My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at the Cortina hotel, an excellent location, in the central area of Marina, very close to everything, seafront, beaches, clubs and other services. Variety in breakfast choice. The room suited our needs. The staff always kind. Excellent value for money I advise

Having spent one week in this hotel, I am surprised by some of the really positive comments I have read as they don't reflect my experience of this place. In all fairness, the rooms are simple and clean enough (though some issues with the fixtures and the noisy air conditioning). The location is great and close to all amenities. The food is mediocre and does not reflect what Romagna has to offer ( actually the worst food I have ever eaten in Italy). The staff are friendly and extremely hard-working except for the manager/owner who I think is rude, short tempered and conceited.

mold present, room with bad smell, rooms not clean, old windows, not suitable for children, small lift, dirty tablecloths, no bread at the table, there were stains on the toilet, dirty towels, food intolerances are not respected... bad experience

If only I could I would have reviewed 0 stars. We came on a school trip, terrible hotel, dirty and dusty rooms, and let's not talk about the food!! poor and for this reason many of us have been physically ill. On the first day we presented our complaints to the staff regarding the excessive presence of dust in every corner... the solution? they provided us with a broom and dustpan to resolve this inconvenience ourselves. Cold rooms, bathrooms in terrible condition, some without shower cubicles. Beds with dirty sheets full of hair no one knows whose. To conclude, terrible experience.

Very nice hotel with excellent food. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, the owner seems grumpy, but instead he is very friendly and precise, the only flaw is the seagulls, who never stay quiet, but otherwise, everything is fine. Even the clientele, who were affable, one evening had a theme evening and we ate outside, a beautiful table was set up, and we guests were able to get to know each other as well as eat an excellent dinner, after which there were dances for all those present. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in August during the week of August. the structure is certainly not recent, but it is functional, clean and is in a strategic position in Marina centre, 300 meters from the beach (we were at Bagno 28 Fabio) and very close to the center and the long avenue full of shops and various activities. Marco the manager is a fabulous, kind person and a hard worker. the room equipped with everything you need, furniture a little dated but very clean. small negative aspect: the bathroom is a little small and has no shower cubicle but is always super clean. A great note of merit for the kitchen. - Fresh and varied breakfast from sweet to savory and delicious cakes (I had the pastry with delicious jam every morning) I suppose homemade. The empty croissants to be filled at the moment with the various fillings in the dispensers. - Lunch and dinner preceded by a buffet of always varied and fresh vegetables, salads and side dishes. Choice between 2 first and 2 second courses, always different and above all well cooked and good. -simple but good mid-August buffet with various fish and meat courses. The baked porchetta is delicious and the amberjack in sublime salt. The waitresses Dana and Natalia are kind and the night porter Nino is very nice. In short, we were really satisfied with this holiday, starting with our children and ending with us parents. We had the impression of feeling at home. I highly recommend. Excellent value for money!

I stayed in this facility for 5 days with my mother and we had a wonderful time! From the location, friendliness, impeccable cleanliness but above all from the excellent food. Compliments to the chef and all the staff. the waitress in the room, even if she has few words, is efficient in her work, fast and good! Congratulations to everyone, we will definitely see you again! I stayed in this hotel for a week and I felt at home, welcomed with care and pampered from a culinary point of view. The location is convenient for the station, the center and very close to the sea. The staff is attentive to holidaymakers, Marco is very kind and helpful. The room was a little dated, but super clean. My attention goes above all to the cook who delights guests every day with a savory and sweet breakfast so varied that one is spoiled for choice, instead for lunch two first courses and two second courses, a buffet of vegetables and side dishes of all kinds , fruit and dessert. I spent a week in this hotel with my mother and my 8 month old daughter. Owner friendly and helpful with guests. Irina at the reception and all the staff were really kind and attentive to customer needs. Paid parking, 6 euros per day. Room with balcony but small bathroom (difficult to manage an 8 month old baby in such small spaces). We also paid a supplement of 5 euros per day for the baby's cot in the room which, I must admit, had not happened to me in other places. Homemade cuisine with a rich and delicious buffet in the morning, a buffet of raw and cooked vegetables for lunch and dinner (rich but repetitive) and main courses to choose from between two options. Very convenient location both for going to the beach and for walking. Overall positive experience, which we could repeat!

For one night in a basic single room, it is a more than sufficient hotel. Certainly not pretentious, but convenient because it is right in the center and clean. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work, and the bathroom is just a little small.... But very good breakfast buffet!

Ho soggiornato una settimana a giugno. Hotel semplice, hall pulita, giardino un pochino trasandato. Camere con arredamento semplice e pratico, bagno un po' datato ma molta pulizia. Asciugamani bianchissimi e morbidi. Letto confortevole. Il personale purtroppo non conosce molto l'italiano, ma molto gentile e disponibile. Il titolare molto cortese e gentile, con la vera cortesia del romagnolo. La cucina buona e abbondante. Nel complesso qualcosina da migliorare ma il rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.
