Beautiful hotel, branded drinks, amazing food. I loved the vast choice that was offered daily. Even the entertainment daytime and nightime was top class. The staff were always very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, especially the lovely lady from guest relations who organised a special table for the 12 of us. All the bar staff were always very accommodating for our large group. The barman with the blonde hair outside the amphitheater was fabulous 🤩 and also the barman from the 24 hr bar(apologies can’t remember names) There is only one downside in the Delphin palace. I would have preferred that the late bar wasn’t attached to the late snack bar but it wouldn’t stop me returning. Thanks for making our holiday an amazing one to remember. I liked the opportunity to explore the sister hotels too and we would definitely recommend the Delphin hotels to others and will stay again soon 🤩🤩

Okay so we arrived 12 hours late to Turkey Early hours.... M25 accident missed our flight....it was an absolute nightmare at one point I didn't think we'd every get to our destination but we made it On arrival to Delphin palace hotel it was very quiet but actually really surprised there was a Bellman on duty and receptionist which was really nice at 2.30am got checked in straight up to our room. Room itself was a standard land view wasn't spectacular visually but had everything we needed bathroom amenities were excellent nice small touches cotton buds nail files exfoliating pad slippers robes etc. Disappointed there was no Ironing facilities.... Would expect this at All 5* properties i ask the question prior to our arrival and brought my own travel iron definitely glad I did. Only one plug socket in the room which was inconvenient for charging phones ironing etc!! Mini bar was fairly good snack both sweet and savory can't understand why only one can of Pepsi was provided each day when room occupancy is a double! Curtains we're a nightmare didn't close fully to small so as sunrise the room was very bright. Balcony doors not double glazed so all road noise and Mosque calls was a real issue especially at 5am call. The bed was absolutely horrible and hard even with the mattress topper so uncomfortable sleeping on my side my body was numb that spoilt My sleeping every night. Room attendant was average some days the room was cleaned better than others and getting bedding changed was a little challenging due to language barriers. Food and beverage was good as I mentioned we got to the resort very late there a 24hr sports bar where we had a much deserved drink and a bite to eat.....so nice it was real food not the usual burgers and chips salads meats Rice bread soup and fresh cakes. Food generally was good something for everyone buffet restaurant is huge split into two areas very clean and well presented the only downside was food wasn't very hot even in the heated chafing dishes but plenty of choices gluten free ,diet, vegetarian vegan, pescatarian, carnivore fresh live station cooking. Hostess to greet you with hand sanitizer excellent no food poisoning or outbreaks of stomach bugs. We found it difficult to book the ala carte restaurants done between 9-12 I tried to call to make a reservation but couldn't be done over the phone!!!!! Had to find the guests relations office in person and can only book 1 day in advance!!!!! Not the best system for 21st modern century. Lot's of little small snacks Areas near the poolside doner kebab was excellent you couldn't go hungry at anytime on this resort if you missed breakfast there was something open. Small funfair for the children bumper cars Ferris wheel etc only open between 19.30-21.30 prime dinner time strange maybe that changes in the summer months. Beach was nice Sea to rough to swim. A nice Pier with beds and cabana and bar area spa staff hustling for business I guess we sat in the wrong Area of th

Great hotel with amazing staff. Always smiling and ready to help. I rarely have no complaints about a hotel, but this one fully justifies its price. We are very pleased with the kids club. they play constantly with the children, keeping them busy and in the evening there is a super children's disco. Special thanks to Guliatan with whom my child became friends and danced every day together.

Great hotel, food really good, plenty of staff eager to please but must say there is a language barrier with English. Partner had an accident near the newly opened slides, cut his foot open on an unsupported tile, trying to get first aid took longer than it should have. Was greeted with complementary fruit and wine in the room along with a note which was a lovely gesture. Room cleaned daily along with a top up of the mini fridge. Plenty of entertainment. Would definitely return to a delphine hotel.

We had a great time. My husband unfortunately fell poorly with sore tummy after one day at the resort and the guest relations team were great to try and help us and support us to get my husband the help he needed. We really want to shout out to Ramazan and especially to Berkay. Humira in buffet breakfast time was also fabulous.

