In addition to good location, others are very poor. Especially the water, which is actually yellow, like beer. I booked for four days, stayed for two days and ran away, and the money cannot be refunded.

The location is amazing. Close to the main attractions but not on the main street so there is no noise. Spotless clean. Friendly staff.

Had a super stay there it was so very convenient for everything clean and comfortable. Breakfast kept me going for hours nice staff. It would be selfish of me but it would have been nice for more English understanding thanks everyone they all worked hard

Room is little dated, can do with some updates. Signs of aging, with stained mirror from peeled-off adhesives stuck. There is a ceiling fan in the room - what a surprise! Bottled water is replenished daily and the fridge works well. Bathroom floor can become clogged after a while of running water. The absence of a shower curtain (at least) or shower divider makes the whole bathroom wet. The toilet also need to have an exhaust fan for better ventilation. Staff friendly but that's about it. I will give more brownie points to the restaurant staff for making breakfast at lightning speed. Breakfast is ala-carte made to order but yet they are made quick fast. The only problem is there is no signage from the street and Grab and taxi drivers never able to find the place, either they overshot or they keep going in circles. The map in Grab app also is wrong (the property needs to update Grab).

Great location. Large, clean, although a little old rooms. The beds are large, the pillows are comfortable, and the air conditioner can be turned around so it doesn't blow on the sleepers. Everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, fan and bathroom. Breakfast is meager, but quite sufficient, despite the proximity of nightlife the rooms are very quiet. The room was cleaned very thoroughly in the morning when we were on the beach. Beach and bath towels are in good condition.
