Excellent destination from UK, very good food, great drinks, excellent entertainment team, especially Gianluca very friendly and honest person, also Davide very charismatic and funny guy, received a diploma from winning darts, which is a nice touch for the great times that we had here, highly recommended, cheers from Edgar and Lily 🫶

Very nice hotel and nice staff, the entertainer Davide is the best in his job , he put every body happy and treat well all the guest. Good food also and clean rooms. I will come back soon!!!! In this hotel all the details are perfect, bar pool restaurant, again Davide with his funny jokes!!! 10

Safty box was broken by thief in Locker room for storage suitcases and 600 Euro´s was lost. Management would not take responsibility!

Hotel and staff were excellent.Location was perfect for the beach.Facilities were excellent and we had a really good holiday and made so much better with your lovely staff being so friendly and helpful.Look forward to coming again next year

This was our second visit at Alua Boccaccio & it did not disappoint, yet again!!! Food, drink, pool bar & beach bar are all excellent! Davide is the best entertainer! Perfect location (close to the beach and short bus to Alcúdia market). Will be back!

We have just come back from this hotel and literally loved it! The only small downfall for us was the food selection, we felt like it was mainly catered for the Germans (lots of Germans in hotel) but the snacks throughout the day pretty much made up for this! Fab location and the beach bar was brilliant as was part of the all inclusive and snacks also available there too. Hotel was immaculate not a spec of dust in sight. Fab holiday and we will definitely be returning in the future x

Lovely hotel. Good location. Liked the fact there was also a beach bar included. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Not keen on the open plan showers in the rooms but don't think this is the case in all the rooms. Food was great, plenty of choice for all tastes. Davide, Mica and Gian Luca entertainment staff were great fun.

Spent a 6 day holiday here & really enjoyed it. Lovely comfortable clean rooms. Good size bathroom. We were half board and the breakfast & dinner had a good variety of fresh food. Activities in the day and enjoyed the dancing in the water. Great central location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the port and more bars and restaurants. Regular bus service. Very flat so good for anyone with disabilities or pushchairs. I would definitely recommend this 4* hotel and would be happy to return again.

From the start to the finish, amazing hotel, reception staff very helpful, food was really good, every night something delicious! Room was immaculate and cleaned daily.

Nice clean rooms with good food and drinks. The best part of the experience was the customer service at the bars and the activities. Gian Luca made the experience much better with the activities and fun. If you go, you should hope that Gian Luca is there!

Me and my friend, spend a very good time , the staff was very pleasant, the food was amazing, we planing to go back, next summer, the hotel structure was fabulous, the animation team was really fun, we spend very good time with them and restaurant team.

I have returned to Mallorca for the third time, and I have repeated with the hotel. The service at this hotel is excellent! the waiters, the cleaning girls, reception and entertainment. The room was fine, a little small. I hope to be able to return soon and continue enjoying the island,thank you mica

My friend and I have just spent 6 days in this hotel and were really disappointed , it was no way a 4 star hotel I would rate it 2.5-3. Food was terrible very bland and very repetitive, pasta, pizza , fish, chips and it was always just like warm and even some of the food must of been sat there a while and was dry. Deserts were very poor too sometimes cake from night before. My friend is diabetic and easier for us to come in an all inclusive holiday as normally the choice is brilliant but not here , I love my food but can’t wait to get home to cook. Room was ok it was kept clean. Wardrobe was useless though just not enough space and was disappointed that you had to pay to use the safe (it did state on booking site but I didn’t notice it) and simple thing like I kettle was not in room. The entertainment team were good but entertainment as a whole was poor. Hotel was in a good location though. Will I come back, that’s a No. Visited 15-21 may 2024

Everything was perfect. The location was good and the wiev from the terrace was beautiful. I strongly recommend Alua Boccaccio.