I have just returned from my 2 week stay at this hotel I shall start by saying this is a very good hotel and I would happily return Positives: Good Wi-Fi Very good food (didn’t try any a la cartes) Clean Lots of things to do Plenty of facilities on site Good amount of seating (could cope with the hotel at capacity) Friendly staff Waiter service Negatives: Sweets/puddings although look very good are for the most part not very nice (personal taste but heard a lot of the English speaking guests saying the same) A lot of German & Russian guests (80% at least) make all other nationalities in the high minority and so staff speak better German than English so ordering drinks could be difficult sometimes Noise from hotel opposite was very loud on a night till 23:30 every night making it hard for light sleepers to go to bed before this time The biggest issue is the maid service, they completely ignore the do not disturb sign on the door and come in regardless, also don’t change bedding everyday rather once in maybe 3 or 4 days Staying here was a very good experience and you would have to look very hard to find faults Although I didn’t have any issues I did feel I had to mention the above regarding the maid service as if you would like to stay in your room and not be disturbed it is not possible at this hotel because as I say they just come in regardless which will be a big issue for some people

It is a well designed otel. The beach is very beautifully landscaped, and a walking path has been designed for the disabled. The pools are quite large and there are shaded areas. The main restaurant is very big and foods are delicious. I advise this otel for families, staying 4-5 nights may be perfect choice.

Stayed there 1st week October and had an amazing time. Upon arrival the bell boy collected our luggage and once allocated took it to our room. Whilst we waited in reception we was offered a drink. A nicely stocked minibar awaited us in the room with efes, pepsi max water juices and snacks. Dressing gowns, slippers, travel toothpaste/brush, shaving kit, cotton buds were in the room. There is an array of bars throughout the resort including 1 on the beach and another is open till 0600. The staff cannot do enough for you including waiters on rollerskates by the pool. Whilst we were there ample sunbeds were available. Even by the pool the cleaners never stopped making sure the place was kept tidy. There were plenty of food options available if you did not wish to eat in the main restaurant for lunch. This includes kebabs, burgers, pizza, pasta. There Is plenty of food choices within the main restaurant, although this can get a bit repetitive I don't think my review goes far enough but take it from me this hotel offers value for money and you will not be disappointed

An amazing all inclusive hotel on a beachside location. Very large family room which included two rooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. The room was clean and well equipped and was serviced everyday. The mini fridges were stocked daily with water, beer and snacks. Massive pool areas that never felt busy. Separate small kids pool and adult only pool too. Sun beds could only be reserved after 8.30am but even if you arrived at 10, there were still sun beds available. Five good sized slides which you didn’t have to queue for. Pool party once a week was great fun. Daily entertainment for kids and adults. Themed times like Candyland, Beer Fest etc. Evening entertainment in the Amphitheatre was of a really good standard compared to others I’ve been to. Also live bands at the poolside bar. In the hotel there was a lovely lobby bar area, shops, a gym, games room, bowling alley, cinema, spa, indoor pool and disco. The staff work incredibly hard, they are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. As soon as you’d finished one drink, they’d be there filling your glass up with another. All premium brands too, bottles of Champagne if you wanted. The buffet area was huge, with a massive variety of food that did vary daily. If you do have fussy kids though, there’s not much ‘typical English’! Good that my kids will eat/try anything. There were also lots of snack booths open throughout the day if you didn’t want to go to the main restaurant. About 6 different restaurants could also be booked the day before. We used the Mexican one, which was good, The hotel was directly on the beach with a lovely pier area with seating and a bar. The usual water sports were available for an extra cost. Outside of the hotel is the main ***** full of shops and restaurants. We used one bar to watch a football match but (as we’d been told), very expensive along the *****. I suggest a taxi to the old town, very nice and very reasonable meal prices. Would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Review based on seven day stay in July 2023 Delphin Palace Hotel has to be the best hotel we've stayed at on Lara Beach.  Check-in was easy, greeted by smiles and friendly front desk staff. They gave us free beach bags and mobile phone pouches. Also very helpful throughout our stay.  Bedroom: exceptionally clean, had all amenities you'd expect in a 5-star hotel, robes, slippers, toiletries, walking shower, mini bar topped every day, special requests always acknowledged.  The staff decorated the room for my birthday and made our stay extra memorable.  Restaurants, plenty of them and can choose to eat any unique cuisines. We always ate at the main restaurant as everyone wanted something different. There are plenty of vegetarian choices. The staff in the restaurant always smiling and happy to serve. No pushy requests for tips.  Entertainment was always fun and something to do for all with a different theme every day. My niece especially loved the Candy Day theme. The evening gala was fun as the staff and chefs would also join in, including management staff.  Spa: there's a sauna and steam room to use. The only downside I would say, is the spa staff trying to sell massages. Especially this gentleman by the pool trying to sell massages and treatments whilst you're trying to relax peacefully. He would not take no for an answer. I booked a haircut, but it was a huge mistake. The hairdresser made a mess of my hair and wanted me to pay her more money than I had already paid. I would not recommend their spa treatments, and watch out for the guy dressed in white by the pool areas targeting women for a hard sell. He was trying to sell an Indian massage he had no knowledge of.  Lara beach; Delphin's beach area is by far again the best, and we spent a lot of time in the sea.  Pool areas: the main pools can get very loud, with children screaming and jumping over your sunbeds!! There's a separate adult pool area we discovered on our 2nd day, and the staff let my 13-year-old niece stay in the area because she is quiet. The staff was always around to offer and take orders for drinks, again with a happy smile.  Area: we have been coming to Lara for many years; it once used to be quiet and peaceful, but over the years, it has become crowded and overly commercialised.  The local shops only accept £ $€, making things far more expensive than they are. I'd recommend heading into Tera City to shop. We went to the big Sunday Market, but again this has also changed and vendors are only accepting £€$.  Our overall experience at Delphin Palace was terrific, and I would recommend it.  I'd like to try their sister hotel next door, Delphin Imperial, next time!

