They refused to provide room service for meals, even though it was not during rush hour. So we had to pick up our own supper and travel with trays.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities and very close to the ski hill. We had booked a suite with two levels. The room was gorgeous but we were disappointed to find it dirty with a full beer can left upstairs and a strong smell of cigarettes when we checked in. While the staff was attentive and tried to clean the room it smelled of cigarettes the entire stay as the room had been heavily smoked in. This was very unfortunate as the hotel was lovely otherwise.

I loved the Chateau Bromont! I definitely recommend it The beds are very comfy Room was very clean The restaurant Les Quatres Canards was delicious!

During our stay, their was a storm which knocked out the electricity. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, we did not have electricity in our rooms. Which meant not being able to use wifi, tv, charge phones, no lighting in the room or bathroom, no hot water to shower in the morning, no coffee maker in the room. Although the power outage is not the fault of the hotel, it is unreasonable to pay full price for a stay and not have use of some very basic amenities. I realize the power outage is not the hotels fault, but I feel that i should have received a discounted rate for the night. Unreasonable to pay $350 for a night and not be able to shower in the morning or have a cup of coffee and need a flashlight to use the bathroom.

Hreat location to the ski hill. Ckean but weird to find a couple of ladybugs in the room...in February. Staff is friendlt and helpful.

Went with my wife and two children, both under 9 for a ski trip to Bromont for the family day long weekend. The hotel is nice overall, but a bit dated. I stayed there with my daughter 4 years ago, rooms and overall hotel has not changed at all or been updated. It's a nice place, but could use a little update inside and with the rooms. But the service was good, hotel bar would use a few more staff so the wait is not so long when ordering, especially when the hotel is fully booked and over a long weekend.

The staff have all been very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle to and from the mountain was very convenient. For a family trip with some skiing and some liking the idea of pool and bar, this place is perfect.

We loved the smell of the fireplace and the chill atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was really nice, the indoor pool was also good, however the property is old and needs renovations... and the walls are paper thin - we could hear everything from our suite!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room category options were unique. Bromont is a beautiful area.

It was my second stay at the hotel, the room was clean, and quiet. There is a nice mini bar, nice nespresso coffee machine in the room. The spa is connected to the hotel which is great. Down side: the breakfast options have changed at the restaurant, the new buffet is terrible, way too expensive for what it is, and definitively not what you would expect for a property like chateau bromont.

TV on the upstairs sleeping area of junior suite didn’t work , it would be good to check periodically.

The room was very spacious. Clean. Friendly staff. Plug in for electric vehicle. Stayed with 3 kids. They loved the place.

Our room faced out right onto the terrace with people walking past our window. There was a wedding reception at the hotel that evening but luckily for us, it started pouring rain and lasted throughout the night so no one was out there. The rate of almost $500 for one night for this shabby rundown room was a complete ripoff.
