This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

I had a great stay without any inconveniences. I think it was the best accommodation I stayed in while on a business trip. I had a great time in India thanks to the hassle-free accommodations.

Exceptional stay! The hotel's comftable rooms, impeccable service, and delicious meals exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the Airport and Narendra Modi Stadium, it's perfect for exploring. Friendly staff, specially Ankita,Nitin,Suraj and Sneha. Its a relaxing ambiance, made our visit truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The pillow are very fluffiest and I enjoy to sleep. And staff are so nice as her name Ankita. The food is really very good like chicken butter masala . I also tried chicken tikka which h really testy . Staff behavior is very good and they are very attentive

We were disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, there was no hot water, open drain in bath and sink, condition of the bath. And general cleanliness of bathroom, tea area and room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and hygiene of tea area and packets of tea coffee etc Only one bath towel for 2 guest and no hand towels or face towels No bath robes and only one sleepers No spare toilet rolls either. Basically once previous guest checks out they just make the bed and remove used towels etc and do not replenish Items used including water bottles or thoroughly clean the room. Most staff very helpful and courteous and friendly. However some staff didn’t understand us in English Gujarati or Hindi they just stare at you. Food was okay. We only booked because of the location near the airport.

Overall a very average experience however bathroom I found to be poorly cleaned and maintained. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks in it, the sealant around the sink had mould on it and the bath itself was chipped with poor quality workmanship.

Booked for double bed, was provided twin bed. Tailer seat was broken not able to hold up and it was falling. Shower drain was clogged, while having shower had to stand in ankle deep dirty water to have bath. Spoon in tea maker was not washed as it was found stickey.

Food is very nice and we have enjoyed the khichdi and all other food options.Our Server Ankita is really good with service. We have a team meeting at ummed and we really enjoyed the food and the ambiance of this hotel.we are regular visitors and we fellow in future also.

I stayed at The Ummed for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time here, and I was impressed by the courteous staff—from the front desk to the restaurant team. Special thanks to Suraj at Jakranda and Raktima at the front desk for their prompt assistance and warm hospitality. They ensured my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The buffet spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Poor lifts, very less choice of breakfast food, poor service. Unexpectly poor . Specially lifts are risky nd not level matched. Washroom had drainage issue. Water was full filled in washroom Food in room was okay no doubt. But room and gallery were smelling. Gardern is also not well maintain