It was easy to get from Antaly airport. We were greated by friendly hotel staff, who offered us several upgrade options if we wanted to have a bigger room. From that point onward to every staff member we had to deal with, was really friendly and attentive. Lods of food choices, they have few al-a-cart resturants as well, but after the first two we didn't bother as we felt the main resturant offered much better verity and options. Live music, entertainments, DJ music was really good. We always were able to find a sun-bed around the pool or in the beach. My daughter's only complaint, they didn't have chocalote ice cream. I think they could run the activities sligtly better, like beach volly balls, etc not much advertised, and no one knows where to get the balls from if you want to play on your own. Same with the spa, it was a brilliant spa, but we only discovered on our last day that it's included in the package :( There are so many food outlets that you will never be hungry during your stay. We were blessed with the weather, so had a great time there.

We spent a fantastic week at the hotel. It's summer here even in October. The service is very good, the selection of food is huge, you can't even taste everything. The staff is kind and helpful. The cocktails in the moon light bar are very delicious. The beach is clean and tidy. The park is beautiful, with many palm trees it is like a small jungle

I don't usually write reviews but on this occassion I wanted to as the Delphin Palace was probably the best all inclusive resort I have stayed at and I have stayed at quite a few in Egypt, Spain and Greece. The Hotel The hotel and grounds were immaculate, clean and well maintained and the room was spotless. Couple of things here and there that need attending to (cracked tile in the shower) but I assume these will be attended to when the hotel is shut down over the Winter. The rooms were clean and serviced every day and the mini bar kept stocked. My only problem was that we paid extra for a side sea view room but we were on the side of the hotel facing the tennis courts and on a lower floor, so you could not even see above the tree line. However, we took the view that you only sleep in the room so it wasnt an issue. The grounds and pool areas were constanly cleaned and kept neat and tidy and when we went at the end of September sunbeds were available all day. We liked the fact that you could only reserve beds from 8.30am. My friend likes to exercise early so he was always swimming at 8am and mentioned that most people only came down to the pool between 9-9.30, although the beds on the beach filled up faster. A few reviews have mentioned the nationalities at the hotel. We are from the UK and when we were there, there were very few other British there. The majority of guests were German and there were guests with Russian/Eastern European sounding languages there as well. It was all okay for us, but if you are looking for somewhere where you might meet other Brits, this might not be the place for you. The employees Some of the other reviews on here mentioned the fact that employees did not speak English or that some of the employees were not great. I can honestly say that every employee we came across were excellent and great at looking after the guests. Sure English was a problem for some of the younger employees, but they eventually got there and as one other person mentioned, learn a few words of Turkish and it goes a long way. Everybody we came across was curteous, friendy and just wanted to do their best for you. The food and restaurants The food was excellent on the whole although, slightly catering towards central European tastes, but that was no bad thing and as a British person, gave you the chance to try different foods. The food was always hot and plentiful and there were never any issues in the main restaurants. Okay, as others have said, some nationalities perhaps don't queue in an orderly way, but let it go, you are on holiday! We tried several of the speciality restaurants (the best being the Turkish restaurant in our opinion) and the food and drink was all great. Drinks were branded drinks as well which is always a bonus. The choice of food in the daytime by the pool and down the path to the beach was also excellent. Entertainment We never actually watched any of the main shows in the amphitheatre so I cannot comment on those,

Aydana was really nice to us and helped us a lot, the beach and the hotel is beautiful. I like the food and all the services from the employees. The drinks in the bar are awesome. Pools and the water parks are super cool
