Overall nice hotel, large rooms with a simple but beautiful design! The rest of the hotel needed a new decor to match the rooms! The area is quiet with the beach close by! To improve the cleanliness, we noticed several dead mosquitoes on the wall when we arrived that could have been cleaned and were not!

No Coffee tea making facilities. No pool service available and evening entertainment very dated . I understand this could all change with an update next year .

I have stayed at the Baia Grande several times. It is a good sized hotel (not too large) its very welcoming, comfortable and clean, breakfast is of good choice and quality. Will continue to stay there in the future.

This family-owned hotel is a real gem. So comfortable and luxurious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Would highly recommend this lovely place!

The beach is far too far, service tends to be unfriendly and amateurish. There are no activities in the area. But if you just want to chill in the hotel by the swimming pool and need a quiet place to rest... it ok.

Could not book with hotel. Tv did’t work, lights not working correctly. Restaurant buffet only. Front desk people not interested in improving my stay

One of the ladies at the food area was extremely rude. She told us we could not get coffee as it was not included in our package. We were willing to pay, but she brushed us off. A very basic hotel with no option to get water/coffee/snacks unless you pre paid for the meal option. A little far from the centre as well.

The hotel is far from everything so you definitely need a car or taxi. The hotel was nice but couldn’t even get a coffee if you didn’t opt in for the breakfast plan, which was disappointing (even though we would’ve fully paid for the coffee).

We Enjoyed are stay and staff were all very polite and it was a very clean hotel. It wasn't over crowded and we really enjoyed the indoor Pool and the BBQ the only negative was the dinner menus which wasn't too our liking, other than that we enjoyed our stay

This was our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. We can only think of positive things to say. Cleanliness is outstanding, the staff work non stop to ensure that everything is first class. The area is quiet but there is still enough to entertain even if you have no transport. We will definitely be back, cannot recommend highly enough.

I enjoyed that there were hardly any children or older youngsters.

Great place to sit back & enjoy the sun with a huge pool & outdoor bar. Nice evening entertainment to enjoy over a cocktail. Location not for all as its 2.5 miles away from Albufeira. Food was average & don't expect ******* VIP perks at this property as none received despite being gold.
