Reviews of Sonesta Simply Suites Boston Braintree

Room and lobby were clean. Building needs reno, unfortunately the building supplies were piled up in front of the hotel entrance. Zero amenities, no housekeeping (even the lobby snack machines [only food in the building] weren't stocked, no soap/shampoo in the shower, etc.) I realize this is an expensive area but for $270 a night (discounted rate) this level of facility and service would be unacceptable in most other parts of the country.

The price is acceptable compared to other hotels in same location

I love this hotel I stay here everytime I come to Massachusetts but the room 301 we had need some work done. So the pullout bed wouldn’t go back in for us. The bathroom towel hanger was broken as shown in picture. The knob in the tub very loose otherwise we had a good one night sleep over.

Run into over booking issues this stay, hotel staff tried to be accommodating. Hopefully next stay will be better.

Sonesta simply suites Braintree is a good stay. Room is very spacious and so is the kitchen area. Good location as well.

The price is acceptable. But recommend you have a car to book the hotel
