We stayed here as a cheap base, in between stays at more expensive 4/5 star hotels to enable us to tour the area and sleep here. Pleasantly surprised by the facilities available, ok it need some little attention in some areas but most importantly there’s RED HOT water for a shower, a fridge, excitingly a freezer for sangria ice and ice creams ect. The lift (though old still functioning perfectly well), the staff are beyond helpful and even turned off our door buzzer so we didn’t get disturbed by anyone accidentally hitting our number from the main entrance in the middle of the night. Daily cleaning offers clean towels and paper ect cleaner and manager often helped me in with my bags as I use crutches. We were attracted by the price along with a pool I am able to access as I can’t use a ladder and this has steps (no rail but with help it’s easy enough for me). The pool areas are kept really clean, the block is always clean and overall I’m very we chose this budget apartment and plant to spend longer than 5 nights (like a month) and book the odd night at 4/5 star hotels near attractions which we did last night near the beach. THE MATTRESSES ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE of the 5 places we’ve stayed so far in our tour of Albufeira as they’re all very firm elsewhere. My teen and adult child both stay they’d live here lol, could be better English channels on tv but if you want to stay in and watch tv I suggest stay in the uk. The WiFi has been impressive which has made day trip planning very easy. There’s a separate balcony to dry wet laundry with a decent size rack. The seated balcony (pool view level 0) is the best of the choices in my opinion. In the decently sized kitchen there’s a double hob with extractor, a microwave and in the lounge is a day bed sofa with a pull out bed with legs so can sleep 4 easily. The dining area is large with a large table and 4 chairs. The bedroom had 2 single lower than usual beds but I managed so totally fine height. At the moment I’m sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool eating fresh pastries and drinking coffee from the large supermarket at the end of the street (5mins stroll) and reflecting on our amazing trip, there’s a ramp and steps to enter the apartments which is very helpful. I review a lot of hotels to try to help others and I’d definitely recommend this place for those on a budget. Will be staying again next year.
