - The most beautiful hotel in Acapulco, trust me. Don't forget to visit both pools. The best views are from the rooms number 408, 409, 410 607, 606, 605, 604 named Ocean-Front Pool Villas. If you stay several days the hotel restaurants can become quite expensive so we recommend bringing some treats, drinks and snacks from the supermarket to enjoy in your villa and private pool. Also go out for dinner, in Acapulco you will find very good restaurants. This place is A MUST in Mexico!!! oct 2023

Miguel, Gustavo and Hugo has a awesome servicie its a good place to have a nice vacation. 5 stars in everithing that you need on your vacation, food, service , instalations and a place to have a relax time with room independence. Very recomended place to have a nice time, with awesome sea views and incredible service. One of the best places to have vacation.

Great Place, Open Yet Private . And the Staff was very freindly and helpfull. This is a place worth revisting over and over The veiws and ambience are relaxing. Just what you would expect from a place such as this.

Amazing hotel! We travel a lot and this hotel is one of our favorite. The views are breathtaking, the villas are awesome. We had some issues in our first villa but they took care of it really fast and transferred us in an upgraded villa. They made sure we were comfortable and went the extra mile to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The restaurant at Las Rocas is very tasteful as well as the breakfast buffet at the principal restaurant. ALL the employees are very kind and helpful, it was very pleasant. For sure we will come back and thank you to Luis Ibarra for making our stay positively memorable.

We just left the Banyan Tree in Acapulco feeling rested, pampered and fabulous. With the breathtaking views, the huge villas with their private pool it was the perfect place to relax and reenergize after one of the most stressful moments of my career. The entire staff is amazing but I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Karen Leyva who upon our arrival helped us with our dog and checked up on us. She also helped us with amazing reservations and was there to see us off.

My husband and I had a great experience at Las Rocas while staying at the Banyan Tree. We went to Las Rocas every day we were on site. It’s the best spot for afternoon cocktails while enjoying the pool. The cocktails were delicious and the service from Hugo, Frances and Marco was top notch! The staff will take great care of you

Our stay at Banyan Tree Cabo Marques was nothing short of magical. Room: 10/10 Panoramic windows with gorgeous views all around with Blackout shades and sheer curtains. The bathroom is spacious and spa like with a lovely soaking tub, rainfall & wand shower heads, and dual sinks. There’s also a lovely couch, desk, proper wet bar, coffee station, and good closet space. Exterior: 10/10 Outside is the place to be! Soak in the PRIVATE pool, relax on the patio furniture, or swing in the hammock while listening to the birds and enjoying the majestic views, WOW! *Pack bug spray for early mornings and evenings.* Restaurants: 11/10 The food here is excellent. We are foodies, and dining experiences were filled with excellent service and phenomenal food. We enjoyed a cooking class, in-room BBQ, Saffron, La Nao and the Sea & Stars dining experience (so beautiful). We highly recommend enjoying all the seafood your heart can handle as its freshness is some of the best we’ve ever had (I grew up in a fishing community) Staff & Property: 11/10 EVERYONE here made us feel welcome, and frankly like family. I can speak a bit of Spanish, and everyone was willing to let me try while correcting my mistakes with a huge smile and kindness. We were there during a wedding and the hotel was Full, but you couldn’t tell. Buggies (golf carts) arrived within minutes to whisk us away anywhere on property, and calls for ice were answered and delivered within 10 minutes Max! It was so efficient we had previously assumed the hotel was not very booked. The attention to detail was spectacular with twice daily housekeeping as well as daily pool cleaning. They utilize “What’s App”very effectively if you are rusty on Spanish, and sent us all of the menus for restaurants, activities and the spa. Very helpful. You can feel the immense pride of both the Manager and staff. Heartfelt thanks to ALL! Bottom line: This magical spot on planet earth is worth the stay if you are someone who likes to leave ALL the hustle and bustle behind to completely unplug and be pampered. We came here for our anniversary/my birthday celebration and were blown away by how incredible the resort was! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, the restaurants had a wonderful selection of various gourmet food options, and the staff was very attentive and professional. Hannah, Liz, Miriam, and Elizabeth were just some of the fantastic staff members we got to know during our stay.

This a long story, but I will give you the abbreviated version. I arrived on Saturday, October 21st for a mining trade show that was supposed to begin on Wednesday the 25th. The property is beautiful, and my villa, number 304 overlooked the beautiful Bay of Marques. I enjoyed the restaurants, the very personalized service, and the well appointed gym. I had a group of six people joining me that arrived on Monday the 24th. By the afternoon of the 25th, we knew hurricane Otis would likely hit us, forecast to be a CAT 3 hurricane. It very quickly strengthened to a CAT 5 hurricane, the strongest to hit the Pacific coast in recorded history. Three of us rode it out in my villa. I estimate that we went through an hour and a half of 185 mph winds with gusts of 208 mph. After the worst of it passed, we made our way to the central buildings. Amazingly, one of the staff came to find us and lead the way. We were without electricity or communications for the next few days before we could leave. The GM, Ingo Brieke organized the staff and guests and made us all comfortable. The staff continued to treat us like guests and served us delicious meals and made sure we all had drinks while we made a plan of escape. We were able to finally drive out of Acapulco on Friday. I asked Ingo for a list of the staff that stayed and helped us. I had an extraordinary experience, riding the wave of pure enjoyment throughout. I want to wholeheartedly express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you, whether you were in the spotlight or working behind the scenes, for your gracious assistance and the warmth of your smiles. The dining experience was nothing short of memorable, and I savoured every bite of the exquisite local dishes expertly crafted by the chef. Just like in a movie, this marks the end of a truly wonderful time spent with all of you.

Everyone here has been so pleasant, professional, and charming. We are so happy we came here and for the wonderful service. Guillermo and the housekeeping, room service, and buggy drivers are very gracious and helpful and made our time here exceptional.

A very private getaway in its own secluded paradise within Acapulco. Excellent service, excellent food, perfect views and surreal sunsets. Without a doubt one of the best hotels Mexico has to offer. We’ll be back!!!

We started the process of planning our wedding at Banyan Tree about 10 months ago and had a great experience with Karen (event coordinator) from the beginning. She guided us through the process, helped locate and plan vendors, and was there on our wedding day as well. This was our 2nd time visiting and the location gets even more beautiful each time. They were even able to hold off the rain for our September rainy season wedding!!! The staff, from the GM to the Maintenance Crew, were overwhelmingly kind, genuinely hospitable, accommodating and friendly. Luis on the buggies, Guillermo at breakfast, and Hugo at Las Rocas were the highlights of the F&B service staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable and fully embodied the spirit of hospitality that a resort of this caliber promises. The spa delivered 100%, yet again, and melted away the stresses involved with planning the wedding. The individual villas for services with expert therapists whisked you away to another level of relaxation. Whether you are planning a casual weekend or the event of a lifetime, we couldnt recommend Banyan Tree Cabo Marques more fully and confidently. Thank you all so much for a brilliant wedding!
