Exceeded all expectations, not sure exactly what to expect from a "motel". Great place to stay and very conveniently located. Great check-in, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had with things we needed for sleeping and bathing. My husband appreciated the brand of coffee in the morning.
The location worked well as we were visiting friends in Chatham.

The Chatham Motel has been completely refurbished and is just beautiful! Everything was new and so clean . Office staff very friendly. Would highly recommend and plan on staying again myself in the near future .

The fact that you have retained the character of a motel of the 1970's while adding amenities expected now.
No complaints though it was a bit odd to find no one in the office when we checked out at 9 am this morning. I knocked on the "private" door twice - no response.

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. The room and grounds are spotless, the personnel was friendly and the room had all the necessary basics. We will be back in the future.

Nice quiet location outside of Chatham. Updated motel and very clean. Checkin was easy. Only negative was that pillows were hard.

The quality of the room was excellent and the bathroom was brand new. From the outside it looks like a 1950's motel, but it is very neat with a nice pool. Only suggestion is more racks for clothes. Motel is walking distance of Dunkin' Donuts and a local breakfast place, and a mile from downtown Chatham. Price is reasonable.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean, looks newly renovated, close to town and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice hotel located about a mile and a half away from the beaches. Very clean room and bathroom. No continental breakfast, but I don’t usually do that anyway. Decent motel with a decent price. Check in was easy and desk clerk was friendly. Walkable to a few food establishments. The pool was refreshing, clean and not over chlorinated. If you are a pillow snob, you might want to bring your own. Bed was very comfortable.
