The hotel is in a good location very near to metro. Take abit of asking to get to the correct place within the building but should be easy enough.
Well-equipped and comfortable room.
The room is cleaned everyday so the upkeep is very good.

Overall was great especially their front desk are very kind and helpful. Location very close with monorail.

Facilities: OK, one double bed and one single bed, microwave and refrigerator, suitable for family travel. But the bathing area is really too small. It should be the unified design of the developer, and there is no way.
Cleanliness: Overall good, every corner has been cleaned.
Environment: Very good, the community is quiet and the transportation is convenient.
Service: The most dissatisfied part is here. First of all, I was questioned for a long time about my ID card information when I checked in. The front desk also confirmed it with the police station, but later the lady at the front desk apologized and assisted in the check-in. But the experience was very bad and I felt discriminated against. I don’t understand why foreigners can be received, but domestic guests have to be questioned so much. If there are such official regulations, it is recommended to confirm or publicize them in advance. In addition, the waiter will knock on the door at around 9 o'clock every morning and ask if you want to clean, which is too early... and there is no explanation in advance, which is really intrusive.
Aside from these surprises, overall it's pretty good.
